Everyone at the office was kind and nice, they help in anyway they can, the doctor was nice too! I had the most incredible experience at this dentist! I called to schedule my son a dentist appointment as a new patient almost a week out. Well, it turned out that my son actually needed to be in sooner due to excruciating tooth pain. I called the next morning and they were able to get my son in. Our visit was quick, the staff was very helpful, prompt and nice! Dr. Rolle is so gentle, sweet, and very informative. His assistant, Daisy was on it!. I observed how excellent and fast paced she is at multitasking. Getting the supplies and instruments ready for Dr. Rolle. Any questions or concerns I had were answered swiftly! And the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming! I think a huge thing for me, is the fact that my son needed some "major" work (according to two previous dentists we visited) but Dr. Rolle explained how important it is to save as many teeth as possible. I visited two other dentists in the high desert where they both said multiple extractions are needed. I wasn't happy about that, hence why I made a couple visits and got different opinions. I will continue to come to this dentist for myself and my children!! To all those worried parents who haven't had the best dentist visits!! I did some homework for you! Come to this dentist! One of the reasons I chose this location was because of the good reviews. Unfortunately that was not my experience. First time there they took about 30 to call me in. the girl who did my X-rays was very nice she apologized for the wait, when the doctor came he told me about a cavity I had and the following steps then he said if I wanted to remove my wisdom tooth he said I have 4 when I only have 3 he didn't even knew which one was missing, he told his assistant to correct that mistake but instead she told another girl to do it and that girl just ignored it .So I noticed bad communication not good they told me they were gonna call me when my insurance approved the root canal I need.that was like 5 months ago still waiting for them to call back . Of course after 2 weeks I look for another dentist I'm glad I did they did what they had to in less than 3 weeks....... I think they need to improve workers communication and the dentist needs to put more attention. Not a good experience at all sorry . read more

My 6 year old was not necessarily afraid of going to the dentist but just a little nervous. The girls In this office made him feel so at home and special! They were awesome with him during his x-rays, cleaning and even gave him toys when he left. They give the kids little glasses to keep and using during their visit. Called in this morning as a first time patient hoping to get at least seen for a wisdom tooth that was very painful. Front desk was so courteous and said they could see me right away as the dr who handles extractions happened to be in the office today. I drive right over and was seen very quickly. Dr.Kim explained I needed 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled and that he had time then and there to take care of it. Wait will be an hour+ and some how every time I come they are backed up. They also don't bother to call to let you know they they're backed up an hour. I had an appointment at 3pm it is 4:04 and I still haven't gotten seen.
