Tony from All Area Appliance came out today to find out what was wrong with our dryer. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed my problem as a broken knob. Tony was great and so was AAA service. A few days prior I'd had another company to come out to look at the dryer. Vic the technician said the part would be $200 to fix. This was after I'd seen him turn the knob pin with his wrench and make it work. He said it was the heating element. This of course was AFTER he'd closed the door to my laundry room and messed with my dryer. So guess what...it didn't work after he came back out of the laundry room. It turns out that the company has multiple #s, addresses, and websites that all lead to the same person answering the phones. The company is B and Bee Inc and the Better Business Bureau website lists all of their multiple websites and deceptive advertising techniques. When I asked for a refund from B&Bee for the part I ordered and didn't need they hung up on me. They were incredibly rude when I asked any questions. I highly recommend the honest people at All Area Appliance. They were wonderful to work with, but I'd never recommend anyone use B & Bee if you want your appliance to actually get fixed. read more

I first used this company on Christmas Day, 12/25/2014. The night before, the temperature in my Frigidaire Refrigerator kept increasing. It reached a temperature of 48 degrees. I called several companies for service. All Area Appliances Services Inc. was the only company that came out on Christmas day to check the problem. The repairman was very courteous and professional. I was very satisfied with the service. Today,06/02/2015, All Area Appliances Services Inc. serviced my Frigidaire Range. The range was overheating ( "F-10" error code appeared). Tony, the repairman arrived when scheduled. He too was very courteous and professional. He replaced the sensor that controls the temperature. He waited patiently to make sure that the appliance was working properly. The price for this repair service was very reasonable. No complaints from me. He made recommendations on how to take care of my stove. I appreciated this. I am so pleased with this company that I would strongly recommend them to my friends and co-workers. read more

A couple of years ago I needed an appliance repair service and tried All Area Appliance Service because of their 24/7 listing. It was a great experience, so when I discovered late last night that my refrigerator wasn't cooling properly I immediately retrieved the magnetic business card from the side of my refrigerator and left a message requesting the first available service time. I got a callback from Kerri promptly at 8:00 this morning and was given my choice of two different service windows. Tony arrived within the timeframe I requested and provided fast, courteous service. I've been extremely happy to know that I can get prompt, professional service whenever I need it. My dryer starting making awful noises. I called them after dinner hours and they came out the next morning within 45 minutes of the suggested 3-hour window. My technician, Eric, was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, repair it, and even helped me earn good husband points by letting me vacuum and sweep up behind the dryer while he had it moved out. The pricing was fair for the work done and he did not oversell me or try to talk me into something new. Just straightforward and honest dealings, completed with a handshake and well wishes after a job well done. While I keep hoping I don't have to use them, whenever something bad happens, I know I can rely on them to make it right in an expeditious manner. Best company of this kind out there! read more

My gas oven decided to stop heating. I posted on Facebook asking friends for suggestions of an appliace repair company. My friend gave me the name and number of All Area Appliance. I called, a really nice woman took all my information & said someone would be by the next day between 8-10. At first I thought "right, only a 2 hour arrival window - whatever - usually it is a 4 hour window that they still won't be able to meet" but to my surprise, I recieved a call at 9:30, Eric would be there in a few minutes. He diagnosed the issue immediately & had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He was super friendly & explained/showed me the part that went bad & how it worked in the big picture. So impressed with these guys. I used them once before and was very pleased because they offered same day service. Had a problem on Memorial Day weekend. This time, they said they couldn't have anyone come out until Wed morning (2 days after Memorial Day), but would put me on list if a cancellation. First thing this morning (day after Memorial Day), I get a call that they could come out first thing today. Tony was most professional - arrived at the earliest part of the 2 hr window as requested, and not only fixed the washer, but discounted the fees because I helped him drain water from the washer. My freezer was no longer working and the seal was piping hot. Eric came in, fixed the problem quickly and before he left the seal was already starting to cool down. He told me that if it started to heat up again or the freezer was not working normally, I could call back and he'd use the money spent, which was minimal, towards the cost of the next fix. He really didn't see that being a problem, but told me exactly was the cost could potentially be as well as what the next issue could be. I thought he was honest and trustworthy. Calling repairmen is always an anxiety inducing problem for me, but this was a great experience! I highly recommend. read more

Great service! Great communication! Called after closing and got Kerri! Told her what was wrong, she took the appliance model number did an on the spot assessment and gave me a time slot the next day. The next day Eric showed, in the time range promised. He touched the dryer which came back to life! He said that the input board was failing and gave me the option of replacement or waiting for total failure. I chose replacement .. duh. He had to order the part. Several days later I got a call that the part was in, Eric came out that afternoon, installed the part. All done for a reasonable price. read more

Amazing customer service. Used them years ago to fix refrigerator and was weary due to low price advertised. I was very impressed. Used again for my dishwasher repair for my tenant. Tony came out and talk me through the whole thing over the phone and did a full rebuild of the appliance for cheaper then I can buy a cheap model for. My Kenmore washing machine suddenly stopped draining water and, through Google, I figured out it was the lid switch. I'm normally pretty handy, but this seemed like a little more of a pain than I wanted to attempt. I called All Area Appliance and they said they could have someone here within a couple of hours. Tony arrived a little later, took care of the washer quickly, and within the price range that I was quoted on the phone. Had service work done on my refrigerater yesterday and just wanted to compliment Justin on not only his work, but hisattitude. He was very friendly, very courteous, and really made me feel comfortable to have him in my house. That is something I always worry about when scheduling for any repair people to be here. Extremely impressed with All Area's response time (same day on Saturday) and the repair technian's immediate grasp of the issue and prompt repair (refrigerator not cooling). The technician had the manufacturer replacement parts in stock and was able to quickly make the repair. I can highly recommend All Area - I placed their magnet on my refrigerator and will certainly call them again the next time I have an issue ith any of my appliances. About a week ago my very reliable 20 year old Maytag washer began to sporadically just stop during the rinse/spin cycle. Called All Area Appliance Service and Tony came out on Wednesday and diagnosed the problem as the timer switch wearing out. They were able to locate the increasing rare part (no longer made for ancient washer). Tony came back on Saturday with the part and also replaced the belts. Called late in the afternoon for my refrigerator...it had committed suicide. Requested someone to come out next morning before I went to work. The repairman showed up on time, perfomed the service quickly! Now my fridge is back to normal! Tony came to fix my washer today. He replaced the broken part and had it working again in about 10 minutes. Polite, professional, able to explain what he was doing -- need I say more? All Area made a broken washing machine a minor, fixable inconvenience rather than a major source of stress. I definitely recommend them. read more
