Extraordinary landscapers. My experience with them started when Victor came over to give me an estimate for the cost of overhauling my bone-dry weed-ridden backyard. He was accommodating, courteous and delightfully straightforward. When I struggled with the decision-making process, he returned with his experienced and knowledgeable father to provide further advice and more detailed cost estimates. The actual work was fantastic. My rock-strewn desolation of a backyard is now a rolling stretch of perfect emerald grass. Victor and his team even used wooden boards to do patchwork along the border, ensuring a clean sharp look. On top of this, they stripped my front walkway of weeds. Neither the patchwork nor the walkway were ever mentioned in the agreed-upon job description. I am very satisfied with the work done by Victor and his crew. They replaced our entire irrigation system (back and front yard) with a new one, they planted a hedge along two sides of our property, demolished an unsightly wall that the previous owner liked for some reason, and planted many fruit trees. Preparing the terrain and seeding the grass was also a part of the job. Everything was done in an extremely professional manner. I am surprised about the previous review quoting unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism, because Victor has been always very responsive, both via phone and email, and delivered exactly what we agreed on. The individuals in his team have different specializations, so he will have to consult with one or the other about specific matters, but this is done very quickly and with good coordination. When Victor comes to first view your property, he is direct and honest, no frills or "salesman" pitches, which I also appreciated. This is a really good professional landscaping company. I think Victor is rather young so, with his skills and with how well he's already doing, I'm sure he will have time to grow the business even more. My family had a tree come down in our yard cause of all the heavy rain and winds our area has been getting. We actually tried to move it ourselfs but the roots were still attached and this thing wasnt bugding. We called this company becuase they were local and hoped someone could come out fast since this was on a saturday. Victor was a pleasure to work with and the customer service was amazing. He came to my house for the initial assessment and I had the quote emailed to me within hours. He came back a second time and gave me a new quote because I changed my mind on some of the design features that I wanted. He spent at least an hour going over my ideas and giving me suggestions on what changes could be made to make it better. Once again, he sent me a new quote very quickly. This is when I decided Victor and his crew were the ones for the project. The work Victor and his team completed was landscaping the entire backyard using a combination of artificial grass, decomposed granite and a section for plants. He also installed a drip irrigation system for the plants. Victor and his crew were on time every day and worked non-stop in the extreme heat. I felt secure leaving them to get the job done. I cannot tell you how kind and respectful they were. They hauled away the old stuff every day, cleaned up the backyard and insured that the gate was locked when they left. We had a great experience with Victor and his crew. Victor was easy to get a hold of from the very first time I reached out to him and his communication with me throughout the process was wonderful. We hired him to landscape our side yard which had been neglected for many years. It is visible from the street since we are next to a culdesac and we had been wanting to make it look nice for many years. We worked with Victor to design landscaping that is both beautiful and functional. We wanted a hedge planted along our property line to provide privacy for the side of our house. We also wanted to add three fruit trees, hillside ground cover plants and plants for a flower bed that runs alongside our house. We needed irrigation installed for all of this as well. Victor gave us an estimate that had everything listed and broken down on it which was very easy to understand. His price was more than fair so we got the project started right away. Victor and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and got the whole thing done in two days. Victor was more than helpful throughput the process, offered great suggestions and also was happy to meet me at the local nursery to show me around and help me decide what kind of trees and plants I wanted.
