Avoid this service at all cost. I was charged $1100 to have my daughter's clean house deep clean before her baby was born. I was told that it was a hoarder situation. I have photos of my daughter's house and how clean it is. They took 8 hours the house is still dirthe still dirty the things that they said that they were going to do our not done and they left a pile of trash in the driveway. After my complaint they said oh yeah well they did take lunch so she took off 15 minutes per person for lunch. I paid my bill but I am extremely angry that I paid $900 for them to not clean my daughter's house. The bedrooms were not cleaned they said they cleaned under the furniture and they did not they did not vacuum the furniture. Like I said do not use this company read more

I have them come to my home on a monthly basis as I live alone they are very honest I have never had a problem with the cleaning crew that she provides. We called them at the last minute at 1 pm and within 3 hours, we had 3 people at our door. They worked their a... off and did not quit until 1030 pm. We don't recommend Nidias cleaning services. They are getting paid hourly and because of this we felt they work very slow , taking their time to get things done. When I was requesting the service- I explained that the house is empty without any furniture and all carpet was professionally cleaned. I discussed the size of the house and was given an estimate of 3 hours to get 2 floors done. But after 1.5 hours of 2 people working - all they did was just cleaning windows in 1 room upstairs and washing 1 bathroom. So we became concerned about the amount of time it will take to get our house cleaned. We were told it will take total 5 hours by 2 people ! We were shocked because we have never been cheated like this. We ended up cleaning the whole kitchen, living and dining room, all cabinets and surfaces by ourselves. So for 3 hours 2 workers only cleaned windows and bathrooms. And after they left they threw their trash bag by the front door . read more

Very disappointed in this service. Do not recommend. Almost three hours to clean our kitchen?! Lightly cleaned the Bathrooms and there were still handprints on the doors. They charged $170 dollars for two ladies who didn't even clean the floors. Be careful if you request service. They will tell you one thing then charge you another...without even throughly cleaning. So very disappointed. I met Nidia through a networking group and had heard wonderful things about her. We had not had a cleaning service in a while and wanted to get the house really cleaned up for the Passover holiday. She came over and gave me an estimate for a 5-6 hour cleaning service. I made it very clear to her that not only do we want the usual done [floors swept and washed, dusting and bathroom cleaned] we needed all the fans cleaned off and the top of the kitchen cabinets dusted. OK she said and quote me a price of $250, which she discounted to $200 since it was a referral. She and her helper showed up an hour late [said it was traffic] and proceeded to start cleaning. When she was done, everything looked OK and I paid her. Over the weekend, I bent down to pick up something off the floor and noticed that she didn't vacuum and wash the floor under the bed! What cleaning service doesn't do that? I called to complain and that's when the attitude started. She doesn't move furniture was the explantation. OK, I have been sweeping under the bed for three years without moving the bed. She only went as far as her vacuum would let her she said. Are you kidding me? She did begrudgingly come back and do it. Then I found out that of the four fans we have, three are still caked with dust. And the cabinetry that she was supposed to do was left undone as well. Also, the underside of the toilet seats were not cleaned either. Listen, we have 2 dogs that shed a lot and out house has a very open floor plan with lots of sliding glass doors to the outside and atrium that are often left open. The house gets really dirty and maybe she bit off more than she could chew. But she did agree to clean these things and then lied about doing it. And to make a bad situation worse, she then argued with me and really became quite bitchy. If I could have stopped payment on the check, I would have, but she ran to the bank that day to deposit it. I paid $200 for a cleaning job that I could have done myself. Both my wife and I run our own businesses and don't have the time to do a thorough cleaning. That is why we hired her. I have used Nidia's Cleaning Service twice and could not be happier with the results. The first visit was a deep clean and wow there was not anything they did not clean! My appliances sparkled and my floors and bathroom shined. They even took the time to straighten out my bedding and pillows making everything look fantastic. The second time they cleaned was a regular cleaning and my house sparkled just the same as the first time! Nidia was easy to get a hold of and set an appointment. I addressed areas of my house that were a concern and she walked her team through every room pointing them out. Her team was very pleasant and they work quickly. She met me at my home to asses everything that needed to be done and then walked her team through what we had discussed. When I came back home my place was spotless! They did an incredible job! I ended up brining them back a few weeks later for another cleaning (I have a dog who sheds a ton so my place needed another good cleaning). We're moving out of our rental. With all the packing and logistics, the idea of cleaning the house ourselves was WAY too much. So after a quick bit of research, we called Nidia's and were pleased from the start. They were able to meet our requested appointment time, gave a thorough and fixed estimate five days before the cleaning date, and really took their time to make sure the job was done properly, not leaving until we had walked all through the house and given our approval. Very unprofessional and overpriced service . When my regular house cleaner was away on vacation, I decided to give Nidia's service a try. I am a realtor and hired them to clean a house that I just sold. This house was simple.It was already vacant and fairly clean to begin with. All I asked was for the 2 bathrooms and kitchen to be cleaned thoroughly , with a focus on kitchen cabinets and appliances. A crew of 3 spent a total of 2.5 hours ( $280) to clean a 2,000 sq ft home and left without even cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and oven. When I called Nidia to complain about the dirty refrigerator (about 5 minutes after the crew left), she said no problem, I will send them back but she will need to charge me for it. I asked how long can it take 3 people to clean a refrigerator? 15-20 minutes? Her fee is $110 an hour, so I was expecting it to cost me maybe an extra $50. For the record, I did not even think they should charge me as it should have been done in the first place. However, I did not want to argue and agreed to pay the extra fee. After the crew was finished with the refrigerator, I get a text from Nidia that my total was now $370... not only was she charging me the fridge cleaning, but also drive time to go back (which was maybe 10-15 minutes). She argued that I never told them to actually clean the inside of the fridge and that my extra request was a huge hassle. I am sorry, but when you have a vacant house cleaned in prep for a new homeowner and you request for the crew to focus on the cabinets and appliances, you would assume that would include the INSIDE of the refrigerator? Every other house cleaner I have ever used does this. Nidia did not handle the situation very professionally. She was very rude and suggested I was lying and never asked to have the refrigerator cleaned. She did agree to reduce the fee for returning to clean the refrigerator from $90 to $75, still unreasonable! But at this point it was not about the money. This is bad business. I felt like I was treated very unfairly. The rest of the house cleaning was mediocre as well. I did not even mention that they failed to clean the inside of the oven, etc. They also arrived 50 minutes late. I will never use Nidias service again nor will I recommend them to any of my colleagues or clients. read more

I finally was able to have Nidia's service. Months ago I bought a Groupon for 3 hrs cleaning. My husband was concerned that 2 people working for 1hr and 1/2 would be sloppy. They would miss things. He was wrong. Despite the reviews I read, Nidia's cleaning was great! They were 1/2 hour early. tgey asked me what i wanted them to work on first and they got busy. Her son worked upstairs and she did downstairs. Everything was done: Base boards Doors Toilets (under the lid, and even that ring that other services didn't get out, she got out) Vacuum Mopped Sinks Microwave Stove Emptied the trash in all rooms All the shutters Dusted and wiped down Cleaned the office and all the rooms in great detail My house looks and smells clean. I'm so surprised at these negative reviews I've read. I've been using Nidias cleaning service for 2 years now and they're SO reliable and so thorough...I've never had ANY issues. The team is extremely personable and I can text anytime with canceling late or last minute cleaning, they LOVE my big pit bull even though she nips at their vacuum cuz she thinks it's a game, and even after leaving a giant sink full of dirty dishes that I instructed them not to do, I've come home to them completely taken care of. I had this so-call cleaning service come to my home on Oct. 12th. We are putting our house up for sale and needed a cleaning for the broker's open. I told them......they did not need to do a deep cleaning. Clean and make it shine. And that is what I expected. CLEAN and make it shine. From the beginning their prices varied. I had a budget of $300 - 350. First, 2 ppl @ 135./hr. for 3 hours. Then they could be here between 1 - 2pm with 3 ppl for 135.00/hr. With my budget they would be here for 2.5 to 4.5 hours. Then it was arrival between 1 - 2 and only 2 ppl for 3 hrs and 40 minutes. Now they can be here between 1 - 2 and it will take from 3.5 - 5 hours. Then it was the day of the cleaning and ONE person, all day, at 45.00/hour. Be here between 9-10. I asked closer to 10 as I was expecting 1 - 2! At 10:40 I asked where she was. I was told they sent her to another job because I couldn't do 9am. She told me another 40 minutes. I said that I did not say come at 10. I said closer to and if she had of said they had to be here at 9 I would have said okay. Also, there was to be 2 ppl for 2 hours and the rest of the time only one. There were 2 that showed up and one came later. The owner's son. He dusted my furniture WITHOUT clearing off the tables. Dusted around the doilies. Didn't dust others. Bottom line......I was charged $580.00 and I was not satisfied. The day of the cleaning, when they were done, I told her it looked nice. Thanked her. My husband and I were exhausted from preparing our home for the open. Did not check the complete house before they left. My mistake. The next day??? My front wooden blind was broken. The blind in my office, the chain was broken and put on my desk. The bottom kitchen cabinets were NOT touched. No matter what she says. I have a 150 year old mirror hanging on the wall in my office. I put it up myself with nails at the bottom to brace it so it wouldn't fall. She put it back up without the bracing. I'm surprised it didn't fall. They left pictures on the floor instead of putting them back up on the wall. The windows were wiped with something that smeared the glass. I could go on and on. My husband and I had to go back over and do what they said "they did". When I brought this to their attention, after a few texts that were not answered, they denied everything. They did offer to come back and fix everything FOR A PRICE. They apologized, thanked my for my business and told me to have a nice day. I know there was a lot of work. I am partially disabled and have been sick since March, 2020. I needed the help. Maybe this is a company some would like to do business with but for me I would rather not associate myself with a company that basically takes your money and runs. I will never hire them again. I will NEVER refer them to anyone. People should be grateful to have a business in today's environment. NOT take advantage of customers. (it turned out to be the worst maid service clean ever!) so I fired them from our move out and i called Nidia's from yelp. Best clean I've ever experienced!!!! I was bummed I didn't find the service for my move-in since the other company was total garbage. I definitely recommend Nidia's and will use them again! They literally cleaned the place so it looked fresh and new after our movers tore the place up. That house was so beat by the time we had moved out... I didn't even recognize it when they were done. I wish I had found the previous review before booking. My husband and I bought a new house in Simi and were referred to Nidia through our real estate agent. Nidia and I spoke over the phone and given that the house was completely empty, I gave her the sq footage and # of rooms, was quoted between $350-550 for a deep clean. Nidia and another person arrvied half an hour late. They were at the house for 7 HOURS on a Friday, but I really don't know what was cleaned. She ended up charging the top of her range $550 which I mistakenly paid prior to reviewing her work. My husband and I showed up the next day, Saturday morning, ready to unload our moving containers and begin unpacking. The first kitchen cabinet we opened was full of sugar. I'm talking at least a tsp full of sugar on one shelf as well as a pill from the previous owner. I then opened the only downstairs closet and the carpet inside it had about 3 dead, visible bugs on it as well as other debris. At this point, I called Nidia to complain. She acknowledged that she 'forgot' to vacuum the downstairs closet but assured me she had cleaned all the shelves in the kitchen, etc. Here's the list of what we found that was not cleaned other than what was already mentioned: - filter in hood over range was filthy - cupboard over hood filthy with soot - underside handles of stoves with rust colored grease stains - racks in stoves still covered in grease stains - inside door of microwave still dirty - walk-in pantry floor was full of crumbs and dead bugs, had not been swept or cleaned at all - walk-in pantry shelves had sticky residue and had not been wiped down - dust on top of all the blades of family room ceiling fan - dirty toilet seat in upstairs bathroom - two spots of gooey residue in upstairs bathroom under sink - 2 drawers in master bathroom still had shelf lining from previous owners - medicine cabinet in master bathroom was not dusted - closet bars full of dust, not wiped down I really don't understand how any of this was missed. For a cleaning service all of this should be routine and pretty standard, especially for an empty house. My real estate agent was beyond embarrassed for referring her. Nidia ended up calling me back to offer an hour of free cleaning services. If she couldn't get an empty house clean in 7 hours, what was she going to accomplish in 1?? I declined her offer. I scheduled the cleaning date a month in advance because I had one day in between getting home from vacation, and having guests arrive. I texted Nidia the day before my appointment and she didn't have record of the appointment. Strike one. Then, the "3 hours of cleaning" turned into 1 hour and 15 min. since she had a helper. My husband got home first and realized they didn't clean the toilets, so he did it for me. Strike 2. (Points for hubby, though.) When I got home, I discovered my master bathroom wasn't touched. So I waited a month or so now before writing this review. I believe that you shouldn't say thing when you're angry and you shouldn't write when you're mad. I hired them for move out cleaning. The first star is for availabilities. It's my fault for waiting until the last minutes. 2nd star, the two cleaners showed up on time. The did an ok job. I have go ask them redo a few things. Blinds, baseboards, kitchen stove, sinks, walking pantry were not throughly clean. They didn't clean the kitchen backlash at all. Unfortunately, I found these out the day after. There are better companies out there, do a bit more search if you have time. One of the cleaner drop a dirty rag on our brand new carpet and other person step on it and had the ladder on top of it too. It stained my carpet. They didn't voluntarily told me about it. I saw it and pointed out. The guy said that he will take care of it afterward and admitted that it was his fault. Then, he told me that they ran out of the stains cleaning solution. I decided to go the store with my 3 years old, in the rain, and bought the solution with my own money. The next day, when the solution dried, the stains were still there. I called the owner. The owner is horrible at return your online request and phone calls. She said that they will come out to take care of it...and that was the last of it. I have not hear back from them since. I have called them 3 times since then and they always work with me to send a cleaning crew when I need them. I would highly recommend staying away from this cleaning company. They damaged our hardwood floor in three spots. Two stairs and the final straw was a huge scratch in our living room underneath our children's foam floor. The foam floor is only lifted up for cleaning and set back down right when they leave but they first accused us on our children scratching the floor with toys. When I said that it was impossible the floor was solely lifted for when they cleaned they said they'd call to give me their insurance information. I was given the run around including excuses like "she's out of the country she'll call you when she gets back" etc. I knew 100% they did it...we have cameras in every room in our house...when I reviewed the cameras I could see the exact spot where they used a step stool to clean the overhead fan and that for sure indeed they did damage the floor. The owner Nidia wouldn't return my calls or voicemails and finally when I get her on the phone she says she won't do anything about it because "she heard we had a party" and so they are not liable. We never even had a party. She said her son-in-law told her that. Regardless of the damage to the house I wouldn't use this company because she's not only a complete liar but their whole selling point was they were licensed and insured so that I was protected (since they were a lot more money than other bids I had received) but my husband liked the security of knowing that if something do happen like appliance damage or damage in general we would be covered. Looks like we will taking up the floor matter out of principal with our insurance agent. Thank goodness for excellent surveillance!! read more

I've used Nidia's cleaning service for years and years. She's always been thorough, honest, trust worthy, reliable, and gone above and beyond what other services provide. What you get for her prices is waaaay better than any competition out there. When I listed my house on the market to sell it, in preparation for an open house, my real estate agent and everyone else who saw it commented on it's sparkling clean condition. She even cleaned the inside of my dishwasher! Plus she is willing to clean just about anything you ask. She routinely cleans my windows without being asked. She's is definitely not one to shy away from work. Also, in the 5 or so years, she's cleaned my house, she has broken nothing.
