Another amazing experience here! It's been a while since I've took Taro to get groomed and the team completely transformed her. They also added a grooming report after your visit so you know the overall hygienic health of your pup! It was our pups first grooming appointment. Biscuit is a maltipoo and his hair was getting a bit too long and in his eyes. The facility was very welcoming and clean. Bam at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We came in without any inspiration pics. He helped us decide what look to go with. Roshelle was our groomer. She was very thorough with information before and after the appointment. She even gave us tips and suggestions on what we can do at home to help Biscuit be okay for future appointments. The staff were very friendly. A report card was emailed after the appointment that shows the health of his skin, coat, etc. It also states his behavior during the appointment. I really appreciate this bc it gives us insight on how well he's doing. It also measures how well we are maintaining his coat. We had such a good experience and plan on coming back for all of Biscuits grooming needs. read more

My pup and I switched to this groomers after a random walk in for a nail trim. I noticed the salon was very clean and staff was upbeat and happy with the pups. I've noticed my dog was a bit nervous when we turned into the parking lot of her previous groomer so I've actually been in the market for a new groomers and after the good nail trim experience, I decided to make a booking and give them a try. They did not disappoint. My pup looks so cute and cut was perfect ! We've been back for another appt after than and now we're on a recurring schedule. Doesn't hurt that they're much closer to us! One time the appt ran a little longer than expected because of some issues and they were very good at keeping me updated and offered to feed my dog and then also applied a discount when it came time to pay. I didn't ask for that cause you can't expect the unexpected and stuff happens , but it was very appreciated. Price is on par with the other surrounding groomers, but I know all the doggy parents would spend anything for their babies so that doesn't matter. I also love the report card and before and after pic they provide. I always laugh cause I don't think she's that bad before her appt then her after pic shows how crusty she is lol they also give your pup a free goodie after each appt! How sweet is that. read more

I can't say enough good things about Michelle! She's absolutely the sweetest and takes such good care of my pup. We've been going to her since June 2022 and followed her when she left to open up Furologist. Brody is a mini goldendoodle who gets groomed every 3-5 weeks depending on season/how long his fur is. Michelle is so thorough and does such a great job with Brody, even though he can be overly excited at times. It's hard to find a good groomer but Brody is always excited to groomed and that in it of itself, is a great sign that we have the right groomer for him! I appreciate how much she cares about her work and the pups. I also love the cute little report cards that get sent after each appointment! She also sends the cutest pictures which I really appreciate and love because I share those pictures with my family. 10/10! 100% would recommend Furologist!!! I feel kinda bad leaving this review, since other reviews are raving and I wonder if my experience was just the anomaly. Wasn't sure whether to do 2 or 3 stars, but they treated my dog well, so I went with 3. I brought in my senior dog for a spaw day because she deserved some pampering! One of the things that really drew me to this spa was the report card. It sounds silly, I know, but since my dog is getting older, I have been trying to find more and more keepsakes for the future. Anyways, I digress (dog-ress? lol). When I dropped off my dog, I asked that they do not touch her ears or her tail (she is a papillon and we have had previous bad experiences with groomers). The groomer was very thoughtful in incorporating my dog's age into the time estimate. Drop off and pick up was super smooth; they even text you with a 20-30 minute heads up that the appointment is almost over and then you also get a text when the appointment is done-done. Service was super friendly. When I went to pick up my pup, she was sleeping in her roomy cage and looked adorable! However... her ears were so short. I didn't complain because it wasn't like they could give her back her ear hair. I was still looking forward to her report card. They let me pick out a toy for her and off we went! I thought it was so cute that they also gave my doggy a pretty collar. Until we got home and I took off the collar because it was too big on my dog... and I realized it was ANOTHER DOG'S COLLAR HAHA Before I had a chance to figure out what to do with the collar, the spa called me and asked if they had put the wrong dog's collar on my dog. When I confirmed that they did, they asked for my address to send someone to our house to pick it up. I was a little uncomfortable sharing my home address and having them come to my home, but alas, I didn't want to hold another dog's collar hostage. They emailed me the report card and I was super disappointed. The before/after pictures are poor quality-- they are stretched out horizontally (see photo) and the written report was pretty generic. I don't know why I was expecting something more tailored or detailed about her, so that's probably my bad, but if you are hoping for a nice, cute report... it may or may not be what you want. TLDR; my husband said I dropped off a papillon and picked up a yorkie. read more
