Then another car was next and they were filling 4- 5 gallon bottles. It was going to take forever. I ended up leaving and driving to spring water depot. It was only a 7 minute drive from there. Guess what. There was no line. I filled up my bottle and I was out. Yah I pay an extra dollar more but I'm not waiting in the heat and my time is valuable. I liked Blue Dot but I'll save myself some time and start going to Spring Water Depot instead. Blue Dot is hit and miss. They need to put more purified water stations out instead of all Alkaline.

And the sir replied "because you have to let property management know, who's gonna pay?" as if thinking we weren't paying? I mean that's exactly why we called you, because WE WANTED TO PAY TO FIX OUR PROBLEM. Then after telling them that we of course were paying (hello?), before even assessing the clog, payment was demanded, and they didn't start until payment was confirmed. The other guy wouldn't even acknowledge me or respond to me when I made him a direct question. I'm not calling it racism, but it very well felt like I was being racially profiled. Yes, they fixed the problem and I'm very thankful for that, but the experience was very awkward. They said it was a mainline issue and we would have to find someone else. Based on Yelp reviews we called the Plumbing Doctor and had an appointment the next day. As it turns out the basement doesn't go to the mainline but goes through an ejector tank & pump up to the mainline. It took Dave about 3 minutes to diagnose the problem as a failed pump. He basically cleared the schedule the next day, had the pump replaced and we're back in business. Communicated through the whole process. Even though dealing with sewage in our basement the job was done spotlessly with a very thorough clean up. Pricing seems very reasonable though we didn't shop around. I'll give this locally owned small business a call every time and just skip my home warranty in the future. Much less headache for a reasonable price.

It is the best place to buy party supply or camping quantities ice and dry ice. The guys on the dock are always super helpful and they dont mind giving you a hand loading any quantities. Craig had me cracking up with funny ice stories. We used to rent commercial ice coolers for weekend events here back in the 80's as well. Keeping it cool since way back.

We bought our house in 2020 and knew nothing about septic systems or what it meant to live on septic. Waters conducted our independent septic inspection and then also cleaned it out. They were great then and I had hoped we wouldn't see them again for another 5-7 years. Fast forward to today (2023), we began a permit process with Washoe County to put a shop on our property. When you're on septic you're required to go through the health department for verification of your septic system and ensure there's enough space on the property for repairs, etc. We opted to work with Waters through this process to get us through our health department nightmare. Dan Martin was our point of contact and let me tell you... this guy is AWESOME. He helped us navigate through what felt like a nightmare, coordinated with the health department directly, and was so so patient with me, my husband, and all the nuances we had to go through to document our septic system and seepage pit. I am beyond grateful for people like him who are professional, relatable, trustworthy, honest, and hard working. He never got annoyed with us and was so quick to support in whatever next step we needed to do for the health department. If you need septic support in any capacity, Waters should be your go-to. Starting with the people in the office to the folks in the field, they are true professionals and a top notch company.

They said they "didn't know" why the prior calls didn't result in a driver heading to my house already. Finally, at 7 am I called someone else; they were here within an hour. At 8:30 AM, Roto Rooter called me again, and I told them what happened the night before and informed them I had someone else coming. The response I received was, "Ok, have a good day." Really, really, really disappointed. And their lack of comprehension landed me with thousands of dollars of damage while we were cleaning up the mess and waiting for them.

It was time to replace our 25 year-old HVAC system. I obtained estimates from 5 different HVAC…read moreinstallation companies offering units from five different HVAC manufacturers. Adam Gruber from RHP Mechanical was the most thorough in his inspection of our residence in determining our HVAC needs, and Zach Beach from Beach and Sons mechanical was close behind in thoroughness. Both were extremely professional and spent the time to thoroughly explain the choices and provide different estimates based upon a range of equipment. The other three HVAC contractors that came out to determine our needs fell far behind Adam and Zach as far as the extent and thoroughness of their inspections. There are a lot of HVAC company choices and a lot of manufacturer choices out there. Being longtime Costco executive members the decision finally came down to using RHP Mechanical for the cost savings on a top-of-the-line Lennox system which made the pricing comparable in the end between RHP and Beach. It was a hard decision as both companies came highly recommended and were very responsive to requests for additional information. RHP Mechanical spent two full days doing the installation. Evan and Matt were the primary installers and were here both days. I was very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. I must say when I originally began obtaining bids for the job I was shocked at the cost estimates received from all five companies. However during the two day period of installation and seeing exactly what is involved with the newest HVAC systems to meet current building codes and Federal energy efficiency requirements I can totally understand why it costs so much compared to 25 years ago, taking into account basic inflation. The days of homeowner self installation of an HVAC system are long over. I am very pleased with the performance of our new HVAC system and the quality of workmanship by Evan and Matt in installing the system for RHP Mechanical.

So we have had pure water systems installed now for about five weeks and we are loving it! We…read moreinstalled the reverse osmosis water filtration system by the kitchen sink and then we also installed the jugs in the garage for soft water throughout the house. The appointment we had with Kawika went smooth and I love the presentation he did. He was kind and it definitely felt like no pressure at all. After two weeks, I noticed a weird sound coming from under the sink and I checked and there had been water leaking onto a towel I had there as back up. The towel was pretty soaked and smelly, and the bottom of the cabinets were starting to crinkle. However, I called pure water systems and the gal I spoke with wanted to send a technician out there immediately, which was a very, very nice considering it was 5:30 PM on a Friday night. The technician, José, was there very promptly and all he did was tighten the filter that he noticed was loose. Since then, all has been excellent and so far I would say the value will be good in the long run. Much appreciation to the team that installed the system and for the technician that came out that day. I'm a happy customer.
