You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.

Unsurprisingly, others have experienced the same thing. I like getting services done here, but the attitude of staff has turned me off completely. The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.

As I was sitting trying to find the Dublin and Columbus police departments nonemergency numbers to report them, two more men walked into the establishment. This is apparently a known "happy ending place". Again, they have been reported to both the Columbus and Dublin police departments.

Most good massage therapist will check in with you to see if the pressure is sufficient. However this one, never asked once. Finally I spoke up and said she could go much more firmer. She replied she was working up to that. I explained that she had already moved onto to other body parts. I waited again for her to check in with me, but she never did. I lay there getting more and more frustrated as she poked and light rubbed her hands on me. She put very little pressure on my back and my calves. Finally, I just ended the massage because I was so frustrated at how horrible this massage was going. She did nothing to resolve or correct the massage, even though I had requested it. Once I got to the counter they were still wanting to charge me. Finally they comped this partial experience. I am so disappointed.

Afterwards, they ask if you want tea or water and take you back to the lounge area where there are heated neck towels that were lavender scented so I grabbed one of those and just sat back relaxing for about 10 mins with one of those and just getting my last moments of zen in prior to changing and heading out. The therapist was just smearing oil all over me. She smeared it on my face, in my hair and just everywhere. I had to use a scrub brush to get the oil off. Has anyone EVER heard of a massage therapist smearing body oil on a face? She was also jerking my arms and head around while telling me to "relax." It felt as though she had no formal training. When I spoke to the manager about it she simply said "massage therapists are a dime a dozen. You are not going to fall in love with every single one of them." I believe it is under new ownership and the service has hit rock bottom. That place will not last long in an area like Bridge Park. Take my advice and spend your money somewhere else.

They were ready when we arrived and were patient as we picked our polish colors. We all had a great experience! Linda did my pedicure was very attentive - I had just finished training for and running a half marathon, so my callouses and feet were in rough shape. She shaved down the callouses and but left a little bit there, just like I asked. She was also careful to avoid the 2 almost healed blisters I had from the race. They treated our group so well, from not rushing us to start or to leave, to making sure everyone liked our colors, water temps, massage chairs, etc. They were friendly chatting with us and overall the mood was positive and relaxed.
