All American was out today because my car had berries under hood when I took in for service and the mechanics thought I might have mice in my garage that could eat the wiring in my car. Well it turned out the technician from All American found out the culprit were lizards and were no danger to the car or the wiring-no sign of rats or mice. After discussing it with Maria, we had a plan of action to replace boards that were termite infested on the balcony of our home. Every time the technician shows up - he checks and sprays for bugs and whatever critters are out there and cleans the webs that accumulate under the eves. I have been with All American since 2009. They somehow have found a way to combine the best of both a Family owned business and a efficient big corporation. Traiser and Tyler's years of experience have never let us down. Plus my wife's very huge fear of the creepy crawlers has always been at bay with them on the job. Years ago we had a real problem as we got new neighbors that brought some unwanted friends to the neighborhood. Traiser was at our house, making follow up calls and revisits as need till there wasn't a bug within 200 feet of our house-. My wife was quite appreciative as was I. We switched from one of the "BIG Guys" and we have always been happy for the choice. Not just because it saved us money each month but also the personal service. I love being able to call/text with questions to an actually person- it's so great! Plus, the ones your talking too have so much experience they always know the solution. The back office is great to deal with if you have billing questions and helpful if you forgot a check (only happened once). Family-owned and operated, this is a small pest control business, and one of the best that my family has experienced. The owners live nearby (lucky for us) and are professional, fast, friendly, and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and their technicians are quite knowledgeable. While dog-sitting for a relative, we discovered the dog had ticks. We have several children and pets and immediately called All American to schedule an appointment. They were able to send their tech out within a couple days, and he was diligent not only about ridding our home and yard of the bugs, but explaining the process and easing our concerns regarding kids, animals, and so on. He even sprayed for spiders, ants, and ear wigs, which are more prominent in the area. Later the same week, our cat caught a mouse and brought it inside after 9pm -- without thinking, we called the owners and one of them came promptly over to assist us. Since Tyler (the technician) came to our home, we've noticed a drastic decline in unwanted bugs (much more so than other companies), and we gladly signed up for a bi-monthly contract. The inspector was all over the place, and left me with a enormous verbal bid which I have not received in writing as of yet. Had an ant problem. My wife called them because the wineries she runs uses them. $135 for a one-time treatment, $99 the 1st time and $50 every other month for treatment program. I opted for the one-time treatment and did not get the hard sell. I was told that the technician would arrive between 11-3pm. The technician, Tyler, showed up between those times and was friendly and professional with a clean uniform. Once again there was no hard sell to get the treatment plan (I really appreciated that!). A very nice guy. I would give 5 stars, but they just sprayed today, so I want to see if I have any ants tomorrow. read more

If I could give a higher review, I would... This company came in and saved the day after another company dropped the ball.. I am the listing agent on a home in Oceanside and the selling agent recommended this company. When I called, they understood my dilemma and put a rush on the job. Maria was very professional and set an appointment for the next day. Tyler came out and did a great job inspecting the house and was very pleasant to work with. The house needed quite a bit of work in addition to tenting and Tyler was the one who came back to do the work. he did a great job and went above and beyond to keep everyone up to date on the process.
