Some of the worst estate sales I've shopped at. There are other great companies in the area like Brie's, so I suggest going to those. "All About Order" should be called "All Above Fiftybucks". Their prices are extraordinary and they don't discount on the last day as advertised. Imagine driving to an estate sale for "50% off on the last day" (very common) to find out that they get to pick and choose what to discount. We have been going to estate sales for years. While reviewing various sales online we came across one held by All About Order. We have never gone to any of their sales but the pictures were good enough to peak our interest peaked so we went to the sale. Staff was friendly and patient with everyone. We really loved an Asian Empress chair but didn't want to pay asking price so we left bid. Later we were contacted by Dana letting us know our bid was accepted. They worked with us to arrange pickup outside sale hours and help load the chair into the car. A very pleasant and professional transaction. As buyers we highly recommend All About Order and will make it priority to visit their sales in the future! read more

Poor customer service. Disorganized estate sales. Items being sold were not as advertised. I would not recommend Dana for numerous reasons. RESPONSE to Dana B: This is a perfect example proving why All About Order Inc and Dana are a terrible company to do business with. Instead of being a responsible company and business owner that tries to understand why the customers are not happy with the services provided and what she could do to improve, Dana immediately attacks her customers. It's never her fault. It's always the customer's fault or she will claim the customer "never actually conducted business with her". If anyone takes the time to read the not recommended reviews they will see her making this accusation multiple times against numerous customers. She complains to Yelp to have as many negative reviews removed then has her friends and family write fake, glowing reviews for her business. This can be evidenced by "Rose B.'s review" which coincidentally was posted the very same day a negative 1 star review by "Edith S." Was posted and then put under not recommended reviews for some reason even though it was a very accurate overview of All About Order Inc. Why would a complete stranger give you a poor review? Are you that horrible of a person that strangers would seek you out to give you a bad review? We both have reached out to you countless times via email, text, and phone to discuss the status of my items, with NO response! It took a Yelp review to finally hear from you. She hired your company to help sell my items and STILL have not received payment many months later. This is a honest review. Neighbors who also used your service have had similar experiences. I try to go to estate sales every weekend. I know most of the estate companies in my area. I must say that this group was eager to help me make the deal happen. Willing to help take things to the car (which really helps when you really want it and have no way of making it happen. I felt their pricing was very fair. They were very courteous and unlike many of the other estate companies they really seemed fresh even though it was day three of the sale. I found them willing to finish out as best as possible. It made me want to buy stuff I did not even need. ha. So I did. It was fun today. I guess I am writing this because some of the other companies could use a lesson from these people. read more

These people are rude and mean. They are so unorganized. The home that they we went to was a disaster. All of these poor people's items were scattered all over the place. The items didn't look like what they had on the pictures. Many items were not priced and the staff were not in agreement on what the prices were. Awful. Plus they brought in their own items to sell at this person's estate sale!!! Really?? just terrible! Don't waste your time with these bozos, they will ruin your estate/moving sale. Dana and I meet about a year ago. I was moving and needed some help. I looked around for a company and felt her's was the best for me. We had a sale first and everything went great! She was very professional yet friendly. After the sale she then also helped me with packing up things to stage my home for a sale. I sold my home about 5 months later! An estate sale I attended that was "organized" by this company was a complete mess. Everything was In disarray. Random racks were strewn about displaying old clothing which would not even be accepted by a Thrift store. This could barely pass as a garage sale let alone an "estate sale". What a joke. My grandmother wouldn't even want items from here. Hideous outdated furniture was overpriced. Gaudy old furniture and jewelry were listed as "antiques". What a joke! Not worth anyone's time. And the women in charge were clueless as how to how to organize or manage anything. They behaved more like used car salesmen pushing their hideous items on anyone and everyone. I attended an estate sale held by this company a few weeks ago. In my opinion, it was cluttered, disorganized, and the items being sold frankly would have been better off being donated. Cheap and tacky overpriced items, old worn out clothing and costume jewelry were just a few things being sold at this estate sale.
