I have a 6 year old Viking Gas Grill that was in need of clean up and repair. The horizontal infrared burner was lighting and the brackets for the briquets were corroded and creating flare ups. George came out and spent a full day making my grill look like new. He located brackets outside of Viking that were compatible and saved me over $100 on the replacements.
