I took my car there at 8 AM. I told them I needed the display screen replaced and that I wanted them to check why the red triangle and engine light turned on. They charged a total of $390 for the diagnosis. They said they would check my car and go from there. They said I would hear from them close to noon, but they ended up calling me at 3:19 PM, and they didn't even have a cost estimate ready. They finally texted me an estimated cost for all the recommendations at 4:03 PM. At that point, it was too late for them to repair the display. They said they could have the part the next day, but I would have to leave my car overnight, and I was not happy to hear that since they had already kept my car for over 7 hours. They gave me the option to pick up my car, pay a deposit, and they would call me back to bring back my car to get the display replaced. Honestly, it just seemed so uncertain and unguaranteed. I also didn't trust their word since they said I would hear back close to noon, but called me 3 hours past noon, and they charged $195 for the display diagnostic alone, even though I had already communicated that it needed to be replaced. Their pricing didn't include any guarantee, and the total $390 would not count towards the cost for the actual replacement of the parts. I ended up picking up my car and got my car parts replaced elsewhere where I wasn't charged for a diagnosis. I don't mind paying for a service, but I do mind that I paid close to $400 for poor quality service. I don't understand why it took 7 hours for them to give me a diagnosis. They explained that they did a thorough inspection, but does it really take 7 hours, and is it really worth $390? read more

TO CONSUMERS: IF YOU WERE GRANTED A COOL AIR REBATE VOUCHER, DO NOT USE IT HERE. If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. My elderly father had a horrible experience here, especially with a technician named Jorge (George), who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We scheduled an appointment through the Cool Air Rebate Program, which clearly states that diagnostic inspections are 100% covered for July 2025. When we made the appointment, we were told there would be no charge for the inspection. But when my father arrived at 8 AM, George suddenly insisted that there would be a $40 inspection fee if they weren't able to perform the repair. When I called to clarify, I asked for the service manager, and George came on the line. When I started trying to explain, George interrupted me, told me I was wrong as they had been processing these vouchers for some time. He also stated that he could not give me any ballpark amount for the repair costs of a leak, as some customers ended up paying $1,000 post-rebate. That made no logical sense, and when I questioned his statement, he simply said, "Ok, well it sounds like we won't be able to help you," and hung up. I later learned he's a service tech and not the manager. What kind of business lets a tech speak to customers like that? I called back and spoke with Ron, who identified himself as the actual manager. While he was more polite, he first claimed there was a 20% inspection fee, then reduced it to 10% after I cited the actual program terms. But again, Cool Air Rebate covers 100% of inspection fees in July, so there should have been no inspection charge at all regardless of outcome. If we hadn't done our own research and pushed back, my elderly father could have been wrongfully charged for something the program also reimburses the shop for. That's dishonest and unethical, as it would incur double billing. I requested to speak with the owner directly because it was clear there's a breakdown in communication at this shop. Ron said he would try to help me and "pass on the message" to the owner, Mr. Paul Brow, to call me back. No one followed up. TO THE OWNERSHIP: Mr. Paul Brow, if you're reading this, please remind your staff that professionalism starts with honesty. Your customers deserve transparency, not arrogance, misinformation, or being hung up on. Your staff told us you're participating in this program "to help people," but this is not how you help. This is how you damage trust and reputation. I hope you take my feedback to heart. Thankfully, we found a more transparent participating business. For the record, the program very clearly states that inspections are 100% covered for the month of July and that approved repairs are covered at 90%. I had bought a used car 2months ago and started to experience a slight misfire/jerking with the car, I noticed this issue especially when my car would be sitting overnight and then I go to start it up to drive off. I had went to my previous mechanic out of convenience of them being closer to where I live. UPDATE: HAHAHAH The owner or someone else responded. It's clear the team over here are not providing correct information to each other before executing a response on this complaint. Paul claims my car was towed in. It never was. Why would a drivable car need to be towed? We changed an alternator, not a clutch, brake, or drivetrain part. To authentically verify the car was never driven, upload a link with the records from the security system showing the car being delivered until picked up. Can that be provided? I park in driveways, never parallel. The rash on the rim is clearly a curb to car contact. The damage is not a parallel parking attempt type of rash. The rash is from a high-speed impact with chunks removed. See previous photos. The rash is fresh with no dirt inside the metal. Once again, the employees are lying to the employer and the employer can't do anything about it, too bad for him. The pathetic offer to repair carries zero weight because no follow-up has been implemented. The wheel was brand new. read more

I brought my 78 Datsun 280Z in for repairing the AC and heating system. I had another shop fix the AC almost a couple years ago, but it was never reliable. The heat and defroster never worked ever since I bought the car over 25 years ago. This time, I decided to get the entire system working, plus the mode doors which nobody else wanted to touch. It's getting difficult to find a shop that will just say, "yes, we'll fix it", when it comes to certain projects on an old car like mine. Parts for these old systems are sometimes hard to come by and it's very labor intensive, especially if you remove the dashboard to access certain components. Anyway, Ron and his staff had the right attitude and willingness to get the job done. He kept me informed on their progress and was very transparent. It was a huge undertaking, so it took a few weeks. The only catch is ACS is a little pricey, which sometimes includes a diagnostic fee. However, as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". What you get for the price is good service, quality work, proper care of your vehicle while in their hands, and a desire to address the issue without hesitation. All those qualities go a long way. I have a few other messy projects that my usual shop won't touch. When I'm ready for that, I'll take it back to these guys. Epilogue: The defroster and one of the mode doors stopped working after a few weeks, so I took the Z back. It was a simple vacuum line that only cost $10. The rest of their work is covered and I had the car back within a few days. In essence, they've got a great operation going there. Highly recommended! Thanks guys! read more

I want to keep going there, but they always seem to find more and more things wrong with my car. I know they are just trying to be proactive, but since I don't know anything about cars, I want to trust them, but at the same time, they seem to want to fix everything on the car, which just means more and more money. We found All Car Specialist through my amazing Honda Independent mechanic who worked on my Odyssey. Our 1st visit was with my husband's Dodge Ram. It was smog time, and we had a check engine light on. After trying 2 other shops we finally made into All Car. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it right. George was our service advisor, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem and got the smog test done for us. My Honda mechanic has since retired and now All Car Specialist services my Odyssey, and the 2 other vehicles we own. They are fast, experience and very reasonably priced. Personally, I think I am a fair person when it comes to giving my opinion. I gave AAA a 5 - totally satisfied for helping out with my car having issues. However, I am not totally satisfied when AAA recommended me to this car shop. 1) The people there are friendly - this review is not against anyone at the office. All of them are friendly and nice 2) The issue I had is with the inspection fee. First, I get charged a $ 150 inspection fee regardless of whether I decide to proceed to work with them. 3) The inspection fee goes up to $ 675 ( nearly $ 700 ) for just checking out the car - not counting the money that may be involved in fixing the vehicle and the parts required to get the car going. Personally, I think this is a really high-end shop where they charge nearly $ 700 just to look at your car and see what the problems are. Unless you are super rich or have tons of money laying around, I probably would prefer another car shop that would not overcharge their clients. I understand my car has issues and even if they charge me nearly $ 1,000 for fixing everything including inspection, I will be totally fine. But in my opinion, if they are going to charge $ 675 for checking out the problems with the cars, then at the end of the day, it will probably cost thousands when you throw in additional labor involving fixing the car plus the parts involved. The reason why I put this review here is to let people know that this is a really high-end car repair shop, it will cost thousands ( in my opinion ) to get the car fixed. Make sure you know what you are getting into before coming here. Ron is really helpful, and although there was a minor setback when they found out they couldn't give me my car back on time as they promised, they helped me with a free rental car for one day. I had a 3 rd party insurance olive when I drop my car off they had me sign they DID NoT TELL Me there would be a charge for them to tell me what was wrong they didn't even give me time to read what I sign . You would think they would tell you what you're signing for !!! Well olive didn't cover the panel switch and they wanted to charge me 1100 to replace a switch most mechanic don't charge to tell you what is wrong the only reason I took it there was because I had olive and sure would not have gone there there to pay 180 for them to tell me it was a switch . i mean come on they think there the dealer at least the dealer tells you before you sign . would shop around and don't take it there And they want to charge 583 for part it cost less then 20 bucks so don't take your car here if you want to get ripped off !!!!!!And i just called Subaru the cost of there part is 323.00 and they wanted to charge me 583.00 for the part that they would get from Subaru rip off !!! For Starters, I own a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe, with leaky mess. I had rodents chew my fuel lines that caused all sorts of fuel related problems. Such as leaking fuel at the gas station, fuel vapors leaking and above all horror MPG. 18 gallons tank that gives me about 230 Miles... Roughly about 12 miles per gallon (OUCH!). I gave my insurance a call and proceeded to inform them about my troubles and stated that they will cover the damage and if I had any suggestion for a repair shop, at that moment in time I did not, but will be searching for one. Upon my search I came across All Car Specialists. I gave them a call and Ron answered. I asked him a few questions and once done he asked if I would like to make an appointment to come one down, which I did. Arrived on the appointment date and time. I met up with Ron and informed him of my problems and shown him the pictures of the damage. We did a quick walk around and visually inspect the vehicle and log down the milage. He was also pleasantly surprised of the condition and miles of my car for being almost a 10 years old (he also told me that he seen similar model as my with well over 200,00 miles). Ron proceeded to inform me what is the next step since I am dealing with the insurance. I hand over my keys and he assure me that he will take good care of it. A couple of days after the insurance adjuster sent me an invoice and break down and Ron called with an update of the repair. I gave him the green light for the repair and Ron again assured me that he will take care of my car and have it park within the garage. A few days later, Ron gave me a call and said come on down your car is ready for pick up. A few hours later, I arrived at the shop, my car parked front and center by the lobby entrance. Having a white color car you will see every little imperfection, dents, scratches, etc. The very first thing that was screaming at me was this fairly long, deep, black, gouge at the driver front lower bumper. First thing I did was a quick walk around of my car, followed up with a little heart broken, sadness, and little disappointment. I Walked in to the lobby and and ask for Ron, his fellow co-workers stated he is on lunch and should be about about 15 minutes or so. So I waited outside. in-between me waiting and when Ron showing up. I believe the owner Paul asked if I have been helped. I said yes and i am waiting for Ron. The owner gone in to the office and came back out and reassure me that he should be back soon. Once Ron shown up we walk in to the office and he was showing me the invoice. Once done I ask Ron if we can do a quick inspection of the car and I also show him the gouge. Ron had a disbelief and disappointment (I want to say it on his face but his mask is covering but body language is the next best thing), then he follow up with let me talk to my guys and see what happen. I understand, accident happens. We will make this right. We walk back in to the office. Ron again stated we will get this right and will take it to our body shop that we work with. I follow up if I should pay for my deductible now? Ron said no hold on to that, let's fix this problem and the rest can wait. A few days as passed Ron called and said come on down your car is ready. Once shown up at the shop and saw Ron we proceed with the paper work, invoice, and payment. Once done we walk over to my car. Show me the repair and stated what damage?? jokingly. He even gone as far ask wiping down a few dirt spots from hood and bumper and said let me get that. And lastly he said if you want to come on back we can take care of the rear bumper at our body shop as well. I was like Yes! give me some time and I will return.
