I worked with Inspired Builders to remodel my entire home. This included remodeling an existing hallway bathroom and adding a whole second primary bathroom. I didn't realize that the glass/shower doors were going to be through a second company, but luckily my project manager Ben forwarded All About Glass to us. We used them to fix two custom windows, and then had them over for a consultation in our home. They came and measured everything and then verbally shared a price of $4200 or something. We were aghast at the price, especially because they didn't really give us detail about why it cost so much. Labor? Parts? The glass itself? They left and I felt unsure about going with them. Then Home Depot came to my home to measure and they priced me at $3800, so 400 less than Rosie. However, Home Depot didn't quite have the style and contemporary look we were going for. I was penny pinching and really not sure if going with Rosie was worth the extra $400. Luckily for me, Rosie talked with me again and met me in the middle! We were able to negotiate a different price and we moved forward with them. They had to order the parts and then they came within two weeks to install. They finished both bathrooms in a day and sent me photos. I paid half first, then inspected my doors, and paid the other half when we were done. Rosie also said anytime we need help or notice anything awry, she will come to fix things, so that was nice. One thing that could be better is the communication. I recommend being really proactive - she won't be the first to call or message, so you've got to do it! She will eventually respond and she's really nice, just don't expect updates constantly unless you're the one asking for them. If the comms were improved then itd be five stars for sure. i would still recommend them though!! read more

Ok. So. Like in all things involved in my home remodel. I trusted my contractor Yuval "Yuvi" from Om's Remodeling. Yuvi said. "Call Rosie & Jorge at All About Glass." It was a NO BRAINER to trust his recommendation. So. We didn't even call anyone else. Just Rosie, Jorge and All About Glass. On design day. Rosie, Jorge and their team showed up and they were polite and professional and on time. They measured my shower stall that I had custom built. (I'm. A big goon. I needed a big goon shower and bench and I wanted a bad ass shower stall. Rosie asked us a few questions and sketched up a plan. It was simple and elegant and functional. She made her bid. It. Sounded fair and reasonable for what she proposed. I paid a deposit of 1/2 up front. Because if she was gonna cut glass and buy materials it seemed fair. Exactly one week later. Miss Rosie texted me 4 pictures of my beautiful shower stall. But she didn't ask for payment. Instead she said "Go there and CHECK IT OUT FIRST !!" That's pretty awesome. She trusted me and she trusted her crew. She KNEW I was gonna be happy. Along with being a big dude. I'm picky as hell and I'm very critical. I was taught my trade by two men that were meticulous and detailed. One was a fine finish carpenter who built my home with his own hands. (My dad ) and the other. Was a U.S. Marine that later also became a U.S. Air Force Fighter Pilot. (My neighbor.) Between those two. Every thing I ever did had to pass muster and pass grading. (My dad was. Also a teacher. He graded and critiqued EVERYTHING.) Those two taught me methodical and meticulous discipline over myself. I'm critical and I'm picky to the point of being .... A pain in the ass. So anyways. My wife and I went to the build as soon as we could. Our minds were blown at the beauty , quality and functionality of our amazing and sturdy shower stall. It's all glass !! It's all brushed nickel. It's all straight. Plumb and level. It's all well sealed with quality silicone sealant. The glass is a slightly blue tinted tempered glass with a Rain Ex type coating. It sparkles like a diamond and. Well. I kinda almost cried when I saw it. I'm 44 years old and only hotel showers have ever randomly fit me. But. Thanks to Miss Rosie and her All About Glass team I will be enjoying my beautiful bathroom for YEARS to come. These folks clearly took pride in what they did for me. They clearly cared about the result and their reputation. It's also clear to me that they cared about giving me something designed for me and that they wanted me as their customer to be happy. The contractor for our bath remodel uses All About Glass, so we went with them. Rosie came out to measure and give us a quote, which was close to another quote we'd gotten. But I liked it was just a husband and wife team. And that they could deliver whenever we were ready. The product was very nice. Glad we went with the thicker glass. Just be sure to specify how high you want your glass. Rosie with what she said was standard height, but 80" of glass on top a 5" curb is too high--it restricts air flow and makes it harder for the fan to remove moisture and unless we leave the door open, it makes the time for the shower to dry out much longer. read more

It's been two years but the seal wasn't done right and mold started to grow. I tried to check in and see if it could be replaced I even offered to pay. The delays in communication were long and ultimately the price to repair/fix what wasn't done right in the beginning was too much. I was in a rush to get my shower glass doors in so I could move back in the house. They were the fastest. If I had more time I wish I would have went with someone else. read more

All About Glass was recommended by my contractor as our new bathroom needed a custom shower door. Rosie and colleague came over to measure and quote. Cost was triple what we anticipated but we went forward as they promised "the best", locally made, lifetime warranty, etc. After paying a 50% deposit, they said they could install in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, still no work or update. Called and left message. No reply. Complained to contractor and left another message, and Rose finally got back with update about delayed parts. Finally came in a week later. When they installed the door (sliding), they installed it with fixed panel on outside, sliding door inside so the gap between the doors faces the shower head. After first shower, we noticed a big puddle of water from water coming through gap. They provided a removable plastic guard, but the sound was like nails on a chalkboard when closing so just not usable. Also the streak guard surface treatment was bubbling. Explained to Rosie we needed replacement and she said she would check with manufacturer on options. No update. Followed up a couple days later. No response. 2 weeks later, called contractor again as no updates from Rosie. Rosie responded with an excuse and would follow up the next day. Two weeks later, still no update. She finally get back and says they have to replace with slinging door or different sliding door with track on top (which we didn't want). Asked for photos, and confirmation there is no way to fix our existing set up. Still waiting for response. We are approaching 3 months since they first came to measure. I'm at a loss on what to do. $3,500 for a shower door that leaks. DO NOT use this company if you can help it. Terrible customer service and price gaugers. read more

I wish I could give this company zero stars! We actually used this company 3 years ago as the recommended glass vendor that our remodeling company put us in touch with. This company just throws out high pricing to see if people will bite. Rosario (the co owner) seems likable and reasonable however her husband and co owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. i mentioned that I was planning on getting another quote from one of their competitors but I wanted to give them an opportunity to get the business since we were already familiar with them. I asked for them to give their best price hoping for some goodwill as a returning customer. After hearing this, the husband became irate and tried to cut me off as I was talking to Rosario directly. I guess he didn't like that I interrupted him from interrupting me ( the customer) and tried to get Rosario to leave. I'm sorry but when is it a crime to ask for competitive pricing? This guy basically told us that he didn't want to waste his time and that he was "expensive!" Well thanks for admitting that your pricing is not competitive and for wasting OUR time! I guess when business is good, some of these contractors feel arrogant enough to piss off potential customers.....let alone returning customers! There's plenty of glass companies out there. No reason for anyone to have to put up with this kind of arrogant attitude. I will take my business elsewhere. You lost a customer for life. read more

An incident happened to my home that broke the glass of the sliding door and one window. I really want to get this fixed asap without too much impact on my daily life. Most companies I called offered me around one week time to fix and I need to find a solution myself for the broken sliding door's glass when they put the order from the manufacturer. The price is not cheap either. I finally lucky enough to find All About Glass on Yelp. Jaime came to my house in 30 minutes and did the measurements.
