There was no way I was doing that without searching and getting 2nd , 3rd and maybe 4th opinion - I spoke with Jack he answered all my questions- worth every penny of the camera inspection and usb provided with all my options ($300) - then was given that as credit toward services provided. He showed us as he went through sewer drain pipe areas that needed to be cleared out and said that I definitely didn't need my sewer lines replaced. He would start with hydrojetting my drains and then run camera through again to be sure cleared out. Jack did everything as promised. Honest and efficient. HP&DSquad is my go to plumbers for anything in the future. I would not hesitate to call them for anything. Reasonable prices and honest !!

Nicole and her husband, Russell, and the crew at Superior Plumbing has the best service in terms of estimating, detail, communication, professionalism and pricing when it comes to commercial water heaters. We are glad we found them through Angi's List. They didn't pop up in Yelp. Other services provided much higher quotes, estimates, or made recommendations to do unnecessary work like changing the solar panels and connections which would have to $10k more or charge double what Superior quoted for the same work. I would use them again for both commercial and residential plumbing work.

Water is leaking from my…read moreshower so i contacted steves plumbing and they showed up promptly, while checking the fixture the tech checked the water pressure which was over 200 psi. He said i need to change the prv valve before any repairs could be done as the water pressure should be around 60psi. I have changed the prv in the past, about 4/5 years ago so i told him to go ahead and change it as im pressed for time havjng to work and prepare for the incoming typhoon. He didnt have a valve so needed to go to city mill to get one which they had in stock. The total repair came out to $4100, of which and i'll break it down cost wise. Costs gotten at a consumer pricing from Home Depot Now mind you this is the retail pricing for an normal consumer, not professional pricing (what you or i would pay if going into the store) Prv valve $89 5' length 3/4" copper pipe $50 Fittings $50 Ball valve shut off $ 19 Total of parts $208 $4100 minus the parts needed $208 $3892 labor 18 minutes to complete the repair, say 30 to make it easy $7784 in labor charge per hour I guess i should have purchased a solderless crimper and done it myself for a savings of $3900 Work was done professionally and quickly as promised and the area cleaned up before completion but the labor cost is whats bugging me- guess i got into the wrong profession

She said they wouldn't be able to schedule anything til the following week, but she'd call me back Monday. Never got a call all day, so I called Tuesday 5/12 to follow up. As I refreshed her memory about my inquiry, she found her notes & said she hadn't talked to Martin about it yet. She said she'd talk to him later that day & call me back. Well, it's now 5/18, and I still have not received a call back from them. I guess they're too busy to deal with my leak. If that's the case, I would've called other companies to come out. I will NOT be using them again, nor will I refer anyone to them. Louise should have a better system for her note taking / follow ups.

This is a family owned and operated business in Mililani that specialize in water heaters. They are fast, friendly and efficient and even haul away your old heater at no extra cost, what more can you ask for!? I called Friday morning around 8:30am and they were at my place around 12:30pm. Come to find out my water heater was less than 6 years old. They offered to stop working at no charge if I wanted to reach out to the previous installer since I should be under warranty. I declined because my experience with the previous company wasn't the best and they were already there. Martin offered a $100 discount because he felt bad that we were having to get a new water heater so soon. I was very grateful for his kindness and it made me even happier that I was able to support this small family run local business. The job was done in about an hour and Martin even helped me register my water heater online. He told me I had a 6 year warranty on the heater and 2 year warranty on labor. I will definitely reach out to Air-O-Smith again with any future water heater needs and have already referred one of my neighbors. If you have a need for a new water heater or your current heater needs repair please use this company, they are wonderful people and great at what they do!
