DON'T DO IT!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! NOT COVID FRIENDLY!!! I found them from another company who was booked but they recommended this company. Reviews were great so I booked with them. They waited until the morning of our trip to tell us the full amount needed to be paid in cash or it was an additional cost. Even though i had called the week before to confirm times and asked when i should expect the rest of the amount to process since they never gave me a date. When we got picked up to be taken to the airport our driver was almost 30 mins late. That made us an hour late to getting to the airport. Mind you we have a group of 22 people. Thank god we decided to leave 3 hours early and not 2. So thankfully we had enough time to make it still. They also double booked the SAME bus and driver so when he arrived late he just dropped of a wedding party. There was puke in the back that wasn't cleaned up or even known about. Nothing else had been sanitized or cleaned after the previous party. I had to go inside and get my cleaning supplies and a towel so he could clean up the mess, that he had NO idea about. Including throwing my personal towel away from a strangers vomit. Then we had a passenger getting rained on because there was a leak in the emergency exit overhead that I informed Jean about and he ignored. Also, he ignored the fact that we had 4 people on the bus who needed to use the restroom and I asked him more than 4 times to find a restroom and he didn't pull over for over an hour. To the point where we were screaming stop the bus. He just wouldn't even communicate back. Now as I write this review on the bus at the time, i have now videoed him texting and driving for a good 10 mins or more. Then, there is cardboard holding a emergency window exit down on one side with no clip holding the other side shut so the window is bouncing open. Do not use this company. They have older limos, the air conditioning did not work and the limo broke down on us. We had to drive ourselves to our first destination on our wine tour since they would not have a back up ready for 3 hours. All Around Limo did pick us up later on to take us to the other scheduled wineries and drive us home, but I had to go back the next day to pick up my own car. While the drivers were very nice, no discount or reimbursement was offered and management was very unprofessional. When I requested a partial refund because we did not get the full time paid for and our service was no longer a full round trip, no one got back to me. It was only after I had my bank stop the balance payment that All Around Limousine finally reached out to discuss how he disagreed. Joshua, the CEO, was extremely rude and did not believe in his own company guarantee of getting to the destination safely and in a timely manner. He has since removed this guarantee from his website and changed his Terms and Conditions to say they are not liable for limo break downs. He did this AFTER our service and tried to tell my bank I signed off on them. Thankfully I had proof this was not the case, but a lot of time was wasted. We booked All Around Limo for our wedding! I was communicating with Josh and he was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. Unfortunately, our wedding timeline only allowed us to utilize the party bus for 1.5 hrs and we paid for a 3 hr minimum but we absolutely do not regret it. Our wedding party had a blast taking the bus from our wedding venue to New Buffalo Beach for photos, then a quick stop for Ice Cream on our return trip. Family trip planned and needed airport transportation. Neither of my kids have been in a limo before and I wanted to surprise them. Service arrived at 4am and it was a Yukon SUV (not a limo). Such a disappointment for not only me, but for my kids!! Luckily we are a family of 4 and could all fit. Don't use this company, as they do not honor what they said they were going to do. They were hired for 2 hours at the end of reception to SHUTTLE guests back to local hotels, 3 minutes away. When my 85 year old mother and sister got on the bus the driver said he wouldn't shuttle them because he doesn't take orders from them, the only the bride and groom. They waited on shuttle for an 1-1/2 waiting to be taken to hotel 3 minutes away. The fleet manager, Joshua Seabrook, proceeded to argue that the groom told driver to wait. Because HE did not instruct his driver of his job for the evening it was left for the bride and groom to give the ok whether to shuttle guests. Not their job!! His Job!! Wants to give me a discount on future bookings, as if I would want to use this company again. Therefore, I am out $470.00 for a service that was not provided. I had an emergency situation. My daughter was in Valparaiso at a concert and our regular limo guy couldn't make it. He suggested this company and they offered to pick my daughter up for the same price as my regular guy. The concert started at 7:00, so I requested at 9:30 pick up. My daughter called at 8:30 to say the main artist hadn't hit the stage yet. I called the limo company to see if they could pick her up at 11:00 instead and wait until she came out. Mind you she had paid for the meet and greet so we had no idea when she would be done. The limo company agreed immediately and only charged me $20 for every 30 minutes of wait time. My daughter didn't come out until 12:40. All in all great service. My only concern is that when my daughter went to get in the limo they driver yelled at her and asked her who she was. My daughter gave her name and then the limo driver apologized. The driver explained that at least 20 other kids attempted to get into the limo that's why she was frustrated. Since she apologized and explained the situation I guess it's understandable. Overall 4 star service and I would certainly recommend them to a friend. read more

Rented a stretch limo to take us to Midway airport. Trip there was great. Stretch showed up and off we went. On the return trip things went bad in a hurry. 4 passengers with two bags a piece that couldn't fit in the trunk of the stretch so the driver had put the extra bags upfront. On the return pickup they send a Town car. Luggage doesn't fit. We are have three people squeezed in the back seat like sardines. Luckily, one of the passengers with had a surprise ride home from the airport or we would have had to leave either luggage or passengers behind. It was nice of them to do that. We called the owner because we were expecting a 2010 limo and the one that picked us up was much older. He was pretty cool and gave us the discount. Limo broke down on the way to a concert, so a different limo company was hired by AAL to take us back home. This other company had an entirely different policy of additional fees that we were forced to pay in addition to what we had already paid AAL. When I brought this up to the owner of AAL he was hesitant about reimbursing us the fees of the other company. He finally agreed to but we still haven't received the reimbursement. This is a bogus ass limo company. My friend Chris booked a round trip 12 passenger limo for his bachelor party golf outing. The limo picked us up on time but the interior was dingy....it had wires hanging everywhere...had a broken cooler...the exterior looked beat up also. The fog lights were cracked and it just looked used and abused. It was a "tuxedo" Lincoln Town Car. We had our golf outing, and as I type this the driver is stuck in traffic up by O'Hare and won't get to us for at least another hour. Unacceptable. If you pay for round trip service you better have the vehicle back....traffic or not! We're waiting for a few friends to come pick us up in random cars so we can get back from Harborside in Chicago all the way back to Hobart Indiana. We used this company to rent a party bus for our entire family for a family celebration. They were extremely expensive, but we were out of options and need a large vehicle. I told the person I talked to that we had a range of ages, sizes, etc. We had our grandparents, 88 and 80 and a pregnant woman. The party bus LOOKED fine. We should have been warned by the towel the driver was using to wipe his sweat. There was NO a/c on the bus and it would not go over 40 mph. What a piece of junk!! A 20 minute ride took over 40 minutes and by the time they got us there, we were all miserable! It had to be 90 degrees in the bus. We are not happy. We are currently waiting to hear back from the company. Edited to add: They did not compensate. Terrible business! Edited to add: IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER COMMENTS: It is really easy to respond with lies, so I will clarify. When I called...the NEXT day to complain, I was called back the following day. The company blamed it on the fact that the driver did not know how to operate the air...hmm. That seems like a job requirement. The passenger limit was not maxed out...it holds 26, we had 22. We only opened the windows after being in the bus for 35 minutes because people were feeling faint. As I explained to the owner, I asked the driver repeatedly if the air was on and he said it was not working, AS HE WIPED HIS HEAD WITH A TOWEL!!! That is planning ahead because he knew the bus was a piece of junk. It's time this company learned some business manners! This was the worst experience I've ever had with a limo service, or actually ANY business I have used. The limo arrived dirty and not with the things promised. The driver had a terrible temper. After claiming a passenger was sick he pulled in to a truck stop and made everyone get out of the limo. He was screaming at a group of 10 girls and threatening to leave them while calling everyone vulgar names. We had to pay a $275 "clean up" fee when there was no cleaning needing to be done. The owner has not returned any phone calls which tells me he is okay with his business being ran like this. We had scheduled a limo to take a party to several locations for which we had reservations. Our itinerary had been verified the morning of. At 15 min late we started calling and it took 20-30 min to even get someone to answer the phone. They tryied telling us that we were wrong...that we had scheduled the limo for an hour later for which we argued that we had verified our itinerary that morning. We were then told the driver would be there in 10 min. 30 min later we called again and were told the driver would be there in 5 min. The limo ended up being over an hour late and we actually missed our first reservation. Now, we don't blame the driver....she was just doing as the office told her....and she was awesome! But the customer service in the office was absolutely wretched!!! Will never use this company again!!! read more

Whatever you do, look elsewhere. We were picked up in a party bus for a wedding this past weekend (late July). There was NO air conditioning and the bus would not go over 40 MPH. We spoke to the company and the best they could due was blame the driver, not the vehicle. The reason doesn't matter- train your drivers!!! We left all cleaned up in formal attire and showed up to the party a hot mess. All we wanted was the $150 deposit refunded (out of the $800 we spent) and they wouldn't do it. Should we have called and waited for another bus and arrived to the reception 2+ hours late? It was too late and the damage was done. Maybe your driver should've handled it instead of driving to my house with a dew rag on his head catching his sweat!!! You were notified Sunday, the day after, and you had every chance to make this right. Instead, you create bogus excuses and provide no legitimate refund for just about ruining the evening. Not good. Not good at all. Was in a limo from this company for a bachelorette party, and considering how expensive it was, the money was wasted! The limo itself was very small width-wise, so expect to have very little room. I found garbage in a supposedly clean glass. Really?? The TVs were on but had a "no signal" screen the whole time. And the stereo system did not work...it was just extremely staticky. So basically all of the luxuries of traveling by limo (other than not having to drive) did not exist with this one. And it was over $400 just for a 40 min ride to the city and back... no rides from one bar to the next! My friend (who is a limo driver with a beautiful car) was taken completely aback when I told him the cost. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this company! Pretty bad experience all around! The limo company did not provide the things that they said they would (ice, water, 2 bottles of wine). The driver was very unprofessional, and ended up yelling and cussing at us while threatening to leave everyone at rest stop in MI. The disagreement was about a cleaning fee that the limo wanted someone to pay. The limo wasn't even clean when it picked us up. When the company was called about this the next day, they said there was nothing they could do, and they would not refund us the fee.
