Can't say enough good things about Tim. He arrived right on time to install a ceiling fan and got something done in half an hour that I couldn't get done in two. Then when I had a problem with it, he came back to take a look. He found out what the problem was, took it down, and didn't charge me anything. I learned enough by watching him to put up the replacement fan but it took me an hour and a half instead of the half hour it took Tim. I'm a big fan of Yelp reviews so I gave ELECTRIC 24 a call. Needed some ceiling fans installed including all the wiring and braces. They were able to work around my schedule and the price was within my budget. Tim showed up 10 minutes early, I showed him what I wanted done and he started right away. After the pump in my backyard pond shut down, I called a pond maintenance repair company. They deduced that the GFI powering the pond had blown and needed replaced. When they failed to call or return in 24 hours, I panicked! My poor turtles needed help. So I took to yelp and found the reviews for Electrical 24. Tim returned my message promptly and was able to be at my house at my earliest convenience. I explained my issue and showed Tim the problem. Rather than simply changing the GFI, Tim looked at all the power lines (and there are plenty of them) in my backyard and around the outside of the house. The contractors who flipped my house did a real half-assed job with the electrical work. I was impressed with how thorough Tim was getting to the root of the problem, while also discovering live power lines which I was told were dormant. Scary! After his assessment, he found the breaker rooting the power to the pond. The GFI wasn't even faulty after all, and didn't need replaced! Tim saved my sanity and will be back to modify the live power sources as well. It can be a scary thing to have to put your trust in someone, especially when you're going simply off reviews online. I had a problem with a suspected faulty circuit breaker supplying juice to my electric hot water heater. The plumbers I used, Courtesy Plumbing, recommended Tom Pablo from Electric 24. I spoke with Tom who was able to come on very short notice. He looked at the electrical panel and the 2 breakers that supplied electricity to my water heater. He took them out and it was obvious they were failing, with burnt plastic on the side and a burnt smell coming from them. Tom drove to Home Depot to get replacements since he didn't have any in his truck. He came back and reinstalled the new breakers, and the supply of electricity to my water heater has been stable ever since. He charged me what I consider a very reasonable rate for the work considering all the time he spent schlepping out to get the correct replacement breakers. I cannot recommend Electric 24 enough! Being an Aircraft electrician, I fancy myself somewhat knowledgable on electricity, however, after 15 minutes of trying to figure out why my daughters light switch did not control her lamp, I knew I was in over my head. I called Electric 24 and set up an appointment for the next day. Tim came out the next morning. He showed up on time and after I explained the situation, he set to work. In no time flat he fixed her room and I kept throwing him the small electrical jobs that I have neglected. Little over an hour later, all was good. He cut me a deal on the pricing and the work and professionalism was great. I should have wrote this review then. Fast forward 2 weeks to this morning. After I installed a ceiling fan and a fancy dual control dimmer with fan control, I noticed the light switch was buzzing like crazy. I figured I had wired it wrong and the house was going to burn down. So, at 9:22 am I called Tim. He was at the house within 15 min. 5 min later, he changed the light bulbs from the florescent bulbs that came with the fan to some regular bulbs he had in the truck. Problem solved! Amazing. Best part, he didn't make me feel like a dumba$$! When I asked him how much, he said no charge! If you need a trustworthy and honest electrician, this is your company! I think I am hanging up my meter leads and if we need electrical in the future, Electric 24 will be the ones to do it. read more

Called Electric 24 and talked to Tim about part of the house not having power which was all on breaker #8 which did not trip. After discussing the problem in more detail, Tim quoted me a price and we setup an appointment. Tim showed up on time and took about 30 minutes to find and corrected the problem. (Loose/small burned wire in back of bedroom outlet) After Tim put everything back in place and was ready to leave, Tim then cut his quoted price in half. I was surprised and after seeing Tim's work ethics myself, I decided to pay ¾ of his quoted price which still saved me money especially compared to other quotes from other Electricians who I called before Tim.
