I had recently moved into a rental, and the carpet was not cleaned before we moved in. I had always just assumed it was kind of old and ruined, but after seeing Tony's photos on Yelp, I thought I should try getting it cleaned. I contacted Tony via Yelp to get a quote, and after I checked with a few other places, and found Tony's pricing was similar to others. His Yelp page had the best photos, so I went with him. He was able to come at noon the next day. I was not disappointed! The carpet looks so much better than I thought it could, it looks almost brand new compared to how it was before. I feel so much more comfortable walking around my home now. My only very minor complaint was that it took quite a while to dry, the cleaning was done on a Wednesday, and didn't feel 100% dry until Saturday morning (it was only slightly damp on the days between, we were able to walk on it with slippers starting a few hours after he cleaned). It was raining on the day he came, and the next day, so I definitely think the humidity contributed to the slow drying. Tony's carpet cleaning has helped us in a pinch, twice! The first time we had another company come and do a cleaning and they left everything sopping wet. Tony's technician came and helped salvage our runners with proper water extraction. The second time was a few weeks ago when our dog tracked in something terrible from the park. So from my first call to Tony driving away. I've been impressed. I don't do business with businesses. I do business with people. And Tony is good people ! He answered the phone promptly on each call. He was polite, courteous and well spoken. He listened to my request and offered a thorough explanation of what he can and cannot do. His price was fair so I scheduled him for today. He communicated easily via text and confirmed his arrival. He met me at my home exactly on time. (Actually 5 minutes early.) he viewed my rooms and confirmed that his verbal quote was accurate. We shook hands and he immediately got to work. He was thorough , efficient and respectful of me and my home. I got ZERO bad vibes from Mister Tony. Super nice guy with a genuine smile and solid work ethic. I tried to stay out of his way but I did kinda hover. We paid big $ for the carpets and just wanted them sanitized. I wanted to be sure he wasn't gonna just soak the carpets and suck up some water. I wanted a PROPER steam clean. Tony delivered 100%! He set up his lines carefully and was respectful of my home. By that I mean that he moved with a purpose but he was cautious not to slam his equipment into my walls , doors and trim. Mister Tony used a stare of the art steam machine and vacuum powered by his brand new van. It was about as loud as a gas lawnmower. In approximately 1 hour Tony shook my hand. Got his payment (he worked HARD! Don't forget to tip !) and my carpets feel mildly damp to the touch. He says they'll be dry in 3 hours. I'm 100% satisfied that my carpets are sanitary and clean after he dud his thing. No weird chemical odors. No rude weirdo in my house. We had Tony clean two sets of stairs (20 steps each - wool carpeting) and two bedrooms (with very light carpet) and an oriental wool area rug in our family room. He arrived right on time (actually a little early). Looked at the job and confirmed his online quote was good. He was very professional and did a fantastic job! I have previously cleaned these carpets before with a home carpet cleaner and they never came out looking good. Usually streaky and a lot of residue left behind that seemed to attract more dirt quickly. All of our carpeting looks great - and almost like new. Reached out to Tony to have a sofa + ottoman cleaned and they did a great job! Very easy to schedule with (I was able to get a next day appointment) and fairly priced. It took about an hour and I was impressed by how much dirt they were able to get out. I vacuumed the couch after it dried and there was still a fair amount of pet hair and dust that came off, though I suppose the cleaning wouldn't get everything off. I do wish they had used the bathtub faucet instead of the kitchen sink to fill the bucket used to fill the machine, since we did have some dishes there and I was a bit uncomfortable mixing them together. I contacted Tony's Carpet Cleaning after having another carpet cleaner tell me that they couldn't access my living room carpet with their equipment. Our front door is about 55 steps up from the street, outdoors. I sent an inquiry to Tony, his scheduler contacted me quickly, then Tony called me to see if he could come take a look to discuss what I wanted done (at no charge) and make sure he could do the job. He said it would be no problem! On the scheduled date, he and one other person showed up on time, were careful with our things and removed stains on our living room carpet that were years old.
