Aldo is amazing!! Due to SIP, I wasn't able to take our dog Moose, a large golden retriever, to our regular groomer and now I'm pretty sure I'm going to call Mr. Groomer whenever Moose needs grooming from now on. I was able to schedule for a week out and when Aldo arrived, I was super impressed at the setup within the van and at how professional Aldo was. He arrived early which was great, looked at Moose's paperwork, and I told him about Moose's skin issues and arthritis so he carried Moose into the van because my dog couldn't take the steps up. I think the whole process took about 1.5 hours? Overall, I am extremely impressed with how smoothly this went! It's super convenient and my dog made a new friend. Moose was extra confused at first because he thought we were going on a walk but then he ended up getting loaded into a strange van but he came out happy so that's all that really matters. Moose looks amazing, smells amazing, and he looks way comfier as well! I highly recommend Mr. Groomer to anyone with a dog. I will definitely book more appointments in the future! read more

I have a 5 month old Labradoodle who had never been professionally groomed before. She's very shy around other people and I thought it best to have someone come to us so she would feel more comfortable for her first professional groom. The positives: The cut was great and she was so much happier with shorter hair. The negatives: upon arriving, it seemed like he didn't really want to be there. I had mentioned she is nervous around new people and this was her first cut and he provided minimal advice or walkthrough of what he would be doing. When he was finished, I had to prompt him for feedback and all he provided was "she needs a lot of practice" and "she needs to use the bathroom before she's groomed." Without waiting for follow-up questions or providing more information he just walked away and left. Of course she needs practice it was her first groom and she did use the bathroom but she was nervous, plus, she's a puppy! There were no additional tips on how to help her moving forward. Great cut but I would not recommend for first time grooms or puppies. read more

Admittedly I have little to no experience with dog groomers, but I don't need to look any further now because Aldo was everything I could have wanted. My poor dog has a very thick and fluffy behind and she kept getting dried messes in there under her tail after her potty trips. She needed more help than I could give her, but unfortunately she also hates other dogs and would have been a nightmare to try to take into an actual grooming place. My Bentley, a Bichon, is 14-15 years old. Arthritis and many hospital visits made him very grumpy and nippy. Mr. Groomer came on time and took 75 minutes to groom him. After 3 months since his last cut due to the pandemic, I was very relieved. Mobile Dog Grooming. We had our 13 year old Australian Shepard/ Border collie mix fur baby groomed by Mr. Groomer this morning. She had not been groomed since last year as she was recovering from a torn CCL that happened while getting groomed at another facility.
