They checked out the situation and didn't have the part I needed, but since I needed to drive a few hours that evening and couldn't wait for them to order what I needed, they called around until they found a shop that could help me out and made me an appointment. Within an hour and a half, my car was good to go. I'm really grateful for their kind and generous help even though I didn't end up being a paying customer.

They diagnosed items for replacements or repair BUT didn't push any fixes on me. Instead, after asking me questions about my usage of the car, they suggested that I could wait another year unless they worsen. I was very pleased by their thoroughness and honesty.
