I came here for the first time last year to get my small dog groomed. I was new to the area and wanted to find a new dog groomers. When I called he was so nice over the phone I decided to book a grooming. When I got there they were so nice and knowledgeable about my dog you can tell they really love what they do and genuinely care about their dogs. Brought my dog, Milo here for the 1st time today! Milo is a bit snappy, but overall a well behaved dog! I was a bit nervous he'd be snappy and also not receive a good cut (bc the last place we took him to was trash) Anyway, I was told he did really good today!! I was so happy! Took my puppy here the first time for nail trimming. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring out my puppy. When I checked this nail back in my car, the trimming was very rough compared to lush spa. The worst, one of his nail was bleeding and they didn't even check and bother to let me know. I went back in the shop to notify the staff. He said something to the effect it was not easy. I would not have given them any tips had I looked at the nails prior. Looking for good grooming session for our cats (1 Persian Female and 1 Maine Coon male), it was getting really hard to find one around that had good reviews and as well was reliable along with being available in a short span of time as the cats had already gathered a lot of hair, we ended up finding All 4's Grooming. Must say, this was God sent. Upon calling them and setting up the time to drop the cats we were informed with the grooming procedure that they perform and the cost and the gentleman on the line definitely knew how to treat his customers and associated with the same. On the day of drop, we reached their location a bit before time though as promised he came outside (as its a curbside drop and pick - parking is an issue) to pick up the cats. He wanted us to make sure that each of the cats had their own carrier in which they would be placed prior to and after the grooming session. The moment we were dropping in our cats, we realized that one of our cats had peed in their carrier bag, though they still accepted the cats in there. In the next couple of hours we were told that one of our cats was done with the grooming while they were going to start with the second one (the one that had made us proud earlier during the drop). In the next couple of hours we got a text from them stating that the cats were ready to be picked up. My wife went to pick up the cats and to our surprise they had even tried to clean the cushion pad in the carrier with shampoo and tried drying (they did a fantastic job with that as well) it so that we wouldn't have to give our cat a bath again (if he were to be transported in a smelly bag) Pretty smooth experience , though they accept cash only at this time. I think we have found our cat's grooming destination for life with All 4's grooming. Couldn't have asked for more!! I really enjoyed my experience! Robbie made it so easy to schedule an appointment and talked me through the process as a first timer. We have a toy poodle whose hair was getting too thick and matted no matter how much we brushed it. They welcomed him with love. I talked to the owner who also owned poodles. They gave me the cut I wanted, which was short all around and fluffy hair and ears. His hair is growing out and still so soft with no matting. We can go on hikes and he is so easy to clean. The services they provided was wash, blowdry, nail cut, clean ears, and eyes, and tooth brushing. My puppy smelled so nice when he got back to me. They went slow and steady so it took about 5-6 hours for the whole grooming service and it was only $70 cash. I appreciated all of that alone time. Don't forget to tip! read more

This is paloma a day after her first groom at All 4s Grooming! She is looking super fresh and I wanted her face to be more clean and her eyes to be more visible. Right now they are only taking cash and do not allow customers to go inside so it is like curbside pick up and drop of. It was $70 flat cash and I believe they did all the grooming, cut, nail trim and free too brushing for first time customers. I took my 6month mini-goldendoodle puppy to All 4's Grooming for her first full grooming experience (she's had a trim and a few baths before at another grooming salon) and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. - First, I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in first thing on Friday morning, which was amazing because I had called at least 3 other places and they were all booked out until the week after. - They only take cash but for a less than 20 lb doodle, they only charged $85 which is far less than any other groomers quoted me for. They will typically text/call you when they're ready and will let you know the total at the end so you can get cash. - When I dropped of my puppy, John greeted me at the door and spent about 10-15 mins talking to me about the process and getting my puppy comfortable with him before bringing her straight to the back. He was so patient with her even though she was anxious and nervous around a new person. He also took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and explained that because she's a puppy and new to grooming that the cut might not look perfect because she's probably not comfortable on the table quite yet. I loved that he set this expectation upfront because it totally makes sense especially for a puppy who is inexperienced. So long as my dog wasn't getting nipped or bleeding, I totally understand that dog grooming is hard and can't always go perfectly. Always appreciate clear communication. - John mentioned that they get lots of doodle breeds so they're very experience when it comes to giving the coveted "teddy bear cut". 0 stars. I really DO NOT understand all the good reviews...the dogs here are all locked up for 5+ hours before they are even touched! I told the groomer "not too short" and asked for a teddy bear haircut. I was very upset when they cut him less than an inch short around his entire body (that is obviously TOO short) and left his ears extra long. My husband paid $125 (including tip) for an awful haircut. I asked the owner what they could do for us and he said he could give us $30 back, so we would only be paying for the bath. That literally makes no sense and it's not nearly enough for turning my pup into a mole rat with a mullet. The owner only wanted to offer me that sad little refund when I talked about giving them a bad review. I'm happy that I get to be honest about my experience and not take the lousy $30. My first time visit, and first time dog owner. I just adopted my baby from the shelter (poodle) and his hair needed so much love! I brought hendrixx in, the guy at the front desk (I forget his name) :( was very welcoming and nice and gave me some good info on taking care of my dog. Checked all our paperwork, let us know about our free upgrade for being a new client and recommended a deep condition. We then handed hendrixx off and picked him up about 5 hours later. He looked and smelled so good. They definitely know what they're doing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't take too much hair off and got all his eye boogers cleaned up. Called on a Wednesday & booked a hand stripping for my Border Terrier mix the following Tuesday. When I arrived, my appt was not found. Turns out it was booked for another day even though I requested Tuesday. While he was putting her vaccine info in the system, I asked if my dog is a good candidate for hand stripping since the rescue had told us they were not sure. He told me she was but probably wouldn't be able to do it that day because it takes so long. With confusion, I informed him I had booked a hand stripping & asked if they would be able to do it. He said yes. I said I didn't want her hair cut if she's meant to be hand stripped because cutting would change her hair. My dog was there for 6.5hrs. There was a line, I paid & then he brought my dog out. I had to get back to work so I didn't look her over. On our drive back to work, I noticed one eyebrow had a small long patch(pictured), a line of fur with an even edge(evidence of cutting) & her whiskers were shorter. On one of her thighs, she also had a line of fur with an even edge(pictured). It appears they CUT my dog's fur when I specially said no cutting. For those that don't understand my frustration, if you cut the hair on my breed of dog it will change the texture and appearance of the fur. Her nails are also still long(pictured) & she had a tiny dirty spot on the top of her paw. read more

Pro's: Took me in even if they are booked up Staff was very friendly and accommodating Good selection of scented shampoos You can park in front (side parking) not to bad considering it's downtown Cons: I see some cuts on my dog near belly and his junk. Pricey compared to other grooming places, No new customer discount which is usually given to first time customers. Haircut is okay but not too great. My little one caught fleas and was so miserable. A neighbor told me about this place and I called and was able to get an appointment for a de-flea that same morning. I was so happy to have found something for my little one. I dropped him off and when I picked him he was flea free. Canelo is so happy now and back to his crazy little self. Thank you to the groomers and staff that helped my little one get rid of the annoying fleas. The staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions through the phone. I was so busy contacting Petsmart and Petco for flea treatment services the first day I spotted the fleas, and was so disappointed that the staff was not knowledgeable and many of these places do not have cat groomers.
