We had a shower door that had been drooping since we bought the place a few years ago, but it had finally gotten to the point where it was impossible to close. I had a handyman come take a look to see if he could fix it, and he recommended I ask some pro glass folks. He actually mentioned another company. I had them come in and take and look--they said it had to install a whole new shower door. Another company, same thing--came by, looked at it, said the only solution was replace the whole thing. I had to fix a glass section on a bookshelf. I called AG Glass and the owner worked with my busy schedule to see me after I finished work. I stupidly brought the wrong piece at first. He offered to wait for me to go home and get the right one, but I could not, so he opened early to see me before work the next day. He was super fast and very professional. Just easy. A stop on my window wore out so it closed unexpectedly and shattered. So I'm not handy. I had multiple companies tell me they could replace the window but I'd have to bring it in. I really didn't want to do that. I messaged AG Glass on Yelp, they messaged me back in minutes asking me to call them. I did and the service tech said I can come over in 20 minutes to measure and give you a quote. Great! Measurements were taken about a half hour later and I was quoted $250 to replace the window glass and install it. A week later the glass was installed and they put new stops on the rest of the windows so that those wouldn't unexpectedly go from open to closed. Could I have gotten this taken care of cheaper elsewhere, probably. But, the convenience of how easy it was for AG glass to come out and do everything for me was worth it! read more

I moved into a new gut rehab and for whatever reason the builder decided to put up a half glass wall in the shower. I contacted them for a broken continuous hinge and split plastic hinge sleeve on a glass shower door. The metal on the hinge had cracked beyond repair and was preventing the door from fully closing. I was concerned because that is a part that isn't sold new and often means the entire door has to be replaced, plus I had no idea what type of contractor even fixes something like that. AG Glass Immediately responded to my after hours inquiry and set up an appointment for 11 the next morning. They had a used but like new hinge that was a perfect match for my door.
