I have used Serv-All for 15+ years, and they have always provided excellent service. Sean also did a check over of my water softener during the visit. If you want to avoid itchy skin, I suggest working with Serv-All Water Conditioning to have a water softener installed in your home. I recommend them; they offer a military/veteran discount on their services and are good value for money. The cost overall for filter replacement and service was around $200.

However, I wanted to take some time to thank Dave, and Tim, in particular (former Army) for making this process easier for my family and I. We purchased a new home in Summerlin and the prior owner had removed the water shut off valve, as well as the water softener system. I had to act quickly, as my skin cracks easily from all the minerals in the Vegas water supply. I contacted Las Vegas Quality Water Works and they sent Tim. He reverse engineered the problems and worked up a game plan. Within a few days, the officer and manager worked up a bid and gave me a reasonable rate, even considering my veteran status as a Marine. They were all extremely patriotic and Pro USA, dissimilar to the California culture we escaped. They sent their team out yesterday, and they absolutely went the extra mile to get us a reasonably priced water softener system, including a new shut off valve, and running a new drain into the laundry room. The team, along with Tim and Robert (Robert knows how to talk to women, which is a plus when the wife is stressed from a new move and making sure the kids get what they need during a move!) took time to explain everything to my wife, insofar as changing out salt, how the system works and everything she needed to hear to place her at ease. It was an honor working with the team, and without reservation, I would hire them and recommend them again and again. As I get the time, I will upload some images of the work. Being a former contractor, and now a lawyer, I was impressed with their knowledge, people skills and overall common sense. I could tell the job was more difficult then they originally perhaps thought. At the end of the day, they spent around 6-8 hours and I actually was feeling a little guilty. I am indebted to these guys, and under my code of honor, am at their disposal moving forward. My feeling is that like our founding fathers pledged their lives, fortunes and sacred honor, these guys embody what we are losing as a culture..
