Been using them for years and have always been treated fair with great service. Wouldn't consider anyone else.

***CROOKS*** DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I needed an inexpensive part for my oven, It is a Frigidaire part (I had the exact model number of the part...no discrepancies at all) that cost only $35. It is being sold directly by Frigidaire for $35, and its that price at every other online site, as well as every other parts store. He wanted to charge me $60!! When I told him it is selling for $35 everywhere, he tried to give me a comparison to buying a steak. He said, "you can get a steak for $50 or $200, where would you go?" Seriously!! This is the exact same part sold at every store. Every part with that same model number is exactly the same, unlike a steak which can vary greatly in the cut and quality. He should at least figure out a better way to justify ripping people off! read more

I have to echo many reviews here. Called for a refrigerator repair, guy came said it needed a new control board. They wanted to charge $600 to replace ($350 for the board). Board only costs $140 on-line. When confronted with that they said they had to use their supplier and that was the cost. Unlikely. They are crooks. Don't use. read more

Horrible experience called for appointment came 2 days later to check my refrigerator freezer working but fridge not cooling tech looked at refrigerator for 5 minutes and said main control board was bad. said the boss would call the next day with price, finally called and gave me a price of$585 exclu the $92 service call, I thought that was excessive so I purchased a new control board for $150 and installed it simple plug and play to my astonishment refrigerator had the same problem, this company is totally dishonest they spent 5 minutes checking and and were wrong. When the refrigerator stops working before thanksgiving that can give added stress to any holiday season... My dad called up GE and also tried to troubleshoot it himself... When he wasnt able to get it to stop reading 60° my dad then called up all alliance appliance. And they gave him an estimate for just the part was $160 It had no guarantee with it. More like you buy it you're on your own. So my dad opt to not buy the part and wait for one of their guys to come and investigate the issue... Carmine was sent to us he was there for about 15 minutes saw the issue and said that it was the same part he was quotes over the phone from their store but Carmine recomended that if he changes the part it includes a warranty on it with them. The part is brand new. Our fridge wasnt working and thanksgiving is a few days away. $550 dollars later it was fixed! I was a reoccuring customer and was scammed by this company. Mother's Day weekend, and I decided to request service from them, since I was a past customer. My 1st incident with them was very pleasant due to the fact that the A/C tech was an army veteran, I found him trustworthy on his estimate. But this time, when I called, I had a young spanish dude, who never gave his name, just a exuberant price on fixing my fridge. Freak'n $700 dollars for a computer board replacement. He wasn't even here an hour. When I went on RepairClinic website to see how much the part was., the board was under $150. DO USE THIS COMPANY, Although the fridge was fixed, this dude will scam you, cuz he knows you want your appliance fixed. WARNING!!! I have never given a negative review before. I choose to keep it to myself. But I do feel I need to give my neighbors a heads up about this company. I called them to properly hook up my washer and dryer after moving them to another house. Both were working fine before the move. They came and told me both machines were broken and needed parts and charged me $92 for the service. I felt since i already spent that money I had no option. After waiting 6 days for them to return they charged me another $518. The dryer still made a burning smell. He said he had to hook it up tighter. Exactly what I said to begin with. The part he replaced in the washer is shiny and brand new. It was not broken before he pulled it off my machine. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation. Do not call this company. I wouldn't even give 1 star except I cannot post with zero. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews on Yelp before calling in the first place! read more

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They came to the house and charged $50.00 to tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator. After telling me it was a control board that needed to be ordered I never heard back from them. Upon contacting them they told me it was better for me to go elsewhere. No call back,,no contact, nothing. We had to keep calling them to then be told in essence that we should get someone else. Very unprofessional and completely uncaring. Made an appointment for today between 11 and 2. I called around 11:30 just to see if they could give me a better time estimate. The manager (Bill or Billy I think) told me he'd call the technician and call me back to let me know. He never called so I wasted my Saturday with my kids and waited until 2:30. I finally got a call around 4:30 and the guy said he was running late do I still want him to come?? I said no, I waited until 2:30 and I'm not home. Don't use this service. Charged me $92 for a diagnostic for my dishwasher that they said would be used toward repair if I decided to get the repair. Told me they would call me back when they had an estimate on the parts and labor. They didn't call me back. So I decided to call them, they told me technician was out working he would call me later in the day. He didn't call back until 2 days later to tell me it would cost $400 to repair and said he had been calling with no answer. All Alliance Appliance is by far the worst service repair company I've ever had the displeasure to work with. The owner not only took a service fee but also took money to replace parts that never resolved the problem. He dodged phone calls, never returned my call on the off chance he answered his phone after telling me he would call back "in five minutes" and had his service man come back repeatedly because he either didn't have the right parts, or didn't have the equipment to test to see what parts we actually needed. The owner is one of the most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, arrogant, unethical business owners I've ever had to deal with. Need I say more? Call someone else! read more

Charged my aunt $160 for a leak in her plastic refrigerator water line. Used a $5 coupler to unioun the leaky part on the old brittle line. 5 minutes of work for $160 because my aunt doesn't know shit about repairs. It cost $10 for the water line kit at home depot to replace the entire plastic line which at minimum is the right thing to do ;which was easy based on her setup And even that job is not $160. Had I known I would have done it myself complete diy job. Don't waste your time or money. read more

I first called for an appointment and was told first appointments is $35 but the man insisted on $50 when he was here we had to call the office and confirm that it was 35 the repairman did no tests no gauges no meters no nothing just said that we need a new main board the most expensive and they're very expensive part comprable to buying a new refrigerator while they're searching for prices for a new main board LG does a diagnostic with us over the phone and we determine that is it is not the main board that is a simple seal around the door so the main board repair was a scam just to replace the most expensive part of the machine when there is nothing wrong with any main board or mechanical part other than the seal around the door I did not wait for a price for the main board but we all knew it would have been way too much and I would probably do better replacing the whole refrigerator and giving them my money I will never call this company for anything in the future read more

I too had a terrible experience with All Alliance Appliance. Last week my dishwasher stopped draining. I called AAA and explained exactly what was happening with the washer. A repairman came the following day looked at the dishwasher, pushed some buttons on the panel and said " I think it's something on the panel but the dishwasher is so new that GE doesn't even make replacement parts for it yet.... WHAT??? He then said, "I will check if we can get the parts and I will call you tomorrow and let you know, and the 85 dollar service charge will come off the final repair". Needless to say the call NEVER came. 85 bucks down t My favorite part of the whole experience is on his way out the door he said " I would have brought my pump to pump out the water for you.. But... Walter came and fixed my dryer. He came within the time-frame given, was very clear on what needed to be done. He even let me know every option available to me. Price for repair was decent especially since I thought my dryer was a lost cause. The repair is guaranteed for a year. Saved me hundreds. Customer service while setting up the appointment was also great. Will definitely use this company again. read more

I searched through the phonebook to find All Alliance Appliance because my freezer was not working. When I called, the phone was answered by a gentleman who basically said, "Yeah, hold on!" and proceeded to make me wait while he argued with someone in the office. However, he took my information and sent out a repairman for that afternoon. The repairman who arrived was simply rude and arrogant - no other way to put it. When he asked me if the refrigerator was also not working, I must have shaken my head as I verbalized that it was working, because he immediately said to me, "Well, which is it? You're shaking your head, but telling me something different! All I can say is that from the minute he arrived, I was on edge with his sarcasm. That aside, he found the problem and informed me that if after he left, the freezer started to malfunction again, I would have to call back and then order a new computer board. He added that if I needed the new part, he would take off the fee I paid to have him come. Sounded reasonable. Unfortunately ( and this was by no way his fault) the freezer malfunctioned by that evening and because we were headed into the weekend, I called the company back on Monday morning. Again, the phone was answered in a way that made me think I had the wrong number and had interrupted someone in their private home. Then when I explained why I was calling, the person on the phone told me he would have the repairman call me back with a price for the computer board and his availability to install it. As promised, the repairman called me but told me he would have to check on the price and get back to me. I should add that when he called me, he chided me for not calling his cell phone directly instead of his company office; only problem there was - he never gave me his cell phone number (clearly more arrogance). Long review made short - I never received the promised call back and when on the next day I called the office, the person who answered told me to hold on as he personally called the repairman to find out what was going on. He came back on the phone and told me that the repairman would (once again) get back to me with the needed information. Well...it's been 8 days and no call. So much for getting my initial payment discount off the part - not to mention 10 days without a freezer! Clearly, I'm done with All Alliance Appliance. But I want to point out their unprofessional way of doing business- from answering the phone without announcing the name of their business, to rudeness in the repairman who represents his company when he enters your home, to the lack of any kind of follow-up or commitment & responsibility. I just made an appointment with Sears, whose repair person will be here first thing tomorrow. Should have called them to begin with! read more

THESE GUY'S ARE HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. Called them to fix a leak for my refrigerator and all they do is shut off the water to the refrigerator. Turned the water back on and the leak is still there. Wish I would have read these reviews before calling them! This place wAs recommended by two people on a FB post so we tried them. Well, the guy came, looked at my fridge and said it needed an inverter and he would get back to us with price. We paid him his 50 dollar fee, he left. He called an hour later and said 650 to do repair. I thought that sounded steep so I called another place, Afco, and told them that we needed an inverter and told the make and model number. He took a few minutes and said ok, part is 190 dollars and we charge 180 to install. That comes to 370.00! We called back All Appliance ask why their price is so high and told him about the other guy's price. He said " oh I don't know why it's 650, let me ask my boss and get back to you" A half hour later the boss called us back and said " oh yea that was the wrong price, we were gonna tell you when we came to do the work that it is 425.00" haha- yea right! You suck. Rip off place. Beware! They got our 50 bucks and tried to really rip us off! Local guy too, what a shame, what a sham! read more
