I mentioned that I had really wanted "gel" (they do not call it that) but the front desk said she didn't have time. She quickly said, no worries I will make it work! That made my day. I typically only get gel on my toes but was willing to settle because my daughter had an appointment at the same time and we were told only one of us could get "gel." She's going on spring break so I wanted her to have that appointment. The only reason for 4 stars is the price. You pay for the quiet, pedicure area spa setting. While it is nice, I would not say it's actually a "spa."

The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.

When I was laying on my back, they grabbed my private area and asked me if I wanted that massage too. I said no at least three times when I finally got up and left because I was uncomfortable. As I was sitting trying to find the Dublin and Columbus police departments nonemergency numbers to report them, two more men walked into the establishment. This is apparently a known "happy ending place". Again, they have been reported to both the Columbus and Dublin police departments.

Most good massage therapist will check in with you to see if the pressure is sufficient. However this one, never asked once. Finally I spoke up and said she could go much more firmer. She replied she was working up to that. I explained that she had already moved onto to other body parts. I waited again for her to check in with me, but she never did. I lay there getting more and more frustrated as she poked and light rubbed her hands on me. She put very little pressure on my back and my calves. Finally, I just ended the massage because I was so frustrated at how horrible this massage was going. She did nothing to resolve or correct the massage, even though I had requested it. Once I got to the counter they were still wanting to charge me. Finally they comped this partial experience. I am so disappointed.

Linda did my pedicure was very attentive - I had just finished training for and running a half marathon, so my callouses and feet were in rough shape. She shaved down the callouses and but left a little bit there, just like I asked. She was also careful to avoid the 2 almost healed blisters I had from the race. They treated our group so well, from not rushing us to start or to leave, to making sure everyone liked our colors, water temps, massage chairs, etc. They were friendly chatting with us and overall the mood was positive and relaxed.
