I was told that they would arrive between 1 and 2 but they never showed up at 2 and when I called to ask if they were still coming, he said it would be more like 3:30. When he arrived, he wanted to reschedule for the next morning but since I had waited all afternoon already, I wanted it done now. He had some unexpected delays but he should have informed me that he was going to be late while I waited for his arrival. He had given me an estimate of $200-$250 with photos I had taken of the areas to be cleaned but when he saw the carpet he raised his price to $300. When he finally got started on the cleaning, he did a very good job. It was clear he knew his carpets.
