After pulling our home off of the market due to the rising mortgage rates, my wife and I sat back and realized that our decision was a blessing in disguise. This blessing being that we would save an abundance of money that would have gone towards a higher mortgage at a new home. Therefore, we figured that we would use the money to make upgrades to our home. While playing video games together, my son suggested that we turn our spare room into a "mancave." After furnishing the room with a comfortable futon, I figured that we should upgrade the 42 inch tv that currently resided in the room to something a bit bigger (so American of me). While at Best Buy waiting to pick up a new tv, I began looking at tv stands; however, most of the stands were bulky and would conflict with the minimalist approach that I was aiming for. I immediately started watching YouTube videos on how to install a TV wall mount, and came to the conclusion that it was a job that my wife and I could take on. However, when the mount arrived at our home via Amazon, we realized that we much rather prefer to have a professional install it. I immediately did a Yelp search for "tv mounters" and the results led me to Alive Entertainments owned and operated by a gentleman named Francisco. Francisco not only had perfect reviews (and the photos to showcase his work), but also had a really cool bio about his journey working with electronics (ironically I had a similar upbringing in relation to installing car audio systems in my youth). I gave Francisco a call and was able to secure a same day appointment. Leading up to the set appointment time, Francisco did a great job of communicating his status. Francisco arrived at 1:23 pm and finished the installation at 2:10 pm, which was extremely quick. It probably would have been quicker had I not bothered Francisco with questions pertaining to the installation. I'm using the word bothered; however, Francisco did not seem bothered at all to patiently answer my questions. By the attention to detail that Francisco applied to the installation, it's pretty obvious that Francisco is knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I'm looking forward to playing video games and using our spare room for at-home workouts on those days when I cannot make it to the gym. I will definitely refer Francisco to my family & friends, and plan on scheduling another appointment in the near future to have our bedroom television mounted. Thank you Francisco! read more

I reached out to Alive Entertainments earlier this week for a quote and received a response within minutes! They had appointments available as soon as the next day which was unlike other companies we reached out to, and they were also the most affordable. They even gave us a call when they were on the way, and arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment. The only guy you should consider for mounting your tv and running wires in the wall! Incredible job mounting and hiding wires for a 65" super thin OLED with a very flush mount, and Sonos sound bar. This task wasn't simple. We found a fire block that he had to spend a lot of time to get though but was able to do it through only the holes we needed without having to remove a block of drywall over the fire block to do so. He also found a water line that he safely worked around. And an expected live power line that wasn't where it should have been. It was a lot of work but he has an awesome attitude and never gave up. Highly recommended! Arrived to my destination for a 2-week work trip only to find that my wife and children were stuck at home without internet. I'd been having intermittent issues with it for weeks, replaced some cables, and thought the issue was resolved. Nope! Of course, it was on a Sunday. After a detailed discussion on previous troubleshooting and our home setup, Franscisco made it to our house a few hours later and found the issue, which required running new cable through our attic and interior wall during 100 degree outside temps.
