    Our air conditioner decided to crash out on us on Thursday afternoon, so I called BRS because they had great reviews. I had someone at my house the following morning checking out the system. I was shocked because it's such a busy area, and the beginning of the heat wave. They were both super friendly, and professional. Bruner explained everything that was going on to me and all the possible outcomes for each repair. We ended up getting a whole new HVAC system and they came out again the following morning to install it. Talk about fast! They gave me a great price and a 10 year warranty as well. They replaced my entire system in hours. They were worthy of more than 5 stars! Thank you for everything!

    Bruner from the get go was transparent, honest and not trying to sale you on anything. Explains pros and cons and is very thorough on all details of the work. His team installed a brand new 16 seer HVAC system, new vents, thermostat and checked all ducting in my home....all while being safe (booties & masks) the entire time. I am typically a very fickle person when it comes to making big purchases (ask my wife) and doubt everything and everyone. His proposal was transparent and straight to the point of what I said I needed. Definitely my go to person moving forward for plumbing, heating and AC needs. I recommend him and am recommending to all the people I know.

    Hello How much is thermostat installation?

    Hi there if you are providing the thermostat we charge $149 if we are providing the thermostat it depends on the thermostat

    I apologize, I should've given you more information. I replaced the batteries and the screen is still completely blank. I am assuming that the thermostat needs to be replaced. If that's the case, what would be the price range for the replacement?

I received a call regarding a work order for my property's A/C repair. I missed the call and returned it almost immediately. Since the caller ID didn't identify the company, I simply said I was returning a missed call. Instead of identifying the business, the representative repeatedly asked, "Who are you calling?" in a dismissive tone. I eventually had to ask what company she was with before I realized it was regarding my property management work order. The interaction only became more frustrating from there. I explained that I work during the available appointment window and politely asked if there were any appointments after 4:30 p.m. or on Saturdays. I was told there were not. Because the only available appointment was between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., I tried to come up with a solution that would work for everyone. Since I wouldn't be home, I asked if the technician could call approximately 20-30 minutes before arriving so I could either drive to the property myself or have someone meet them there to unlock the door. I wasn't asking for special treatment--I was simply trying to coordinate access so the technician wouldn't arrive to a locked home and the appointment could still be completed without delays. Rather than trying to help or explaining the policy professionally, the representative repeatedly responded with comments such as, "We're not doing that," and, "I'm not sure what it is that you want here. I'm telling you we won't do that." I also asked if there was any way to communicate with the assigned technician once they were scheduled, but instead of offering any alternatives, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. I completely understand that companies have scheduling policies, appointment windows, and privacy rules regarding technicians' contact information. My issue is not with the policies, it's with how I was treated. There is a respectful way to explain that something cannot be accommodated, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. As someone who works full-time, I was making every effort to coordinate the appointment around my work schedule while also ensuring the technician could access the property without inconvenience. Instead, I was made to feel like asking reasonable questions and trying to find a solution was somehow an unreasonable request. Customer service is about professionalism, communication, and treating people with respect. I hope management addresses how customers are spoken to because the representative's attitude left a far worse impression than the scheduling policies themselves. You should be ashamed of yourself on how you handled both interactions with me.

One suggested replacing the furnace, which was not an expense we wanted to have to undertake, one said he'd inquire about a replacement motor but never got back to us, and Adam at Global Heating and Air saved the day!! For a fair price he ordered a universal motor and installed it, and the entire HVAC now works better than before. Adam was highly communicative throughout the process and what I appreciated most was his effort to find us an effective but least-cost solution. TIMELY- Uriel called 30 min before his arrival and then, arrived at the stated time. This is particularly helpful so I can move my bunny to another room with all of his belongings. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - I saw him place a protective cloth down on the floor before he placed the ladder and tools down. I also noticed there was a bottle of cleaner with his supplies. He cleaned the inside vents as well as the compressor on the roof. He also tied off a loose wire/when checking the air handler in the ceiling. KNOWLEDGEABLE and THROROUGH - Uriel did a complete system check and then, he sat down with me to explain what was done and why. He addressed the concerns I had about some of the prior readings in terms that I could understand and shared tips that will help ensure my system runs at its most efficient. Example: A higher MERV doesn't always mean "better" and can actually restrict the airflow. He said that for my particular system I should use a MERV10 filter and change it every 3 months. He changed my filters and then, left me with two spares to use before the fall check comes. FRIENDLY - In the course of chatting with Uriel, it came up that I might benefit from having more filtered air coming into my condo. He made a recommendation for a part that would replace the standalone room air purifier I currently use. He placed this info into the after-visit summary so I can "research it and see if it fits with my needs and finances." There was zero pressure to make a purchase on the spot. And while this next item has nothing to do with the knowledge or ability of an HVAC tech, I greatly appreciate that he did NOT smell like cigarette / e-cigarette smoke or strong cologne as I have a bunny and people in my family have asthma. The cost estimates were ridiculously high and it would have been unsightly. That is until Thomas Sanchez, the owner of All American heating and air came to our home. He was extremely thorough, checking all possible options to run duct work and instal the heat pump and air handling system. We were blown away, amazed at his professionalism, and his attention to detail. Not to mention his customer service. His willingness to travel to our location and the cost estimate was more than reasonable, giving us an additional military discount. The installation was perfect, the quality of workmanship was as good as it gets, and his knowledge of HVAC systems was exceptional. The system that was installed exceeded our expectations and is awesome. As a certified building inspector, I highly recommend this company. Thomas Sanchez is a combat war vet, he is a man who has high integrity and the work he did at our home was exceptional. I would consider the the plan more just prepaying certain services. They come check out AC and furnace twice a year. They now also include a plumbing inspection and water tank flush once a year which isn't a lot but convenient cuz I'm lazy. I see a lot of the bad reviews are about upselling and mention the home Depot deal. Found them through Google a couple years ago and not home Depot so I'm not sure if they send different people or what. With the plan they have been pretty consistent with calling and making sure I don't forget to do my scheduled maintenance and inspection. For a long time a guy name Justin came by the service me so they're always pretty consistent. Now it's switching over to Willie after a couple of years. For the service itself, they do take lots of pictures, explain things in details and show how your system is running objectively. They do help explain things in layman's terms if you're not familiar with it so the techs themselves are pretty good. Overall I would recommend for a customer focused experience that's pretty convenient.

If there's one word to describe our experience with Ulises, it has been; unreliable. To give some context, I recently moved into a new condo with my wife and 10-month old daughter. Turns out that the previous owner was an indoor smoker, so we inherited that problem to deal with. At the referral of a contractor that we knew, we reached out to Ulises in order to get some advice. After speaking, he recommended we work with someone to roto-brush and vacuum the vents, after which we would call Ulises to deep clean the furnace & blower motor and hopefully get rid of the smell once and for all. After taking his advice and working with another company to vacuum the vents, we reached out to Ulises on June 2. We called him several times in the next few days, leaving messages but never receiving a callback. When we do finally get connected to him over the phone, he tells us that he will have his assistant call us later that same day to schedule an appointment, with no call ever coming. We wait two days to reach back out, trying to schedule anything while we have him on the line. Finally we get in touch with the assistant to schedule for June 11, to which on the day of, Ulises cancels, saying that his machine broke just before heading over. He told us he would order the parts needed and get back to us the next day, only for us to not receive a call back again. We reach out by text on June 13, when he says that he is hopeful he will have the machine to do the job the next day and that he will reach out again. See the texts that I've attached to this post. We never received a text or call back, and any calls we make to him, never receive any response. What makes me so mad about this whole situation is that we already discussed the job. If the pay wasn't enough, you could've let me know. Why would a business owner lead a customer on like this? And if you're truly that busy that you can't communicate with potential customers, why not tell me you are no longer interested in the job? It's frustrating to see that others have had this issue as well.
