Dr lee is incredible! I am so thankful he was the one to work on my kiddos. He is fast, SUPER kind, and made my kids feel so comfortable. He took time to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease that i was making the right choices for my kids. I didn't feel like he was trying to do unnecessary work either. I am so grateful! First visit for my 1 year old(13 months). She was excited to be there, but was scared when dentist went to brush her teeth. Even though we brush daily, it was all new to her so it was expected. Office was very clean and loved the staff. Greeted once we walked in and since it's COVID right now, we were told for both of us to wash hands or use hand sanitizer(provided). I was really nervous about having to find a new dentist now that my husband is stationed here in California, especially when our previous dentists at our last two duty stations were so amazing! I actually found out about All 4 Kids on a facebook post in our military installation's group page and I decided to give it a shot. We have to drive a little over an hour to get to this dentist office, but it is definitely worth it. I loved the ease of being able to schedule our initial check up online and that there was a lot of availability for us! The follow up from Dr. Chu's office was quick and we were able to square away all of the insurance details before my children's check up. Their waiting area is small, but there never seems to be too many people waiting, so it's just right. I thought it was cute that they had our children's names on the wall since it was their welcome to their new patients. My children enjoyed the video game room where they could play Minecraft before their appointment. All of the staff (front desk and dental assistants) were amazing and very personable. Dr. Chu was very informative and I appreciated that it didn't feel like a lecture when he discussed any cavities and work that needed to be done. Some dentists can definitely make you feel like the worst mother in the world if you kid needs some work done. We've been to the office an additional time since our initial appointment and have had the same great experience and I hope that's how it'll be for the next two-three years while we're stationed here in California. read more

Initially I liked this place and gave a 5 star review because The Dr and his assistant were great. My problem came afterward. I received a voice-mail on 4/23 informing me that my insurance covered my daughter's visit in full, so they would refund my payment. I thought it was so nice that they were being proactive about it. So I returned their call and spoke with Ophelia about getting the refund. My debit card I used 2 weeks prior had to be replaced due to fraud and she said they couldn't refund it to my new card. I said no problem, just mail me a refund check. She said they were unable to send a check since I didn't pay with a check on my visit. She said she would talk to the Dr to see if they could refund my new debit card and would let me know the next day. I never heard back from anyone. On 5/2 after giving them plenty of time to figure it out, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called her again. She said that she would be able to refund my card, but they would charge me the 3% to do it. I told her I didn't think that was fair, since they charged me when it was covered by insurance, so I should get my full refund. She said she understood and put me on hold. Then she came back to the call and said they would mail me a refund check afterall, the following day. I called 5/3 to confirm it was being sent out and she said yes. I never received anything in the mail, so on 5/14 I called back yet again for another update. She said oh yah we sent it out late, the Dr just sent it other day. I asked why I wasn't updated until I had to call and she seemed annoyed. She said the Dr even told her "this is being sent out late, so if she calls let her know I just sent it the other day." If you know it's late, why not take it upon yourself to follow-up? It's so unprofessional that I've had to call multiple times to get my refund. It's even more unprofessional that each time I call, she acts like I'm bothering her. She never apologized for the delay or anything! So I finally received my refund check on 5/20, after trying to get my refund since 4/23. Literally almost a whole month later which is ridiculous! read more

Today my wife and I took my 6 year old son for two teeth extractions. First off, I was scared for my son. I thought this would be a traumatic experience for him, but little did I know, the staff here are really good at treating kids! From the time we arrived, I was pleased with the welcoming kid friendly decor of the lobby and gameroom. Totally kid friendly. I noticed how clean the lobby and the rest of the dental office. I will walk out of any establishment/business, dental office or even a doctor's office if the place isn't clean. The staff was welcoming and patient with my son. He was taken to a room where my son was prepped and made to feel comfortable. They administered an oxygen/nitrous mix to relax him. Dr. Lee was extremely nice, understanding and patient with my son. He made th extractions look so easy. He was able to give my son three oral injections of medicine and my son did not scream in pain. With his team of assistants, Carrisa and Kazel, he was able to extract two teeth in under five minutes. Dr. Lee, Carrisa and Kazel are good at what they do and that's make kids comfortable in an uncomfortable situation that can be scary for a kid. With that being said, I recommend All 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry if you have a child that may not like the whole dentist visit. They are patient and professionals. My son loved the small treasure chest the two teeth were put in for the tooth fairy. All in all, they are the best I've been too. Thank you to all the staff there. read more

I've been bringing my kids here for years and it's always been a positive experience for them. Dr. Chu has always been great! This recent time my daughter needed to have treatment done asap. Dr. Chu was not available so we went with a new doctor there, Dr. Lee. There was also a new assistant named Kazel. Wow! They are so great with kids! Perfect additions to this place and reflections of how great Dr. Chu is. At one point during X-rays, Kazel noticed an eyelash on my daughters cheek. She took it off and had my daughter blow it off of her finger while making a wish. How sweet that was! I brought my son in today for a check up and a cleaning. This was our first time here and I was 100% thrilled with all the staff and the DDS Dr. Chu. I was a tad skeptical because my son is just not a fan of brushing his teeth or letting anyone come near his mouth. He definitely put up a fuss while Dr. Chu did the cleaning but everything came out great! He gave me some great advise on how to brush his teeth. I also had some concerns about my sons front left tooth that has started to darken due to some trauma with a fall. Dr. Chu assured me his tooth would be okay and may turn back to its original color should it only be bruised. Today was our first appointment for my one-year-old and three-year-old. Hands-down, this is the best place I've ever been to. The people at the front desk are absolutely amazing!! They even have, a welcome sign with new patients name's on it which just made my kids so happy!! The place is so cute with all these bright colors and extremely clean I have to say. While waiting they have great stuff for the kids to play with so they don't go stir crazy and all. Because we all know how little ones patients can get They have a tv with a Disney movie on as well as, learning toys and books. I truly don't even think they realize they were at the Dentist ha ha.. When we were finally called back to do the cleaning and check up. The girls were absolutely amazing! They made them feel so comfortable which made my kids not freak out thank goodness haha. They definitely know what they're doing when it comes to making kids feel very special and all. When we finally saw Dr. Chu it just got better!! He was so helpful with explaining everything that their going to be doing . The staff is friendly. They over charged me countless times when my daughters insurance policy was supposed to be 100% for cleanings, fillings, etc. I would pay $80-$160 EVERYSINGLE time I left the office and that was per child (I have 2) I breastfeed and my 2 year olds front 4 teeth were starting to show discolor which was why I took her in. I was told that they needed to be capped which I was okay with. But we needed to wait 3 months till she turned 2 years old due to her needing to be sedated. We waited till 3 days after her birthday when her scheduled appointment was and when I took my 2 year old all he told me was the same thing he told me 3 months prior ! He did a cleaning and charged me $80 and sent me on my way. I made an appointment for her to get her teeth fixed and they told me it was an emergency to get them fixed and would be $600 out of pocket. I just wanted her teeth fixed ASAP I didn't care how much money it would cost. At this point my daughters teeth were chipping and one was completely gone. Mind you I brush her teeth every morning even the dentist said it was only because of my breast milk especially because she feeds at night. I scheduled another appointment again (this way in may) and they told me they can't see her till October! A month later they send me a text telling me her appointment is in November! I feel like they purposely pushed her appointment back further and further because they just didn't want to fix them. Moral of the story is they MILKED our dental insurance and I took her down the hill to a new dentist. And I thought All 4 kids dental was going to be a great dentist. They've had a better dentist when they had IEHP. Sadly that dentist didn't accept PPO insurance. I guess dr. Brian only wants to work on kids that need fills and cleanings. read more

Very polite bedside manner, Dr explained what procedures needed to be done at length and made us feel easy about having to move forward with the substantial amount of work needing to be done on my almost 4 year old. He was willing to try the work without anesthesia which we were very happy about. Pricing was extremely good, I am a cash patient currently and we are spending about 1/4 of what I was "expecting" to pay for a substantial amount of work and giving my big boy some laughing gas to help make the experience easier. So far we are very satisfied and will stick here when our PPO kicks in. Also, very quick scheduling, called on a friday got see the following monday and the work was set for that same wednesday to get him out of pain and back to his happy self. read more

My oldest was referred to get braces and I love the office that I was referred to. All 4 Kids even asked me what I thought about the referral when I went in for the next appointment. I love this dentist! Both of my kids have been coming here for a couple years now, ever since my son needed a cavity filled and my regular dentist recommended bringing him to a children's dentist to have it done. Dr. Chu is so patient and calm with his young clients and the office staff is great too. The office has a wonderful under the sea decor that is very calming and it's always kept pristinely clean. They also have a video game area in the waiting room that my son loves and the kids can watch a movie while waiting and while getting their teeth cleaned, too. I was referred to this dentist by my regular dentist, Dr. Barlow (whom I really like BTW), for a root canal my six year old needed. I was immediately impressed by the office staff and the Dentist (Dr. Chu) himself upon our first appointment and consultation. Everyone was very kind to us and they explained the procedure to my son in a way that made him feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was just as smooth as the consultation. It was performed exactly how it was explained during that first visit. My son wasn't scared, wasn't in pain, and he actually enjoyed his visit. Kudos and thanks to both the doctor and his staff. I highly recommend using them for children and may continue to use them for mine. I love my current dentist and will continue to use him for my dental needs, but this place is perfectly tailored to little ones and their dental needs.
