Please avoid!!!! Owner showed up over 30 minutes late to open. Alignment rack plates do not work! He even admitted that they have been broken for YEARS! Both his tech and the owner used PLIERS to remove the tie rod bolt instead of a wrench. They didn't even try to use the correct tool! Owner set the toe and said it was good. He didn't even TOUCH the factory camber/caster adjustment! Paper work says $65, but I was told it would be $125. After I called him out on all the things stated above, he yelled at me to get out. He scratched all 4 of my brand new wheels with his ancient alignment monitors. Workers are okay, they have been set up for failure by a cheap jacka$$ of an owner. Car pulls hard to the right and steering wheel is incredibly crooked. This is a washed up spot that shouldn't be in business! Avoid at all costs!!!!! read more

I pull up 45min later and within 2 minutes the car is on the rack, getting ready to get aligned. This shop is ran by a few Hispanic men (Mexican) and I'm glad I speak Spanish and love how my people are no "BS/let's get this done" attitude. And it was $80! Let me start this review by saying that I rarely share average experiences, and often post about great experiences. This place honestly leaves me no choice. My truck needed an alignment after suspension work. My tires rubbed against my fender. After spending 30 min on my truck, he claimed that he needed more time and asked me to be back tomorrow morning. He explained that he's got other customers and wouldn't be able to help me. What's upsetting is that the owner explained that he's OUT OF TIME, and had to move on to someone else's vehicle. He proceeded to explain what he needed to do when I'm back the next day. To add further insult, he does not accept credit cards- CASH ONLY. He asks his employee to follow me to the ATM since I only had credit cards on me for payment. I left with my truck rubbing even worse, and the feeling of being followed to the ATM was an odd, unwelcoming experience. Fortunately, I was able to book an appointment at another shop that took care of my alignment and rubbing issues the same day. This shop can 'probably' take care of more basic suspension needs as stated by other reviewers. It's what brought me to this shop in the first place. But the lack of professionalism and the 'quick buck' approach makes it difficult to recommend this shop. read more

I really expected better of this place with the way costco and discount tires recommended them. They aligned my tires with knowing the lower ball joint was going out which makes it pointless in aligning it but they didn't say anything about the ball joint being bad until after they aligned my tires and then on top of that they told me the shocks were bad when they weren't. I took it somewhere else and they fixed the problem for less than half the cost of what Aligntech told me it would be and the shocks were fine. read more

I needed an alignment on SUV as my tires were wearing unevenly. My dealership wanted way too much and probably would have up-sold me on items I didn't need. So I called around a few places and found some good reviews on Aligntech. They did it right away and for a small fraction of what the dealership wanted. When I arrived Henry was out on a test drive, so the nice lady at the counter fitted the machine to my car wheels and started to make a few adjustments. Henry arrived shortly afterwards and completed the job. He also showed me the results on the computer. He explained a few items that will eventually need to be replaced and explained how to get it done for the best price. He did not try to up-sell me on items that still had some life left in them. That right there is trustworthy service people. I'm a former mechanic and I have seen it all. I've been taking my car to Nissan of Redlands (that's were I bought it), never had problems or negative customer service experiences there; And because of the positive experiences and excellent customer service, and the fact that no other mechanic's shop had done mechanical repairs on my vehicle, I figured I would go through Nissan. First the nightmare.., I started having problems Friday at lunch time (Car wouldn't start on first try but it would on second attempt), so the following day, (Early Saturday morning) I took the car in to the Nissan dealership. Don, a service department employee (with whom I had never worked before), said he knew what the problem was because when he tried turning the ignition switch on he had to try doing that a second time.., I said: "-Great!, now the dealer's service department employee knows first-hand what the issue is!". I was there 8am and and around 1115am I was told by Don: "-Mr. Ferrer, it seems to me that you have a starter unit problem.., your starter is an after-market part, who installed it for you??". I replied: " -I bought it here and you guys installed it for me!". He proceeded to say: "-Not only that, my technician could not recreate the problem, so if he can't find the problem , he can't fix it, so just take the car home and drive it until it breaks down..'. Well I did as it was suggested to me, I left the premises and.., It did!!, it broke down on me!!, I drove the car from the Nissan dealership in Redlands to Garden Grove Ca., off the 22 and Brookhurst Avenue (about 25 miles away). Later that day, I was on my way back home to Moreno Valley and planning to have dinner in Palm Springs CA.; Well, my car lost power on the 91E., just east of the 57N freeway, somehow I was able to get off the freeway, park the car, turned it off and.., that was it!. I called ALIGNTECH in Santa Ana CA, Henry the owner, came to the site where the vehicle was parked, checked the vehicle and confirmed that the starter was done and over with and that the alternator was probably gone as well!!. So, The vehicle was towed to the ALIGNTECH site in Santa Ana CA., I had to get a rental car for a couple of from the Orange county airport.., and deal with it...!!. So Monday I get a phone call from ALIGNTECH.., Car was ready (with 48 hours), however I was told that the front brake pads were gone!, totally worn-out!!. I became very upset because Saturday morning at the dealership and before I was sent on my "merry way" home, I was handed a "check -list" you know, the one with the "NEEDS WORK", "OK" boxes?, well the front brake box was marked "OK" with the side-comment "6 Millimeters"!!. There was no paste left on the pads!, Am no math nor meter system expert but I do know the difference between the thickness of 6mm. and -1mm; ALIGNTECH had to replace not only the pads but the discs as well!!. Nissan of Redlands was negligent!, They could have offered me a rental car, kept the car for a couple of days if necessary to find the problem and fixed it!. I would've gladly paid for the car rental and avoided this stressful, unnecessary and wearying 4 days!!. I spoke to the Service administrator at Nissan, he was helpful but then again our conversation took place prior to me being notified about the brakes!. I'm not looking forward to my next oil change at NISSAN of REDLANDS, and I am certain that said dealership will not be looking forward to hear from the California Bureau of Automotive Repair regarding this issue. On the other hand, I would like to thank Henry at ALIGNTECH in Santa Ana CA., for going to bat for me when I most needed someone to depend and rely on in regards to car problems!.
