I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I received calls and texts from 4 different numbers to receive prepayment of the service fee and paid it 2 hours before. An hour later I received a text from one number that the technician was sick and another that said he had car problems. Tech shows a different day, no uniform, no company car. Didn't speak English and was on FaceTime the entire time with someone that was looking at the washing machine. Get a quote to fix an 18 month old washing machine that was $300 and pay it. Was told part took 2 days and they would come fix it. Two days later I check in and they tell me two more days. A week goes by and they tell me they can't fix it for over another week.
