The fact that he damaged the walls without saying anything and his subsequent lies about fixing the problem show a lack of integrity. On the fair side, he came and fixed our refrigerator quickly and it has been working ever since. Which makes it all the more disappointing that he chose not to say anything about the damage, then lied about coming to fix it.
