We've just switched dry cleaners and won't be returning as there are several other dry cleaners in close proximity. Attitude is important when you are running a business for profit. Firstly, it's a family business and they take pride and care in their business and less than satisfactory will not fly with them. Many times, I drop off my laundry in the morning and can easily return at 6PM and it'll be ready. Nice, fresh smelling, folded neatly and packed amazingly in the bag. There was this one time where my bag had a slight tear in it and when I returned to pick it up I noticed they sewed it back. I have yet to see another laundromat take such pride in the service they provide. I was obviously upset because why would they assure me I could drop it off and pick up the next day if the place isn't open.
