However--for the last 3 to 4 years, in particular--this gas station has elevated its customer service to a whole new level! 1) Daniel (the new manager) has completely transformed this place; not only did he introduce a new fast-food service--featuring items like fried chicken, pulled pork sandwiches, veggie egg rolls, and a variety of breakfast burritos (such as chorizo, birria, bacon and eggs, or sausage and eggs)--but he also ensured that the service is delivered with genuine friendliness. Furthermore, I constantly see him checking in--walking in and out of the store--to ensure that everything remains clean and impeccable. 2) Mary and Gonzalo are part of the station's excellent team; they always strive to keep things running smoothly, serving customers with both friendliness and speed. In the mornings, they always make sure to have fresh coffee ready. And finally, 3) Henry--the night-shift assistant--is an employee I have *never* seen work with a bad attitude or treat a customer rudely! In fact, he knows many customers by name--myself included--which makes you feel like more than just a customer; they make you feel like part of the Sinclair Gas Station family.
