Avoid at all costs…read more We paid TAR $16,000 for a full replacement of our flat roof and within a week were getting stains on our ceiling during rain when we had never had leaking before. We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

These guys made all three steps (pun intended) super easy and painless. When 1) I called for a quote I got a speedy but thorough response, when 2) we hired them bc their quote was easy to understand and a fair price and 3) when we hired them they sent an awesome crew that worked their tails off to complete the job. We also had a few minor imperfections which they quickly resolved. They didn't question 'why' we asked or debate they made sure we were happy. They didn't ask for the final payment until the HOA was 100% satisfied. What a positive experience it was working with these guys (Mike in office and Eddie the owner)! I'd highly recommend.

Eddie came out 15 minutes early to do look the place over and do measurements and came up with an estimate about 30% less than the competitors. I received an official contract proposal within 24 hours via email. Mike made sure to do a follow up to address any concerns and questions I had the day after I had received the emailed proposal. Contract was signed a few weeks later after I confirmed that E&B was licensed by the city. Work began close enough to the given estimated time frame (delayed 1 week due to daily severe thunderstorms) and job completion was a little under 4 weeks (there were a few days of thunderstorms that would've made it too dangerous to work). The work crew worked even during mid 90*F temperatures, much respect. Work entailed 5 lintel replacements, a entire front facade grind and tuckpoint with mortar matching closely to original with a 1 year warranty. Clean up was a power wash with masonry detergent. Throughout the process, any questions and concerns I had were promptly answered by Mike or Eddie within 2 hours of sending a text message or email. The glass was repaired, but they did not put my ADT security sensor back on the window frame. For people who have ADT system will know, it takes two pieces of sensors to line up on the window in order to activate the alarm. I called and spoke with a person. I told him what happened, but he pretty much blaming me. He said that I told them I have the ADT system on my other panel. Yes I do, but it is only one of the two pieces. I told them there is another sensor on the window panel that they fixed it. I asked him just to look for it. He did not. He blamed me, and said he was talking to me in a nice way. I told him all I asked is for him to look for it, but he did not. I wasn't rude at all, all I asked was that if he can look for it. If you are in the glass and mirror business, you should know that the metal piece on the window panel is the sensor for a security system. Now my security system is not working properly at all. I already paid in advance. It is pretty much he said I said. I lost because I paid for the services but now I have to pay more for ADT to fix the security system simply because of a window panel. I hung up the phone call because it is getting nowhere. I just want to warn you that if you are using their services, make sure you take pictures and write down everything you have. I have no doubt that the owner or person will twist the whole truth, it is what my experiences, and I will not recommend this company.

Even the soundproofers commented that our neighbors were some of the loudest they heard and they have been doing this for years. The team was professional and knowledgeable about sound proofing and talked in depth about the process and options it with us. We received daily updates on progress. This is a messy job and a ton of work, it was insane to see the pictures during the process. I only wish we had them do the adjacent rooms & hallway for even better results. We are already planning on having them return to do additional rooms.
