The first call was to fix a leak in a copper pipe. They completed that repair and also located and repaired a second leak that we were unaware of. The technician also noticed some damage to a shower drain line that likely happened when some work was done to an air handler underneath the house. They were able to provide an estimate and returned to complete that job within the same week. Most recently we had another leak that needed repair. Each time Steve has been great to work with. My water heater decided not to break on Tuesday evening, and I needed someone to come out and see what went wrong. It was roughly around 630 at night when I realized I had no hot water, so I Googled hot water repair services within my community. I called two plumbing services that were "near me" and both services told me I was out of their servicing zone. So I reached out to my neighbor and he gave me Aaron Plumbing's information. Now, but this time it was around 8:30 PM, but I still pick up the phone and gave them a call and a lovely lady answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was remarkably friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she went ahead and looked at the schedule for Wednesday. She told me that she could have a plumber out to my house between 8am and 12noon and I was excited that she was able to fit me into their very busy schedule. The young man, Tom Page, that came out Wednesday morning was also very kind and efficient. He was able to tell me that my water heater, which was the original to the house, would no longer be working for me, and that I would need a new one. I actually knew that I would need to replace my water heater at some point in time when I bought my home in 2019. But, as always, it's a disappointment even though you know it's going to happen. Tom actually had the correct water heater on hand and within a couple of hours had my water heater completely replaced. You'll see through the pictures below the old unit, and the new unit. When Tom was done with the installation, he walked me through exactly what he had done, he showed me pictures of what had been, and what was now fixed or replaced. We also had a great conversation on how to purge the silt in the bottom of the tank, once a year, to maintain the good health of my brand new water heater. I would certainly recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone in the northern Cumming area of Georgia, because Dawsonville plumbing and other plumbing facilities located in Cumming, GA do not service my neighborhood.

When I told the tech I had a cheaper quote he started to sound like a used salesman, dropping the price by $400.00. I used another licensed plumber and they replaced the same footage in addition a cutoff was replaced in the garage that was not in Aaron's quote all for $1450.00 with a warranty. So glad I did not get taken by this company, buyer beware. So glad mine was not an emergency so I could shop around.

Thank God my husband and I were home for the day when I realised there was no hot water prompting us to step into the garage to find the hot water heater on fire, requiring a fire extinguisher and a call to 911 plus it was leaking everywhere. I attempted to contact him by phone with 12-15 calls in total from multiple numbers, text messages (a number he previously texted me on) and emails through his website where I have been left with no response still to this day. Both the unit and his work were still under warranty (an additional cost I paid directly to him) I expected some response considering his highly recommended status locally, instead I was left with paying another plumber to install a new hot water heater less than a week before Christmas. Additionally, I have been left to fight with the manufacturer to warranty the heater which resulted in receiving less than a $400 refund from the company when his work and the unit should have been fully covered under the purchased warranty resulting in full replacement. I paid $2300 for the unit, work and an additional warranty to only find out with the equipment used was subpar (likely purchased on some discount or discontinued item list) and the lack of updated piping and pressure valve (20 yr old home) should have only cost me roughly $1000. Not to mention the fact he did not properly install/wire the unit hence sparking the fire, I could have lost my pets, home and all the contents within. Now weeks later still no response from Mark or anyone else from Leader plumbing assuming there is anyone else besides him after two certified letters also mailed. A reputable businessman I am finding he is NOT from interactions I have had to try and locate him and ensure warranty of the work and item installed.
