We were pleased with the initial service they provided to help fix our Electrolux dryer issues. The service tech came 2 times, with the end result it was better for us to buy a new dryer. We were told on several occasions that we would be reimbursed as they ultimately did not fix the issue, and that the checks were mailed out (total around $500). Andre was great with responding to my calls, but now he and the company been radio silence. I am pursuing small claims court. read more

Never use this company! We had a problem with our washing machine, they sent us a technician who barely stayed 30 minutes didn't wait for the washing cycle to end, charged us170$, and 20 minutes after leaving the machine stopped working. We called them as they have a warranty, they said they would send the technician again. We waited for 3 hours, he didn't show up and they pretended our phone was closed which was not the case. Same thing the 2nd day we called them 10 times to make sure he was coming but after waiting for him 3 and a half hours he pretended he was stuck in the traffic and would try to come back in the afternoon, that we should talk to his supervisor. We tried to call several times, there was an answering machine saying they were not available! How unprofessional, unethical is this?! read more

I've used these guys for three repairs over the past five years -- twice for my washer/dryer and once to replace an ice maker in my refrigerator. All three times have been really great experiences -- they come when they say (and all three times within 24 hours of my first call), clearly explain the problem and estimate, and then fix it. All three repairmen where very experienced and provided great customer service and follow through as well. Honestly, can't say enough good things about them! read more
