Do not take your car to this place unless you want it ruined. This place is an absolute joke and a nightmare, far from honest, they will try to sell you on anything and everything. I towed my Range Rover here for an abundance of work such as engine light, spark plugs, all my brakes, oil change, and a couple of ignition coils. The owner was quick to try to add more issues to the fix excluding reconstruction of replacing my schools (which had no issues) and before I knew it I had a grand sum of $1500, which I was prepared to pay, however AS SOON AS I GOT MY CAR, ALL THE LIGHTS ON MY DASHBOARD WERE UP, even the brake lights which he said he changed? I later found out after taking it to a buddy of mine only one of the brakes on changed not even a set!!! ON TOP OF IT ALL: I immediately noticed the height of my car, and was livid, my entire air suspension set is broken, one of the airbags was no longer even on there. This, series of springs that raise and lower, is another $2000 for parts and labor. Everything was intact and working beautifully before I took my car to this shop, and I regret it 100%. With that being said, my tires, which are relatively ranger than most tires, now all have to be replaced because of the excess bouncing due to the height and probity to the tires. The weights also not helping. I paid the owner and his team of incompetent thieves because I had no choice and wanted my car out of their lot ASAP. I will proceed with a civil lawsuit. My car has been sitting outside of my house , useless, for 2 months since I've had it fixed and it broke down not even 24 hours later. read more

The guys here do a great job but they are supppper expensive. The first time they did work for me I had no other choice but to pay them to change my breaks. My husband was out of town at the time and I needed my breaks changed bad. I decided to come back when I needed our water pump replaced. I left our truck there and they called me back with a quote of $400. When I called my husband to tell him he immediately called the auto parts store to find out how much the part was new because he thought the quote was high. Come to find out the part was only $113 NEW. I told them I would just wait for my husband to come back home and do the job himself and left. I was still in disbelief so I decided to call another shop and get a quote. They quoted me $200 including labor. I was in shock of the price difference. Again, they did a great job changing my breaks but even then my sister told me I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. I paid $150 there and she got the same job done for $60 somewhere else. It's a small operation with friendly service. There's a cafe next door, and I had a cup of pretty good coffee while I waited. I ended up talking to the regulars in the cafe who told me nothing but good things about the brothers who own the shop next door. I'm pretty sure that I just found the place I'll be taking our vehicles for repairs and oil changes in the future. I've just returned from having my car serviced. Had a camshaft sensor replaced on a Suzuki Reno. The owner of the place was incredibly nice and reassuring, he came across very honest. I also had an air conditioner leak. They fixed that for free and even dried out my passenger side carpet that was dripping wet (much appreciated). Nothing fancy, don't expect to sit down and get free wi-fi (although there is a cafe next door for that) but also no tricks. He told me exactly what he did, how he did it, why, and why I was being charged the price that I was paying. I asked for an itemized receipt, not a problem. They do free diagnostic checks and don't make up frivolous charges (other places have quoted us $125 just for a diagnostic). I'm obsessed with my car and trust her with no one. Wow! Outstanding service! I am not a fan of cars, just doesn't matter, get me, in relative comfort, where I want to go. So in route from Kansas to Midland, sure enough my older Lexus starts in with a horrible racket under the hood. By shear luck, not far away from my intended lunch stop, Heim BBQ, was All Auto Service! I pulled in, the young man said not to drive the car any further, but it would be several hours as they were backed up. Soon after, the manager (?), owner (?)
