I had two jobs done at my house by TS7 Smart. Both jobs were done my Michael. The first job was the mounting of a 65in TV. It was done very well and in a timely manner. The wires were hidden in the wall for a very clean look. The second job was the install of two in-ceiling speakers. It was not an easy job and there were a few more challenges than initially anticipated.. But Michael worked and worked until the job was completed. I'm very happy with the work that was done. Michael's communication was great as well. I realize things happen and I'm understanding to it. On the first job (mounting my TV), Michael was a tad late because the job he had earlier that day ran a little long. Michael called me, in advance, to let me know he may be late and gave me the option to reschedule if needed. He then called me when he was on his way and made it to my house when he said. Now we're only talking about 20mins, but it was really nice to have that communication. He was right on time for the speaker job. Michael from TS7 Smart was great. He was able to finish the service quickly and was very professional. I had originally been quoted $150 over the phone when I first inquired about the service. However, at the end of service I was told it would be $200 because of the removal of the units. What impressed me was that Michael called me about 10 minutes after he left and let me know he discussed with the boss and agreed that they should honor the original quote to me even though he did the extra service. He drove back to my house and gave me back $50. In my line of work, integrity is everything and Michael and TS7 Smart really delivered on that. TS7 installed a security camera system for us, and we've had so many problems with it since it was installed. Quality of work is poor, and they want to charge us to fix anything. Their warranty is useless. They always have an excuse why it wasn't their fault. They were cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Would not hire them again for anything. read more

I used a service that recommended 3 television mounting companies. After speaking with Mike, i did not need to speak with anyone else! We set the appointment, and right on time, Mike, Mike, and Miguel arrived at my home prepared to mount 4 TVs. In sorry order there were 3 TVs mounted, working like charms,! The 4th TV presented a problem due to it being an older plasma (HEAVY) beast. Mike was able to locate a full motion arm that could handle the load; however, his overarching concern for my family's safety prompted Mike to strongly recommend NOT mounting this TV.
