NEGATIVE NEGATIVE STARS for this place! This was my third time coming back, first few times was over a year ago but I thought I'd give it another try. Whatever you do, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT LET CHRISTIE (TALL Filipina lady) work with your kid! She was rude the first few times and she is still RUDE !!!! Not sure why someone like her would even work with kids and why this place would even allow her to still work there. Many things happened In the past but today, my 6 year old said he needed to pit after she was done cleaning his teeth! She completely ignored him. He repeated himself and she said "HERE". and shoved the suction in his mouth! Then she said, "OK, you can go now" but he couldn't get out because she was sitting in the chair. SHE MADE HIM WALK UNDER THE ARM OF THE SIDE TABLE where it was not safe!!!!!!! Who makes a kid walk under a table because you can't get up from your seat!!!! I asked why she couldn't let him walk around and her reason was that she didn't want him to get hurt RUDELY! All she needed to do was get up from her chair! She was blocking him!!!! CHRISTY/ CHRISSY WHATEVER her name is should be FIRED! She was unprofessional and RUDE to me and my 6 year old! I spoke to the office manager Lan and she apologized for CHRISTY's actions but regardless, DO NOT TRUST CHRISTY WITH YOUR KID!!! She is not kind *** This place also rushes when explaining what procedures they need to do. Everyone including the doctor today was in a rush of explaining what your kid needs to have done! My son was referred for a frenectomy, which I clearly stated when I made the appointment. On the day of the visit, they did x-rays and a general exam. The doctor came out to speak to my husband, said everything looked fine -- and when my husband asked about the frenectomy, her response was, "What frenectomy?" He told her that was the entire reason for the visit. She claimed no one told her. He explained that all the information had been provided to the front desk -- which I had also done when scheduling. The doctor then went to the front desk, where the receptionist confirmed she had in fact informed the doctor. So clearly, someone dropped the ball. After finally assessing my son for what we were actually there for, the doctor agreed he did need a frenectomy and said the front desk would request authorization from our insurance. My husband questioned this at the time, because we have PPO, but they insisted they still needed to get approval. Two months passed -- and during that time, I followed up repeatedly, only to be told every time that they were still "waiting on insurance." Frustrated, I called my insurance directly, and they told me they had no record of any request from the office -- and more importantly, that no authorization was even required for PPO. I called the office again and told them what insurance had said, and the woman on the phone actually responded with: "Oh, you have PPO??" That was the final straw. This office wasted our time for two months, failed to communicate internally, and showed no understanding of basic insurance processes. Meanwhile, my son still hadn't received the care he needed. Avoid this place at all costs. If you value your time and your child's care, go somewhere more competent. read more

Why is this place still opened? I took my kids here 6 years ago because we were new in town and our insurance directed us here. My poor baby was strapped down and was screaming for her life and I couldn't even hold her hand. The stupid dentist was hovering the laughing gas in her face and at the same time tried to cover her mouth because she was screaming. How the f was she supposed to breathe. One time an assistant was taking x ray and asked me to press the button for her. I was like wtf, I didn't pay you to do your job. Very bad experience, Went there for an appointment at 12:30 pm Was told to come at 12:15 for check-in I was there waiting for 1:15 hours and still No one calls my daughter's name. I asked why is taking that long. Took my child here two weeks ago to remove wisdom teeth all went ok the took my other son in last Thursday for wisdom teeth removal Dr was horrible didn't communicate anything there dentist put the fear into him they didn't put him under local child has asd. Then after all done looks at me and said wait you said he has autism yes well he doesn't look autistic excuse me what does autism look it??? Very rude my 17 year old was given a week off school but my 14 year old same procedure both autistic was only given two days off school refused the week they are horrible !!!! My son went here and had multiple cavities that had to be treated. He was obviously scared of the needle which made him move around. And they threatened to give more needles if he kept on moving during the procedure. He now has lasting trauma and will never forget about his experience here. They put silver filling in my daughters mouth after specifically requesting and signing for enamel. Took 2 days of calling for them to even acknowledge the mistake and they sent an 8yr old a $5 Starbucks gift card as an apology. They failed to discuss very important X-ray information that will long term effect my daughters growth plan. Wait times are horrible. They ask you to arrive early but you don't get seen for at least a half hour after appointment time. My daughter is terrified of this office. Says she does not feel safe there, and they do not let the parents go back to help reassure the children. read more

My son split his tooth in half and it was New Years Eve so it was impossible to find someone on the last minute to help him but this dental office helped me out. He was so happy and the Dr.,s were very gentle with his little mouth that he didn't even need laughing gas because he felt no pain! Ive been coming here for roughly 10 yrs with my 3 kids and myself. First experience is they messed up my daughters tooth. She broken it in half and they fixed it but it sticks out and you can clearly see it has been altered. I let that go due to her being 13 and wanting to fix it later. Then this year i got her cap redone because the first one fell off. I called for 3 months trying to get an app because the new cap was causing her lots of pain and was itchy. I wanted it removed so they kept wanting to send me to anaheim so i said then fix it which they still wanted to send me to anaheim. I dont understand why it cant be fixed in the office they did it at in the first place. I then had make an app for antibiotics and pain meds. Still waiting on a call back to get in the goldenwest location. During this time my daughters cap fell off due to all the pain and itching. This is what resulted pics posted. We went to urgentcare were more antibiotics and special mouth wash prescribed. Im currently looking for new dentist for my whole family. Please be cautious going there. read more

Do not go there at all cost. The front desk staff is so rude all they care about is money. Their like hungry vultures. They messed up a simple cavity fill and now my mother can't chew and when we went back they wanted to charge her again just to see their own mistake. Does this make sense to you? I think this is how they make theirs money. Screw up the first time and charge you over and over again. Both locations are bad so be warned you'll be sorry you ever went there. I had an appointment today. They called me 20 min prior to my appointment saying they couldn't find my insurance. I have given them my insurance information a week in advance and they called me back the next day to confirm everything was good to go for my check up appointment (today). The front office staff is very incompetent. I have previously been to this dental office for many years, but lately they have been declining for good reasons. I'm really upset with this place and I have had really bad experiences coming here mostly with the front desk, one of the workers named Kim. We had a really bad experience with her because she raised her voice and was upset because we arrived exactly one minute late, and then made us wait outside because there was too many people in the place, i understand the whole COVID thing but why do you make so many appointments if you can't handle all of them? We waited for 1 hour close to 2 hours which is unbelievable for being 1 minute late. Super long wait time, rushed and poor quality service. Overall this place gives a patient a low quality service and they don't respect your time. I took my son to this office for many years. Due to my inexperienced and just being young and dumb I put up with the long waits and bad quality work. Due to their rushed and poor work they never noticed how badly aligned my sons teeth were starting to get. After I insisted that they check if he needed braces we got a consultation for that. The Orthodontic said my son didn't really need braces. She told me I could get them for cosmetic reasons but he didn't really need them. I left trusting in her opinion even though I still thought it looked like he needed braces. Now 2 years later I'm being told he will need surgery in the near future due to his extremely unaligned teeth. I'm heartbroken because I feel All Children's Dental never took the time to look into this as I requested many times. I feel that if my son's teeth where properly examined and cared for there could have been a chance for his teeth to be adjusted and aligned a little better. Overall I'm heart broken because of their low quality service my son will need mouth surgery. From the bottom of my heart I advise all other parents to avoid bringing the children here. read more

They are a very busy office but they take care of you and your dental needs! I have been a patient at this office for over ten years and the staff and doctors have been nothing less than accommodating and friendly during my visits. I have used them for most services ranging from orthodontics to getting my wisdom teeth removed and everything else in between. They are very flexible with their scheduling and I am always able to make or change my appointment times. The wait time is a bit long, but it seems typical of any dental facility. This office is able to meet my needs and in the past decade I've been here, I haven't come across negative experiences to make me reconsider using them as my provider. read more

If you want to strap your child and make them utterly terrified of the dentist, I recommend this place. I was taking my children here for about 1 1/2 years and I cannot believe I took them here for that long. Each visit that I brought my children they would tell me that they had to have procedures done...they scheduled the visit with a specialist and they charged my insurance for all the work that my child had to undergo. Now the reason that I think parents should avoid this place is because all the dental work that was "needed" suddenly started getting infected. If they are going to charge my insurance and their work is all getting infected I feel like this place is dirty and I would want them to pay for the cost not my insurance and out of my pocket. I would have to pay numerous times for my children to undergo treatment and for antibiotics that they needed for the infections. ALL the dental work that they have had here has gotten infected I am not even kidding, not at once but slowly throughout the months. Another thing they do is literally strap your children down as if they are in a mental institution, and you aren't allowed to be in the same room to try and calm them down, to a child that is terrifying. Not to mention this place does not even look like its clean. Don't expect to be seen here within your appointment time either, they either skip you and let walk ins come before you.
