    Sales man.

    Alic motors LLC stole from a me a hard working solo parent. I didnt need a. Car i wanted a bigger car i owned my vehicle that i sold after he aold me a car with no title in hand. I went to his car lot weekly to figure out how he would fix this. Sold me a car with no title to submit to the bank after the sale. We had meetings i drove to the lot weekly to pay my bill. Why isn't my loan funded. He blames me but remember I have all the texts all the dmv reports ect. Registerd offender scott he was allowed around my baby girl his finance manager and embezzled my cash down payment and stashed my loan under his desk and went on vacation. my loan was never funded never did i not try and pay you robert. You had no title you forged my signature to remove the bank as lein holder. God only knows what personal information scott took of mine and your family's also. Robert mustafa alic never speaks the truth saying it's a bank issue he and I quote said "the car is yours" your payment are not late. I just wanted a safe new momma car. I didn't need the car i wanted it. I sold te car i owned after the purchase. My contract is nole and void. I watched the dmv records i paid for records of the title you never had it to give to the bank. I drove this vehicle registered and insured for ONE and a HALF YEARS! Never did he call me he never ever called me so don't say I never tried to pay. I have the reciepts. I then had a fender bender and insurance totaled the car. Roberto promised to get me into andother car same documents same interest rate if i gave him the insurance check He stole my insurance check and never spoke to me again. He promised to help me if i gave him the check. I never had to complete the insurance claim i should have towed your car to your lot ans walked away. Two of his sales boys sent me unsolicited texts and when i say demi is creepy i have the proof in the texts. Mind blown. I will attach images. Do your deep dive. Research the ICourts see how many law suits they have lost. My situation is un heard of. deceptive sales. I have all the proof all the paper trail all the texts to prove in court. I genuinely am a deserving person. I really don't think he understands what this did to me and my daughter. Left with no car no money and shot credit. I've sat on this review for along time. And the car didn't even start day two. Don't get me started on the mechanics he has. Don't get me started with the issues the car had and the paperwork left in the jockey box. I have folders of proof I've done my reading hours of my life I will never get back.

    Right after I got home, I was so excited, even after the driver's side handle fell off.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Subaru of Boise…read more I emailed inquiring about a 2026 Subaru Forester listed at MSRP of $41,500, explaining that I was interested in one vehicle now and another in about a year and a half for my other child, to keep things fair. I was upfront, serious about buying, and simply asked whether there was any flexibility on price. The sales representative, Noah, immediately seemed put off that I even asked about a discount. He offered to show "invoice pricing," and when I pointed out--accurately--that dealership invoice pricing does not reflect the dealership's true end cost, the conversation went downhill. I requested that he speak with his GM or sales manager to see if anything could be done. After some back-and-forth, instead of continuing a normal negotiation, I was told that Subaru of Boise would not do business with me at all. I am just a customer asking questions and trying to make a large purchase (actually two). As a result of this interaction, Subaru of Boise has now lost the potential of approximately $83,000 in sales across two vehicles. Being shut down completely for attempting to negotiate was unprofessional and unnecessary. If Subaru of Boise is only interested in customers who don't ask questions or discuss pricing, that should be made clear upfront. Unfortunately, this experience ensured I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

At the time of sale, I was not fully informed that the vehicle included aftermarket equipment, including a GPS system and brake-related modifications, that were not compatible with the vehicle's proper function. After taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that these aftermarket additions resulted in a loss of expected functionality, which was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. I felt pressured during the transaction to accept these add-ons as part of the deal. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the dealership. I spoke directly with sales manager Ramon and finance Ben Saint and left several messages that went unreturned from the general manager during my attempts to resolve the situation. I was told I would be reimbursed for the one aftermarket equipment GPS, but despite those assurances, no payment has been issued. My follow-up calls and requests for updates have not been returned or resolved. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review all add-ons, disclosures, and financing details before agreeing to any purchase, and be aware of your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. At this point, I am still waiting on the promised resolution and have not received the reimbursement that was communicated to me. This was considered "installed" they have the product and have yet to reimburse me after Ben offering reimbursement has unfortunately said he will no longer be able to speak to me on this matter and didn't give me any further information on who to contact going forward! Be cautious friends ! I really tried to not write a bad review however this has been over 30 days of time, gas, resources, communication and loss of function in the car with no end in sight hoping to save the next mom with a busy schedule this headache!
