I've gone to this location a few times the coffee is good but the service and price is horrible. Today I went to get 2 lattes, as usual it was a 20 minute wait (your very lucky if you wait 10 minutes, I've waited 30 minutes before, for the same thing) Drive thru or inside the wait is the same. This time was different because I payed $18.60 for 2 lattes AND they changed there size to a smaller cup. Go if you want good coffee but you'll sacrifice your time and you'll be supporting a money grabber. I hope others see this company for what it is. I know there's other local coffee dealers that taste just as good and appreciate there customers way more, go support them instead:) read more

Order was supposed to be ready 10 minutes before got there and it was not ready, she said it needed to be confirmed, which she did but then took another 25 minutes to make coffee, waiting on other people first. Also, coffee was supposed to be half sweet and it was very very sweet. Terrible service, will not return. read more

Two breakfast bagel sandwiches, (one vegetarian) , one breakfast croissant sandwich, three drinks, and one cookie. $75.00! Two reasons I will not return...1) no prices on the menu, the surprise receipt in my opinion is evidence of being nickeled & dimmed. On the receipt I see the bagel sandwich starts out at $10.85, then there's a $1.00 charge for avocado $1.00 charge for cream cheese, a 0.50 cent charge for pesto (which I did not add) two more 0.50 cent charges for bacon, and turkey. The total for that Piggy Back Sandwich was $14.35. I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted the extras such as avocado, and pesto, as well as being told that the cream cheese, bacon, and turkey would be additional up charges. 2) I won't return because the amount of sugar being used is too much for my liking, and no sugar is not an option. It looks to me this place is known for their syrup usage, and not able to accommodate those who are health conscious. The matcha I ordered, and requested no sugar to be added, the matcha was so sweet I couldn't drink it. My assumption is that the matcha is a sweetened version, which I would have appreciated that honesty, not just to be charged for something I did not want. I wish I would have tried my matcha before leaving. Those are the two reasons, I will not return. I don't imagine an inflexible establishment to stay open long, especially when it's cheaper to go to Dutch Brothers for a caffeinated syrup soaked beverage. All together, I would have been happier going to Starbucks, getting a simple matcha latte, with a bagel. The sandwiches were not generously packed with fresh produce, the egg was the pre-made egg. Thin cheap cuts of deli turkey and bacon used in the sandwiches, and bruised skimpy slices of avocado being used, do not justify the $75.00 bill. My impression is that young college kids come here for the caffeinated syrup soaked drinks and do not ask about prices, and you do not get a receipt unless you ask for it. Yes, the Lady running the establishment is nice, the reason for my three stars. I hope this review prompts the owner to add prices to the menu, and include written notice of all the up charges, of cream cheese for the bagels, the avocado, and the pesto. Transparency is an important part of customer service. read more

The people working here are very nice! The decor of this place is a little off putting though. Everything tasted good but it did take awhile for us to get our food and drinks. It wasn't busy at all it just seemed The people working seemed a little busy chatting up other customers or friends/family, not sure. And I will say for what we ordered it was a bit expensive. Could've went to a sit down restaurant for what we paid. They have some pretty cool and unique type drinks but I probably won't be back here though. read more

Wow, this place is a hidden gem! The customer service is great, she's so helpful, and explains with confidence, what sets them apart from other coffee shops. I went through the drive through, it's a bit of an awkward layout, but it works. & the drinks! They really are over the top! My large drink and breakfast croissant with added avocado was $17. I definitely questioned spending that much initially, but once I got my order I understood. The presentation was great, the serving sizes were above and beyond, and the quality of ingredients used is awesome. They make the eggs for the breakfast sandwiches fresh, nothing is microwaved, & I could taste the difference! I will most definitely visit again when I'm in the Turlock area. read more

Visiting from out of state and found this lovely place. Alison is very sweet and friendly. She was patient with me as I went through the menu to pick out one of her delicious masterpieces. Until I got a Reese's latte here, I thought I'd lost my taste for frivolous flavored lattes. It was amazing. It defines the popular food-industry term "craveable." I now want to work my way down the frivolous latte menu. There is a good-sized selection of pastries made in-house. My Nutella fan was delicious! This is a cozy cafe with regulars -- if you're coming in, it's designed as an experience for lingering, not as a rush-and-get-your-drink-bye. The cafe is tucked in a weird triangle of land across Canal from the big shopping center, facing away from all major streets, so if your GPS loses its mind, persist! It's worth it. read more

Huge supporters of local businesses, especially during quarantine. Saw some delicious looking drinks on their social media and decided to take the girls for my youngest daughter's bday. The line was really long, but we waited and ordered 4 drinks. Both of my girls ordered smoothies and they were just topped with blue whip....not all the toppings as posted online. I've had friends tell me the same thing has happened to them and in the turlock to go group on fb, I keep seeing people post amazing drinks. I don't think they are consistent with the way they do things, like they are choosing who gets the additional toppings. I commented on instagram about it, comment was deleted and I was messaged regarding it. I was told any drink that has whipped cream, comes with toppings. All 4 of our drinks had whipped cream and none had any thrills and frills added to it. I had a coffee, but it was just topped with chocolate syrup, which is pretty standard at other places. When I mentioned my daughter's birthday, she said I have to ask for bday toppings and it's an upcharge. I didn't even know there was any bday toppings, I just wanted the toppings that they keep advertising and some people get and some people don't. I went back one other time after, but still wasn't impressed. Was really hoping to like them so I could support them, but I probably won't go back due to my interactions with them. read more

Did you mean to misspell common words? The menu had me laughing. So let's talk about the wait. This place takes FOREVER! We ordered our drinks and waited, waited and waited some more. We didn't even realized the people that were seated at the bar were waiting for their order. They waited so long that I think they were going to cancel their order. After the long wait, we finally got our drinks and pastry. The drinks were fine. Their croissant stuffed with Nutella was good. My biggest gripe would be the wait. read more

How the mighty have fallen. Once great, now making odd choices and what feels like lackluster effort. I've been going here forever. Quality has suffered since the ownership change, but reached an all-time low. To preface this, we ordered delivery; delivery is irrelevant to the quality issues (that is, unless they don't treat delivery with as much care). First of all, they made zero attempt to prioritize the safety of the drinks. All other business have stickers to tape down the gaping openings of the Frappuccino lids and prevent the lids from being removed. Our were delivered just as if we'd ordered in person. Unsafe, disappointing. Second, I have always ordered (and loved) the toffee coffee. It used to have bits of toffee. Now it tastes like plan sweet creamer. No toffee, no chai, no coffee. So odd. Third, I paid $12.24 for a piece of bread, slice of turkey, and a slice of cheese.............where is the produce? What happened to the lettuce? The peppers? And the "new" seasoning blend you put on your sandwiches is overpowering the gross. A warning would be nice. No mention of that anywhere. I know everything is expensive right now, but it feels like false advertising when they don't update online prices and when you go in, there aren't listed prices on anything. We ordered two sandwiches, a can of soda, and a coffee and it came to almost $50. Not to mention we waited 20 minutes just for the coffee and we were the only customers in there. The sandwiches were mediocre (I can make better at home). Also, the vibe was not great and my coffee was meh. Unfortunately, we won't be back. Cute cafe with a very nice hostess, the drinks presentation is visually pleasant, especially if you love taking photos of your drinks and food. We also got a croissant and a breakfast burrito. Every time we are planning a trip my hubs says "at least we can go to Alisons". Heck yeah we can and we will. So we usually stop in regularly when in town. This last trip we got sandwiches.
