What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. We were looking at buying an Audi Q4 e-tron that had a damage report. A reputable dealership told us it was "minor" and offered to take it to the mechanic for our peace of mind. I had already done my due diligence and familiarized myself with the vehicle and potential issues. I asked Arnold very specific, technical questions that I already knew the answers to. Danny fixed my rear axle, my engine and just recently i got into an accident, he did the body work and it came out great. During the time i been coming to Super 1Auto Body, I noticed that danny is really good to customer as soon as you step in his shop, he is right there to help you right away and answer any questions u have in mind about the problem and also Danny will give you options or alternative ways on how he can help you. When it comes to buying the parts that need to be replace, he always try to shop around to get a best deal for your pocket. I was recently rear-ended on the highway and was looking for an auto body shop that does really good quality bumper repair. They gave me an excellent quote compared to some other places that I called. There was a huge dent but they were able to remove it and finish it so it looked like it did before the accident. It's pretty difficult to find a decent auto repair shop in the area. There are so many and you never know who to trust. I thought these guys were really straightforward with all the details. My wife was looking for a brake shop to replace her brakes so I asked these guys and they got the job done in a day. The location is really convenient and accessible. Technicians seemed super skilled. In the future if I ever need an auto glass shop or auto transmission shop, I'm turning to them. Great work, great prices and great service. Several years ago I crashed my 1980 Mercedes. I found Danny Tran of Super 1 just afterward. I did not want to give up this car & discussed with Danny buying another car just for parts. He swapped parts with the 2nd car I purchased and went on to paint the car. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. But later, when I got to know Danny better, I realized how honest he was and his pricing backs that up. He services all 4 of our family cars now. They claimed it was because they had to blend the paint across 3 panels. However, this would have been apparent before the work was bid. Since the bid included the door being painted, any reputable company would have known the paint needed to be blended across. In addition, they offered a 10% discount and jacked the price up further to make it look like there was a discount. We will not do business with this company in the future. Wish we had read other reviews before going with this company.

Sam Kawarit and his team did a fantastic job fixing both separate events. My car looks absolutely perfect. They even waxed it for me!! It's pretty tight in there, so I didn't want to risk driving my car in- but thankfully, Phi drove it in for me. I got a very reasonable quote right away. Phi speaks English and Vietnamese, while most of the staff mainly speak Vietnamese. I was referred here by someone I know and chose Phi's after comparing a few other quotes. They had the best price, and their turnaround time is impressively fast. Even though they're always busy (for a good reason!) they finished my car in 3 days as promised. My headlight had heavy UV damage from years of neglect, plus some deep scratches. They managed to restore it to about 90% of its original condition. Other shops told me they could only get it to around 80% or that I'd need a full replacement. The result here was smooth, clear, and with minimal remaining scratches. My front bumper also had deep scratches, and they matched the paint perfectly- looks brand new. The whole process was easy and straightforward. Phi is responsive to calls and texts, and the team is made up mostly of older, hardworking Vietnamese men who remind me of my dad and grandpa . They're honest, skilled, and confident in their work. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs. Hopefully I won't need to come back lol. But if I do, this is where I'd go!
