They worked with our designer Dune Gardens to implement the conversion of our yard from spiky succulents and cacti to a native plant garden with space for growing food! I have *never* worked with a contractor like them-- they have accurate timelines, stick to them (and if they foresee a delay, they tell you exactly how much more time they need, and then they follow through), accurate budgets, and they are extremely fast. It is almost unheard of. Seriously they can get the job done and in record time. It's like watching a timelapse video. Pablo and Freddy are professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. Their team pays a high attention to detail (see photo below, where you can see tiny pins being cut from a board and pressed into the wood to hide the screw holes-- amazing!) on everything. We wrapped up two home improvement projects with Greencraft recently and I'm over the moon with the finished product(s). First, we live on a hillside and had one of those "hillside house" basements; more or less, a room with a door on severely angled dirt making much of it unusable. We hired Greencraft to level it and lay concrete with a drain with a sump pump in case any of our plumbing lines ever burst under the house. They also installed some additional lights and outlets. Fantastic work. It was not an easy job due to the location on our hillside but they came through! Secondarily we had them install beautiful, new permeable pavers on our formerly, very unattractive dirt drive and the finished product is an eye popping wow! And it also drains, as it was designed to do. I'm so much happier everyday coming home. No longer rolling an ankle on loose dirt or opening my door into a plume of dust. Project managing their staff during the project, and making finishing touches that are suppose to be as defined by salesman are lacking, the salesmen swear they are on site when project begins and to the end but that is not true. It is licensed, 2.cusomter oriented, 2 Well equipped, 3 skillful workers 4. Three workers works from Monday to Saturday straight for two weeks 5.Reasonable price. 6. Best industry practice and kept the promise , fulfilled the contract nicely.(my pervious unlicensed contact company worked for two or three days and absent for two working days for other projects, the project should be done in three week , but two months plus not finished, bad quality... , and grappled most of the money, disappeared, now the legal action is taken against that company). FYI , If some contacts ask you pay large portion of the contract price as first payment, be carful. About 8 months after starting on a massive DIY project, I knew it was time to call in the pros. I tried to convert my lawn to a native plant garden a few years ago by myself but it never looked quite right, and was quickly overtaken by weeds. Greencraft Landscape (along with designer Dune Gardens) made something absolutely amazing out of the mess. They installed a beautiful dry creek bed weaving around the existing mature native plants, and did not damage the plants at all. With boulders, grading, and some additional plants, the space was transformed into the garden of my dreams. They also installed concrete & flagstone paths, a new driveway, gate, fence, and pergola, with high quality craftsmanship on all. I am very picky, to being with. I talked to a few landscapers and received a few quotes. None were even close to Greencraft's quote. Pablo, one of the owners, was the guy I talked to initially. Freddy, the other owner, was the onsite manager who was in charge of the fulfillment and team management (at least for my project). I gave Pablo a sketch and explained him what I was looking to achieve and HE BROUGHT MY VISION TO REALITY. Their design exceeded my expectation. Their patience and their attention to details were things I have not experienced with other contractors. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the paver walkway, planter walls, flagstone walk way and the design in general. Pablo made sure that the new pavers (both brand and color) were matching with my excising ones (details, details, details that matters). Once the project was complete, I only had to bring minor things to Pablo's attention and next thing you know his team was at my house to fix it. He completed the job like it was for his own house.
