On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. We called our pest company to have them check out what was happening but when they came, they simple gave us some traps where they can get stuck. Throughout this whole ordeal, none of the traps that they gave us and we bought were ineffective. Fast forward a couple of days later, the rodent moved from my room to a smaller room where my dad likes to take a nap. He woke up in a panic because the rodent was on top of his blanket. This is when I decided to look for a company that takes care of rodents. I looked up on yelp and spent hours reading reviews and ended up choosing 360 rodent control. When I sent a message, they replied right away and got me on the phone to set up an appointment for a free inspection (Thank you Lee for coordinating this). Micah came in for the free inspection and spent the entire 2 hours thoroughly checking our entire house. Our house was built in 1940 and we bought it in 2012 so I understand that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. He pointed out the potential rodent entry points, checked our attic, our crawl spaces, etc and showed me some pictures and videos for evidence that we do have a rodent problem. Before ending the inspection, Micah sat down with me and told me the issues that I am having and was honest about what needed to be done. No upselling whatsoever. He was just honest about it. When I asked him about about how much this would cost me, I hesitated for a little but I was glad that they have financing options that would fit my budget. In exchange for my peace of mind, I decided to rodent proof my house with them. He explained to me what they were exactly going to do. During the day of exclusion, George, Jose, and Santiago came out to our residence at 8:45 am. They explained to me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. They worked diligently and left our residence at 2:45 pm. I am hoping that we won't have this problem anymore. We will follow up with them in a week to see any progress. I'd like to update my review since my first stellar review was for the initial estimate process…read moreonly and I said I would update (but forgot). It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

They worked with me to inspect the home and noted their findings and gave me a very clear invoice and quote to my email. I had a good experience for a whole home Termite Service from Tony and Chris, they arrived promptly on 3/31/2026 and proceeded to treat the bare wood areas of my home inside my garage and inside my interior home attict, and also the subteranean area under my home and base boards per their quote. The service took about 2.5 hours and it was relatively painless beyond some overspray clean up on my appliances and lighting fixtures, they were very clear to cover and remove any paper items like books, and I moved everything off the walls for the interior spraying as best I could per the instructions. The service went well, and as it takes time to see if the treatment worked given that they sprayed Termidor, I cleaned up all the frass/ termite droppings i could see in the affected areas and I will ask them to come back next year around this time for an inspection or If i see more activity and once the 2 year guarantee is over, subscribe for them to come back to inspect and do a treatment of any newly affected areas. The only issue was they charged me the wrong price at the end but promptly refunded the amount and charged me properly, which is one of the most honest things I've seen any vendor do, then their payment went through the next day.

When I was trying to get quotes for service and was dealing with poor and long drawn-out communication with other pest control companies, he stood out in the best possible way, promptly returning my call to schedule an inspection and consultation. Juan was also the least alarmist in his assessment of my problem. After the inspection he told me where he thought the rodents were coming in from and then offered a conservative plan of treatment: installing wire screens over those entry points, placing traps in the attic and crawl space, and monitoring the areas for a month to see if the rats returned. Compare this to a consultation and quote from another company, where they seemed to describe my attic as one big hazmat situation filled with rat droppings. On top of the exclusion service, they were pressuring me to do a costly deep cleaning of the attic with an install of new insulation, saying that they were available the next day to do all the work and that the rats would multiply exponentially if I didn't act soon. I didn't feel comfortable with being scared into the hard sell, so I didn't go with that company. (Later on I asked Juan if I needed my attic cleaned, and he said that the number of droppings was pretty minimal, so no.) It's been a month since the barrier screens were installed, which seemed to have solved the problem right away -- during each weekly follow-up visit from Pro Excel Pest to check the traps, they came up empty. We'd hoped to see at least some abation of the problem after the first treatment, but when we didn't, we tried to not feel discouraged as Kyle told us this sometimes happens and it may take the second visit to get control of the problem. We sighed and waited, and were very happy that our second visit came along. However, after the second treatment, again, nothing changed. I wrote to let Kyle know this (after waiting a week! Just in case it started working!) but did not hear a word back. We are so disappointed, especially as my husband just started cancer treatments and we were trying to reduce at least one big stress in our life: ants everywhere. We'll have to try another company now and just wasted our money and time. Sigh.
