I know it might sound cliche but can't say enough good things about Dr. Michelle and the Align and Refine chiropractic team. I first came in with acute glute pain that put me out of commission for weeks, and on top of that I had been dealing with chronic knee and elbow pain for more than two years from sports related injuries. At that point, I couldn't run, going up or down stairs hurt my knee, squatting past 45 degrees was impossible, I'd wake up in the middle of the night from glute pain, and jumping was completely out of the question. I walked in stiff as a board, and when she was finished, I could actually move my neck and it was so much looser with significantly less pain. She did so many treatments to help me, including cupping, active release techniques, rehab exercises, and adjusted me.
