I had an okay, but could've been better experience. They came recommended for move-out from another person in my neighborhood. I got a few quotes from a few places for a 350-sq ft ADU move-out clean. Hector's quote was the lowest. He said that it would be a full clean, including windows, appliances, etc. They came a little late (scheduled for 2; arrived just after 3), but he had said they were coming from the Valley, so I wasn't surprised. I received a text at 4:50pm saying they were done. I wasn't home, so I wasn't able to check the quality in that moment. When I got back that evening, the kitchen and bathroom were done well. However, it seems like maybe that was all they focused on. There were balls of dust/hair still in the corners of the ADU (2-3 inches tall, so pretty noticeable), the baseboards hadn't been cleaned, and there was still a layer of dust/dirt around the windows. It seemed to me like they just hadn't vacuumed. I texted Hector immediately to let him know that it didn't seem like it was a "full clean". I didn't have time to have folks come back out the next day, and I told him so--I ended up finishing it myself. I got an AI generated text message back from him (I know it was AI because he forgot to take off the prompt from the AI) that basically said "thanks for letting me know." Next time, will definitely go for the more expensive Molly Maid service, so that I don't have to finish the job on my own. read more

I received a flyer in the mail and figured I would try this company out. Besides, on their flyer it advertised that they had a 5 star solid review on Google Reviews. Long story short, I booked my first appointment with Hector for Mon, April 15th at 1pm. No one ever showed or even called to let me know if the cleaning crew were running late. I called Hector and we rescheduled for the next day (April 16th), and again, no show and no call. This is a well deserved 1 star rating because this is just BAD BUSINESS. Tons of cleaning companies out there - try them over these guys. Huge thumbs down here. read more

**UPDATE at the bottom** BEWARE!!!! This place should have 0 stars. They were an absolute rip-off. They charged me $187 an hour for a move out cleaning service that was nothing special. For 3.2 hours, that's almost $600, and my place was clean to start with (I needed a professional cleaning service to clean the property I had vacated per my lease). Hector, the operations manager, seemed very smug and acted like he knew everything. He is very full of himself. Hector claims that I agreed to that extremely high rate, which is a lie; I would have laughed at that quote and called another company. Run from this place, find a competitor with better prices, and more pleasant management. I contested the charge, and after a few messages, Hector threatened legal action against me. He also threatened to add "additional service fees," which sounds like fraud to me. He also told me to refrain from contacting him or his office after we briefly messaged. How are we supposed to settle things "amicably" with nonsense like that. Very unprofessional. I attached part of Hector's last message to me since Hector likes to talk about proof. He seems to think he is a lawyer with his high hourly rates and his attempt at legalese while he threatened me, but he is not. Update - Hector called my former property management company (where I was renting and his company cleaned) and managed to get them to provide him with my new address and additional personal information about me. It seems that he got that additional information just to harass and intimidate me because he already had adequate information to communicate with me and send me an invoice. He made sure to use my middle name in one message, which was odd, and then casually and unnecessarily mentioned where I moved to. After I paid Hector his ridiculous fee (he did honor his 5% off for my property management affiliation and 3% off for paying with zelle) and everything was settled, he still went out of his way to cause more issues. Very unreliable and rude ! Not only did the crew NOT show up as scheduled for a Monday 9:00 AM appt but the owner, Mark never called to inform me OR to apologize and reschedule the cleaning. I waited for several hours and tried calling several times to see what was going on. It is impossible to get through to them.
