You want the table a little warmer/ cooler? Got it. Want to lighten the pressure in certain areas? Sure, no problem! Curious about how 'x' pain connects to 'y' limb? You'll get an accurate, thoughtful response. Lights lower, music softer? She's on it. No stress added that I arrived a couple minutes late. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. Unsurprisingly, others have experienced the same thing. I like getting services done here, but the attitude of staff has turned me off completely. The young lady (I believe her name is Leah) who I believe is a receptionist or something has one of the worst attitudes I've ever witness from an employee, especially at a business that claims to give guests a "premium" experience at a premium price! This young lady was not only rude to me, but extremely dismissive. She cared more about getting me out of the way than my guest experience so she could go back to gossiping with the others. My recommendation is to listen to my experience and the experience of others who have left reviews and get rid of some of those bad apples.

This is apparently a known "happy ending place". Again, they have been reported to both the Columbus and Dublin police departments.

She replied she was working up to that. I explained that she had already moved onto to other body parts. I waited again for her to check in with me, but she never did. I lay there getting more and more frustrated as she poked and light rubbed her hands on me. She put very little pressure on my back and my calves. Finally, I just ended the massage because I was so frustrated at how horrible this massage was going. She did nothing to resolve or correct the massage, even though I had requested it. Once I got to the counter they were still wanting to charge me. Finally they comped this partial experience. I am so disappointed.

I walk in and they immediately take you into the back which immediately sets a calming and relaxing mood. They take you to your "lounge" space where you can get changed, relax with a little tabletop waterfall thing going, relaxing music, etc. I didn't have much time to spend in their prior to my massage as the therapist was ready pretty much once I was changed into my robe. I had massage therapist Candace and she was great! I had marked I only wanted conversation if I initiated and she was very respectful of that only asking a time or two if the pressure was good and to let her know if I wanted it more firm or softer than how she was doing it. I said nope it's perfect. So relaxing. Afterwards, they ask if you want tea or water and take you back to the lounge area where there are heated neck towels that were lavender scented so I grabbed one of those and just sat back relaxing for about 10 mins with one of those and just getting my last moments of zen in prior to changing and heading out. The therapist was just smearing oil all over me. She smeared it on my face, in my hair and just everywhere. I had to use a scrub brush to get the oil off. Has anyone EVER heard of a massage therapist smearing body oil on a face? She was also jerking my arms and head around while telling me to "relax." It felt as though she had no formal training. When I spoke to the manager about it she simply said "massage therapists are a dime a dozen. You are not going to fall in love with every single one of them." I believe it is under new ownership and the service has hit rock bottom. That place will not last long in an area like Bridge Park. Take my advice and spend your money somewhere else.
