Not sure where to really start cause I thought they were really good at first. Just got back from the dealership to get my car checked and they let me know that my tires were not run-flats even though when I had requested my tires to be changed, I said that they needed to be run-flat. I really thought they had given me a good price for run-flats but knowing that they were just regular makes me realize that I got ripped off. Maybe there was a language barrier so i'll give them the benefit of the doubt but man... I just had to shell out a thousand dollars to get them all replaced... Plus all the tires were different brands?? I'm not sure where they're sourcing their tires from but that doesn't seem good. Not sure if I would recommend them to anyone. read more

These guys are awesome. Always there when I need them. Great for advice and a quick tire patch cause I really needed. It couldn't afford a new tire. It was within the legal limits they checked. My system said I had a flat and it was actually the sensor. Yeah they could've charged me for a new tire and I would've bought it but they told me they figured it was the sensor since it's a brand new car and to take it to the dealership and you know something they were right They are actually a very big plus for Vallejo. read more

I got 4 tires replaced with them. My tire light has gone on 6x after that within the month. I went back and they said one tire was low. Topped it off and said I was good. Then my light went on the next day. Had someone check my tire pressure and this place over inflated some tires and the same tire was low again. This is a tire shop. They only have one job. Now the person who runs this business is a straight thief. If I can help even 1 person beware then it's an accomplishment. I went down to this tire shop because my lug nuts were so tight on my wheels it was cracking metal sockets trying to pry it loose. I asked him to loosen up 3 wheels with 5 lug nuts each with his air impact gun and fasten them back just not as tight so in case of a flat I can actually replace the wheel with a spare. He does 2 back wheels and when he got to the front passenger side instead of informing me that those lugs are seized and that they would have to take it to the next level which is possibly snap them to get them off which I also gave him permission to do if worse comes to worse in the beginning before he started, no instead he chooses to do less work scam and lie to me and tell me that all my wheel lugs where loosened and re fastened to where I can get them off and tries to over charge me $20 dollars for a 10 min job....vroom vroom we all know how long it takes to use an air impact gun to take off some lugs. In some cases less than a min a wheel. The job and time it took him to do that being in the auto business I knew and believed that that was a $10 job no parts were bought and barely any labor. It's more labor plugging a whole in a tire than what he did which is $15 bucks. So He throws a baby tantrum about how it was sooooo much labor they did not knowing I'm in the auto business and the fact that he never said anything about how much he was going to charge me before he started left the doors wide open for me to make an offer because you can't do a job and then tell the customer how much you are charging without clarification if that's something the customer is ok paying. I get home and surprise surprise that's when I find out he played me. No wonder he quickly ended the convo when I mentioned he never told me how much before he started and that he can't do that in the automotive world. He quickly said it's ok it's ok don't worry about it. I wasn't but everyone be careful, if you decide to utilize this business check the work they do if it means standing on top of them watching because they will not do a job and tell you otherwise and charge you read more

Been here a few times for flat repair, new, and used tires. Never had an issue other than when they first opened and I needed them to stretch a tire. They had to send the tires and rims to a "sister shop" to mount it. No problem, everyone has to get the experience at some point. Horrible experience. Bought 4 used tires. Mid-balancing from another shop told, You were sold a bad tire. Had to pay for half balancing job. Returned to get a replacement and the tech showed his reluctant superior that the tire was indeed faulty. Upon several request from the tech guy I was given another tire. Great service and low prices. Drove in with 4 bald tires and was out in less than an hour with 4 new ones. They give you options, like the cost of used tires or new, and the difference in prices of new tires. For a new set, it's about $600-$700 for a larger car. They call also do plugs cheap if you have a minor leak. I would definitely go back. read more

I came here about three weeks ago because I had a huge hole in my tire after driving over a rock. They said I had to change the tire, very understandable, I changed my tire with a used tire. ($90 total) now I am back because the tire they had given me had cracks in it. One of the gentleman working here is trying to get me to buy another tire because the tire they had given me was no good. I will not be coming back here. I only came back because there is nail in my tire and wanted to know if they could patch it ($25 for a patch) but then they tell me I have to replace the tire again. I do not recommend coming here to get a used tire or your tire replaced. read more

Good for used tire replacement however be prepared to negotiate as they will not be shy to charge more if you allow them to. Example, I purchased single tire $60 mounted. Came back for a set of four same size different car attempted to charge me 350 same used tires. Make that make sense? Service, however, was good just be sure to stand firm when negotiating. read more

Before I even get to sit down, the wheel was already off my car and one of the worker asked if I been help yet. Super attentive.
