He painstakingly described the plan for where to put the units in each room, how they would be connected and where the piping would go. The work inside the house was precise and with minimal displacement or disruption. Everytime they came into the house they treated with respect (e.g. by taking shoes off!) and cleaning up all dirt and dust from their work. Outside the work they did was done with extreme attention to detail to blend in with the look of the house. Michael and his colleague were so nice to deal with from day one. They came to our house to inspect and see what we wanted to do with mini split units. He was honest, respectful and provided sound advice on what worked and what didn't. What's great is that he will respect what you want to do but will give you clear feedback and let you decide next steps. He knows exactly what he's doing. Installation took two days and they were efficient, humorous, so respectful of your property, and overall really kind people. My husband and I are so pleased with their work. Piping on the exterior of the house could potentially look disastrous but they made it look like a work of art. The coils look perfectly aligned and very neat. Inside, the units hang elegantly and evenly on the walls. He also offered to handle the Con Ed rebate paper work which is fantastic. They came on time despite traffic issues from Brooklyn to Queens. They worked non-stop till lunch time which was 30 minutes and they were back at it. Work went late into the evening as they made sure every nut, bolt, piece, or whatever there was to fix/install was done right. If it looked out of place, they immediately perfected it. I'm shocked at how this installation took two days. They work quick but cautiously. It's an intensive, grueling type of labor. I was tired just observing their work. We highly recommend them! This included my interaction with Tanya in the corperate office, who was instrumental in setting up all of my appointments. She was always pleasant and patient when explaining all charges.
