Donny was extremely thorough in identifying the issue and diagnosed that the unit I had was not the right size for my home. In addition the piping was inefficient and not up to code. They offered to refund the prior install, designed a sleek solution with a new combi boiler and somehow managed to make everything fit perfectly into the very small mechanical room in my home. This was a complicated install made even more challenging by the small space, but Donny's workmanship and problem-solving was excellent. They were able to accommodate my schedule, finished on time and were collaborative with me throughout the process and helped me land on a solution and price that I was satisfied with.
