There was zero request to move furniture as a matter of fact there was zero moving of furniture as repairs were made to the house and everything was packed up. I even sent photos of this. A couple things went wrong: 1. In one of our rooms, there are MORE stains on the carpet than there was before the cleaning (see picture). I reached out to Alex and got no response about this. 2. I was told the carpets would dry in 3-4 hours. By bedtime, about 12 hours later, the carpets were still wet. We had no choice but to put our new mattress on the ground in order to sleep at night. When we woke up, the bottom of the mattress had multiple wet stains on the bottom from the carpets. The carpets ended up taking over 24 hours to dry, and the staircase even longer. I just wish we knew this ahead of time so we could plan for this. read more

We scheduled an appointment a few days later and before we ended the call, I received a text confirmation. Alex arrived promptly on time with his shoe covers on. :-) He walked through the space with me and set up my expectations properly and shortly began the work. As promised, this is a true steam clean. I occasionally walked out to the machine in his van to monitor the water temperature and it always maintained over 200°, which is what I wanted. The entire job took about 90 minutes. He was very thorough and I am very pleased with the outcome. Payment was dine electronically and Alex has a digital system set up with an email receipt and he will have a record of your work for ease of service in the future. Very seamless. In summary, Don't try to save money and rent one of those shampoo machines for a DIY. First, I will say that I have been receiving carpet cleaning services from this business for a while now and the first time it was excellent business but as the time went on it went downhill. I had services on my one bedroom apartment and yes my carpet was soiled which is why I booked to begin with, right! Ok, the technician attached an adapter to my bathroom sink because he didn't have enough water in his tank to clean the carpet, although that's why he came, right! He attached the adapter to my sink and turns on the water only for the pressure from the adapter to burst my pipe and water to flow from underneath my cabinet all over my bathroom floor and flood my bathroom. When I reached out to Alex he did not initially respond, and when he did he asked for a video, I responded with the video, just for him to deny and say it was a coincidence that now my pipe was busted. I am a great customer who has only shown him and his team respect when they are late and when they leave dirt streaks on my carpet after the cleaning. I always pay in cash as he tells me to and I tip except for this time when the technician flooded my floor, which is why Alex took money off only for him to then deny it. I am beyond disappointed. All of my products were wet my bathroom rugs were soaked, he tried to dry the rugs with the cleaner, me and my son got towels to soak up all the water and there was never even an apology, but I guess the $10 dollar discount made up for it though, right. read more
