After confirming the "chicken bites" were fried, she ordered a bowl of mac with those, onions, cheddar, and velveeta. The chicken appeared to be grilled rather than fried, and the mac itself lacked any flavor. Considering the mac was $21, we definitely wouldn't order it again. I prefer my sauce on the side but you can ask for it plain and they will do it. Also on Tuesday they have a fried chicken special. Four pieces for eight dollars. It comes with a side of coleslaw and potato wedges. I believe for an upcharge you can substitute some of the other sides. Staff working here are all fantastic. If you sit at the bar you'll never have an empty drink. It's more of a regulars type place but it won't take long to make friends.
