These people are dirty as hell! I'm sure there are some good people that works there but as a whole, they have treated me like shit. I bought a new car from Ford and its has had recall after recall. I've had to take to them time after time and sit there for weeks and one time months. Not to mention, they didn't provide me with a rental car, told me I would have to pay for one myself. After about 2 years of all that, they decided to go ahead and put me in a "BRAND NEW" motor to fix all the problems. Now the "new" motor in my car that hasn't even been in the car a year yet started making knocking noises so when I took it over there to get it checked out, they told me that there are no warranties on it and would have to pay hundreds of dollars to run test and again have to pay for me a rental. I cannot express how amazing my experience was with this dealer; talk about a rare occurrence. After searching far and wide for a Ford Flex for my sister and losing a few along the way, I came across an advertisement on Cars.com for a 2013 Flex Limited with the EcoBoost V6 with just over 14,000 miles. The ad was vague as they had not yet posted actual photos of this vehicle, just a stock photo. After getting in touch with them, Ali Balal, our salesperson took time out of his day to take photos and email them to me as the car was being serviced and detailed as they had just acquired the vehicle a few days prior. We made an appointment to drive from Long Island on Halloween to test drive the car. The car performed like a champ and was equipped just the way she wanted it...and then some. We ended up trading in her current vehicle, for which they gave us a very reasonable offer, purchased and drove home said Flex THAT DAY!! Ali Balal went to bat and got us a great deal on the car and was a delight to deal with, Ramy Elsafty the Finance Manager put together the financing at a great rate in minutes and made the transaction seamless, and Chris Savino, the General Sales Manager, was as polite and welcoming as an old friend. Once it was all said and done, Ali said he would follow up with us on Monday..and he did. By their own accord, All American said they would replace the tires on the front without us even having to ask; we would've replaced them at some point before the winter. They even offered to pick up the car at our home, drop off a loaner, and bring back her car once all was done to which we declined; we had no problem driving there as we had promised to bring bagels for the staff from a famous local bagelry. They replaced the tires, cleaned the car up some more, and we were on our way home. Long story short, they were a pleasure to work with and gave new meaning and depth to the car-buying experience. My sister is happy, I'm happy and I would have no problem driving the distance to get my next Ford from them. Although there is a stigma attached to the automotive industry and the dealers that sell them, All American Ford Old Bridge is a TRUE testimonial as to how a customer SHOULD be treated...like a human. I stopped into All American Ford in Old Bridge on Saturday afternoon after seeing a certified pre owned car online that I was interested in. From the moment I got out of the car and walked inside the experience already felt much better than any other dealership experience. No crowd of salesmen/saleswomen waiting outside for the moment you step out of your car, no one swarming you like vultures pulling you with them before anyone else can. My wife and I were greeted at the front desk and I mentioned I inquired online about a specific car. I was then referred to the salesman Stephen who right off of the bat was a great guy who made us feel 100% comfortable and confident the whole entire time. We sat for a few minutes at his desk to speak about the car I was looking at and just getting to know each other a bit. We went outside on the lot to find the car which we did. The car was having trouble starting but not to worry - Stephen had the service team attempt to jump it and ultimately had the battery changed completely for a new one. No big deal at all, car was certified pre owned and battery changed under warranty. We went back inside while this was being done, had a cup of coffee and got to know each other more. Once the battery was swapped we went out to test drive the car. Beautiful car. Inside and out it was like brand new and was a very smooth drive. For a certified 2016 model with only 36,000 miles, it has warranties valid thru 2023 & 2026 or 100,000 miles and was an internet special marked down $4,000. Could not beat the price anywhere I looked. I mentioned that I was pre approved for a loan with a bank but Greg from finance was able to get me a rate that was almost 3% lower than the pre approval that I walked in with. No stress, no tension, and no bad/uncomfortable moments at all even during the financial aspect of the experience. Stephen also handled everything in regards to my lease thru GM which was paid off but needed to be returned. Not only was this by far the smoothest and fastest car buying experience that I've ever had, it was the most pleasurable experience all due to the staff at All American Ford. Greg was very helpful on the finance side. Stephen was an absolutely tremendous, professional salesman who truly looks out for his customers and wants to make them happy. I will definitely be glad to make the 40 min drive back down to Old Bridge to work with Stephen and the team at All American Ford again in the future. Thank You Mate! read more

After several trips trying to find out why the navigation wasn't working, I was ignored, lied to and avoided hoping I'd go away! Beware: All American Ford Old Bridge NJ: So, I went to All American Ford in Old Bridge to pick up a car that I had left a deposit on. The credit union had faxed over the information they needed, once filled out by the dealer they would overnight the check (I've purchased 4 vehicles this way never had an issue). I told the salesman this is what I was planning to do up front, he never said it was an issue. Then after I leave work early to go get the car and wait a half hour for the salesman they tell me they won't release the car without a check in hand. I explained that they should have told me that and I needed a car so please give me my deposit check back so I can go elsewhere. The general manager says I can't do that, the back office is closed. I said "ok well put it back on my debit card" and he said no, they didn't know if the checked was cashed. I offered to show my bank statement he said that didn't mean anything to him. At this point both my husband and I were both aggravated at how rude they were being, my husbands started arguing that they need to give back the deposit amount. I asked him to go outside because I didn't want him getting loud, as he was walking away the general manager says "that's right, I knew you'd walk away" and smirks...how unprofessional, you're the General sales manager, you should not be goading a customer no matter what the situation is... they refused to give me a check and he went on to tell me he's never heard of the credit union and for all he knows it's fake. He told me to call at 9 am to see if they could refund my deposit, I have made several attempts to call and he will not answer my call or return my message. I called Ford Corp, the lady was very nice, she tried to help by calling the dealership. Even she got the run around from the General Sales Manager. They told her I won't be getting my money back Today or Monday and he didn't know when he could help me. The representative from Ford said he was not even forth coming with her. I have never been so appalled by poor customers service. After my experience I read their FB page, I am not the only one with this experience. I called up (I live kinda far away from here) and they told me over the phone they would honor the price I was looking for on the model I wanted. When I got there, it was easy as could be except they told me that the car they promised me over the phone was sold. I very politely said "okay well I'll take this one at that price". After some basic car salesman to purchaser discussion, he did honor the price over the phone and I got an even better, more upgraded model. I went into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and expected to drive home with a new car. The salesperson asked what I wanted to spend and how much I wanted to put down. I gave her a number and told her what features I wanted. She came out with the base vehicle for me to test drive telling me how expensive the car was and that I could probably only afford this one. After the test drive I sat with my family waiting for the numbers of the model I wanted. As I was waiting I heard several employees making fun of customers that were walking in the showroom. Very unprofessional! If they worked for me and I heard that they would be fired! Anyway, the woman came back with pricing for the base model (since she was convinced that was all I could afford) and I ended up walking out. I guess everything happens for a reason because I drove to the GMC dealership in Freehold, had an amazing experience, and ended up walking out with a car for more than I initially wanted to spend, but very satisfied! read more

I don't even know how this place is in business. My stepdad leased his car and I financed my car at AAF in Old Bridge from a sales men who had an accent (English or Australian not sure) anyway he was so careless had a serious attitude problem and did not follow up with concerns or pricing. You are getting two sales from the same family and you are going to be rude to paying customers are you serious. Do not even get started on getting your car serviced. It takes 2-3 hours to get an oil change or how they say "The Works" which is supposed to be an oil change, tire rotation, and 99 point inspection. I have gone to them several times and have always been extremely frustrated by their service and their employee's attitudes especially the women who work in the service department. It took them 2 days do put in new shocks and suspensions. I dropped my car off on Saturday and didn't get it back till Tuesday night and they forgot to do the oil change that I asked for even after I payed. They said they forgot with again an attitude. That was one of the many bad experiences I had with AAF but yesterday was the last straw for my family and I. I have been servicing my car at Mr. Tire for some time now since AAF doesn't deserve my family's hard earned money anymore but I did not want to drive to Manalapan since I had a dentist appt. I wanted "The Works" done on my car and let them know if I needed anything else on my car to please let me know. They said everything was fine on my car and everything was perfect. I get in my car and I turn my AC on and it's blowing hot air. I call and said on my paperwork you guys said my car is fine but my ac is blowing hot air didn't you guys do a 99 point inspection. She said yes we did and there are no leaks your tires are fine everything is fine you can bring it in tom and for 125$ an hour we can do a diagnostic test. I declined because I know this little game they like to play. I go to Mr. Tire in Manalapan and guess what I have several leaks and thats why my AC was blowing hot air and need my gas cap replaced. This place is a scam and they will lie you out of your money. Last year i spent over 3k fixing and maintaining my car there and all they did was give me an attitude and give me the run around. I am so happy I found a decent mechanic in my area who thoroughly explains things to me and even tells me the parts I need to buy and they can install it so it can be cheaper for me since I am a student. That my friend is an honest mechanic (Mr. Tire). Be an informed consumer and do not purchase vehicles or service your car there. They do not deserve anyone's money. read more

I got the classic bait and switch. For 2 weeks I was going back and forth with their internet specialist. She did everything she could not to give me the information I sought. All I ever got was, "come in and talk to a salesman". Remember, these salesman are expertly trained to get you to buy the car they want, at their price. Think to the scene in Fargo, when the car salesman played by William Macy claims he will talk to his manager but just hides in a room for a few minutes. I had my own financing and my insurance all printed up .I drove 45 minutes, met the internet specialist and was handed over to a salesman who had no idea what I wanted. I guess it was the her job to get me in the building any way she could. So of course they didn't have my car even though it was still on the website. The salesman of course offered me a 'better' car for more money. He was shocked and even mad that he couldn't get me to buy a car I didn't want. Are people that weak minded that they can get talked into a car they don't want? I left after a 10 minutes. Very pissed off. Two days later I got my car at a smaller dealership. Haldeman. Fine! Great! So, we go out to do other stuff. Then the finance manager call me, NOT STEPHEN OR Mate whoever he says he is. So, I bought a new 2014 Ford Raptor. Also bought extended warranty to include paint chips and glass repair. Sent an email in advance requesting the appointment and describing the needed repairs/maintenance. Dropped the vehicle off Wednesday 8/22/18 for an oil change, wipers, cracked windshield, recall, and paint chip repair to the front of the vehicle. Was met by Lane (spelling??). Lane was very dismissive of what I wanted done and seemed to indicate that no one was going to fix the paint or the glass. Brooke called me and left a message to say that the truck was done and were waiting for approval from the tire company. What?! The tire company? I didn't ask for ANYTHING relative to the tires! So, I called back (within 5 minutes of Brooke's call). Waited on hold. Waited some more... Then Lane picks up again and says that the truck is done and to come pick it up. I asked her what was done to the truck. She says I just make appointments and do not know what was done. I live 75 miles from the dealership. I explain that I don't want to drive 150 miles round trip to find that the truck is not done. I tell Lane that I want to speak to Brooke. Waited on hold... Waited on hold... Waited on hold... Lane gets back on and says that Brooke is with a customer and cannot come to the phone. So I ask: " So, there is not one single person at the dealership that can answer my question about the status of the repairs on my truck". She says again that she just makes appointments. I ask to speak to a manager. Back to holding... Eventually Maxwell gets on the phone. While he is understanding of my hesitancy to drive all that way without confirmation that the truck is done hes STILL can't tell me what was done. He does say though that Renee who is really good and "knows everything like the back of her hand" will call me tomorrow (Saturday 8/24/18) and fill me in on exactly what was done and what is pending. Not sure how this story is going to end, but as mentioned in previous posts I hope I don't have to call General Manager Chris Savino at 732-591-1111 X340; or Nick the service manager at 732-242-0410. They made a written offer for my trade-in and when I tried to execute the deal they reduced the trade-in by $1,000. Calls to their management went unreturned even after they sent me an email thanking me and ensuring a positive customer experience. My husband was looking to lease a car and he got in contact with a salesperson from All American Ford in Old Bridge. She did send via email several adds and Black Friday "deals". The adds promised 0 down and leasing offers ranging from 125-185$. She confirmed on the phone yes really 0 down, just come in... The offers sounded great and we decided to do the half hour drive, with our little baby on a Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and check out the cars. We spoke to Ali since the salesperson my husband spoke to was not there. The adds were totally off! It was not even close to zero down and the leasing offers started at 250$. The Manager came all he could say was to "investigate" the phone calls and fire the salesperson who gave us the information. But hold on what about the advertisement? Well he apologizes that some of the adds on national TV and the internet can be so misleading. Please do not advertise anything that is not even close to be true and mislead the customer. I bought a new truck in April 2015 right before I moved to VA. I scheduled my 1st free oil change (my second for the truck) and when I went to pick it up I was given a bill for 47 dollars and change. I told the service counter that it should be free and was told it wasn't on my account. He checked again and magically there it was. I was then told I only have 1 more oil change for free even though I should have 3 out of 4 left. I was informed it goes by mileage not time you go. I just bought a 33000 dollar truck and since I went to another ford dealer to get my oil change which I had to pay for where I lived in va I lost a free one from you. Ok thanks it's not even worth going every time I walk in it is another headache it'll be easier quicker and better to go to lube it all. Confirms why I hate going to a car dealership. read more
