I then texted them on Monday asking for an appointment on the same day or the following. I got no response. I did not realize that they are closed on Sundays/Mondays and that weekend was MLK day. Well a week later and nothing. The least they could have said was "sorry we don't have anything available until whatever date.. or I'm sorry we are closed but we'll get back to you during business hours".. Very disappointed. The online portal and app made it easy to upload my cats documents and book the taxi to pick them up day of. Jason, one of the owners actually came to pick my cat up. I added a happy pet package which allowed a playtime daily, and I requested they send me pictures each day, which they obliged. If I ever need to board again I'll definitely be going with alpha pet.

I've given Stat Dog Salon multiple chances, but this last visit was the final straw. I brought in…read moremy miniature schnauzer for grooming and, as usual, they asked whether I wanted a traditional schnauzer cut or the same length all over. Of course, I clearly asked for a schnauzer cut. When I came back to pick her up, they had once again cut her fur the same length all over. This isn't the first time this has happened, which is why it's especially frustrating. The only part they seemed to get right was leaving her beard, but the rest of the grooming completely ignored what I requested. I tried to be patient and gave them several opportunities to get it right, but at this point, I've lost confidence in their ability to follow simple instructions. Unfortunately, this was their last chance. That said, the staff is very friendly and they treated my pup well. But what's the point if they don't do what you have paid for? Maybe they just don't know how to do a Schnauzer cut.
